  1. Comment With Tribute Notification

    I'd really like to add a field to the tribute section of a donation that could contain a comment that would then be available for the tribute letter templates. Honor tributes are often made for a special occasion and donors of memorial tributes sometimes add sentiments with their gifts that are nice to share with the family. It would save a lot of time to be able to add these tribute phrases directly into a donation record and have them automatically added to the letters.

  2. Search profiles by address

    In addition to searching profiles by name, it would be helpful to be able to search by address. We often find duplicates that happened or profiles created and not linked to their household because a person's name was slightly different on the checks from one account than another, or because they were listed as Mrs. John Smith on the joint check and Jane Smith on their individual check. If we could check by address, we would probably catch more of these.

  3. email separate statements to fund advisors of multiple funds

    Instead of one long PDF with multiple fund statements, each fund statement should be emailed separately. That way fund advisors with multiple funds can forward and share, as necessary, with the corresponding boards/accountants/family/etc.

  4. Make "invited campaigns" visible for profile types beyond donors.

    Many profiles - civic leaders, or organizational profiles such as grantees - may not be donors or fund advisors, but are part of campaigns which represent a relationship or opportunity. Making invited campaigns visible for those profiles shows at a glance whether they received an invitation, a newsletter, the annual report, or a solicitation, etc. Currently we can't see that without going through a lot of extra work through the campaigns - but if Csuite is truly a relational database able to do segmented and targeted "opportunity" marketing, then this feature has to be incorporated to display important partnership relationships…

    To create ease of toggling back and forth between grants, having a back and forward button to advance to the next grant or previous grant.

  6. Fund Advisor Portal - email case sensitivity

    Please make the Fund Advisor login NOT case sensitive. Many donors are accustomed to entering their emails with various mixes of upper and lower case characters. All fund advisors emails in CSuite appear to be lower case. The donor portal interprets a case difference as a different email and does not allow a login, or a forgot password email to make it through. This is causing lots of issues with our fund advisors.

  7. Flag profile to have portal access ONLY

    It would be nice to be able to flag a profile to have access to the online portal, but not be labeled a fund adviser. For example, many of our clients want their quarterlies to me mailed to their accounting firm, etc - however, having their name show as a fund adviser is misleading!

    Due to the new 1099-NEC form there needs to be a differentiator between the Form 1099 and the 1099-NEC boxes for vendor reporting.

  9. functional expense report financial view

    It would be much better if a functional expense report could be based on an income statement view. For example, for our audited statement of functional expenses, we condense the rows to approximately 12-14 categories. Currently we can't use the financial view to also get a functional expense report that breaks out the expense sub-accounts, by financial view account, into the different functions. Instead, we have to manually group the accounts into the proper categories. This manual process is very tedious and time consuming. Using the pivot table as suggested does not accomplish this either.

  10. Deceased Household Profile to Show in Living Individual Profile

    When looking at a deceased household profile, it is easy to see that the profile is deceased as there is a red bar at the top of the profile page. However, when looking at an individual non-deceased profile who is a member of a deceased household, there is nothing on the living individual profile page to alert you that the household is deceased. It would be helpful if in the living individual profile, there was a note next to their household name that alerted you the household is deceased without having to click into it and verify.   12. Copy a campaign

    It would be nice to have the ability to "template" a campaign or copy a campaign when they are yearly (or more often) occurrences. It would be beneficial not to have to rebuild ticket types, prices, sponsor levels, etc. from scratch when you are working with a reoccurring event.

  13. Allow reports for Org roles to show if the role is active or not

    Currently you are able to set Org roles as inactive or active, but it is not reportable. This means when a report is built to list those associated with the org roles, it shows all profiles with no way of sorting the ones that are currently active. It would be great if we could filter by whether or not that are active, or how some indication (like italics) that show the difference.

  14. Print grant letters for checks only and email grant letters for electronic grants only

    Currently, if a check run has both electronic and check grants, every grant letter is printed when you click print grant letters and every grant letter is emailed when you click email grant letters.
    It would be great if the system only emailed grant letters for grants that are being paid electronically, and only printed grant letters for the grant s being paid by check.
    Alternatively, another set of buttons could be added to "Email grant letters - electronic" and "Email grant letters - checks", etc so that folks can still get letters for the full check run if needed.

  15. Manual Fund Statement Upload under Statements in MyFund

    Right if you want to run a single fund statement, not a batch, you have to do it manually and then attach it as a file to the fund and press 'Share' for it to be uploaded to MyFund. However it shows up under 'Files' instead of 'Statements'. Is there a way the option to choose which tab you want it under could be created?

  16. Bulk Edit Fund Screen

    It would be great to have the ability to freeze the fund names on the left hand "name" column when bulk editing funds. Currently when you scroll to the right you lose the names of the funds you are trying to edit and it's really difficult to complete edits.

  17. Notes

    Notes - many of our profiles have pages and pages of notes because currently each note is shown in it's entirety. I was wondering if we could only show the first 5 (?) lines of a note on the profile. Then have the option to click on a "show more" button or click on the note itself to get the full note to appear. This would allow for an 'at a glance' option to find the note we need to view.

  18. RSVP Count in Campaigns

    When invitees are added to a campaign, the list is broken up over several pages. A 600 person list might have 4-5 pages, for example.

    The RSVP count should show a total on the front page. However, the RSVP count shows a separate total for EACH page. One must click through all pages, then manually add up the RSVP numbers for a total.

    Please, fix this.

  19. Choose When to Begin Charging Admin Fee for New Fund

    Oftentimes when creating a new fund, we won't want to charge an admin fee for the first quarter after the fund is initially set up. However, there is no option to choose when to begin charging an admin fee for a new fund. Currently, we either have to leave off the admin fee of the new fund and remember to return after charging the quarter's admin fees to add a fee code or we have to go ahead and add the admin fee on the new fund at setup and remember to review the list of new funds before charging…

  20. Check numbers on voucher statements

    We would like to see the corresponding check number be added on to the voucher statements as our auditors are now requesting we save them.
