In order to comply with British Columbia privacy laws, we need to achieve "express consent" to share donor info via the donation pathway and track that consent so that info is shared appropriately with fund advisors. I'd like to see CSuite help us achieve that via the donation process with the addition of a checkbox during checkout.

    The checkbox could look similar to the “Donation in Honour of” checkbox and read something like:

    [_] Yes please share my name and contact information with the xxxFund Holder/Charity so they can contact me directly to share information about their programs and campaigns.…

  2. It would be great if it were possible for the "Grant Type" (we use NTEE codes) to auto-populate from Guidestar when doing the Guidestar Charity Check. Currently, staff has to manually look them up in our organization's separate Guidestar account for each grantee when processing an award.

  4. Notes - many of our profiles have pages and pages of notes because currently each note is shown in it's entirety. I was wondering if we could only show the first 5 (?) lines of a note on the profile. Then have the option to click on a "show more" button or click on the note itself to get the full note to appear. This would allow for an 'at a glance' option to find the note we need to view.

  5. Balance Swap - Edit Amounts

    The Balance Swap feature is extremely helpful, but it would be better if you could change the amount for the balance swap that is needed. In some instances, a fund needs a balance swap, but I would like the ability to make two different swaps on different days.

  7. Currently, you can only attach one file when creating a voucher. Most of our vouchers require more than one attachment, and an extra step is required to attach additional documents before posting the voucher. We would like the ability to attach multiple files when creating a voucher to make the process more efficient. Request by GMF.

  8. I would like to have the ability to generate even a simple letter from a profile, so it auto fills name, address and I can take it from there. Add to the "Create" in the left sidebar please!

  9. Looking for a way to collect donations from donors who don't want to write a check or use a credit card (use ApplePay, PayPal, Venmo, etc). Donors are looking for an easy way to make a quick donation on their phone and/or use QR codes for making donations. How can this integrate to capture donor information?

  10. When filtering a custom report on a field with dozens or hundreds of entries (Ex: fund account listings) you currently need to check one... checkbox...at...a...time. This forced exercise in patience and eye-straining focus is simply unjust. We don't need the carpal tunnel injury lawyer sharks to start circling our Foundat dev team. Let's agree that the humane solution is to grant the user the civilized option to hold down shift while selecting between checkboxes, to auto check all the ones between them. Just 2 clicks needed for a range, not 200.

  11. It would be wonderful if there was an easy way to include a link that automatically populates an "Add to Calendar" option for events when folks view and/or register for an event. Currently, individuals have to manually add event details, time-date,name, etc to their individual calendars.

  12. It would be helpful on the Bank Rec screen to be able to refresh or filter the screen based on checked/unchecked items. So once items have been checked off, you can refresh the screen to show only what has been left open. It would save a lot of time scrolling up and down while doing a rec.

  13. It would be helpful if we could enter multiple contacts for an organization based on the inquiry (director, grants, treasurer, etc.). As of now, we either have to put additional contacts in a note or create multiple profiles for the same organization in order to have multiple contacts.

  15. Options for how fund advisors see donor info -- When displaying donor info to a fund advisor in the portal, we should have options for how the name is displayed. In many cases, it would be great to have the Mailing Label field (e.g. J. Jackson Smith) or Recognition Name field (e.g. Jack Smith) showing instead of the Name field (e.g. Smith, Jonathan Jackson).

  16. We are using opportunities and opportunity tasks to help with reporting on development activities. This often requires creating an number of tasks to detail some of the ongoing activities in a more dynamic way than is offered by a recurring task.

    I would love to see a new function in opportunities to add a "Task Flow" which would add a list of tasks and time frames at once. These flows could be custom designed for different development activities in an ideal world and could even further follow advanced logic if built out completely.

We have donors who have designated multiple fund beneficiaries and request that one beneficiary receive a dollar amount, and then the others receive percentages of what is then available each year. Or several beneficiaries are to receive specific amounts and a final one to receive 100% of the residual. The work-around to set up recurring grants and process them before the percentages kick in is an opportunity for mistakes and is not sustainable for these perpetual grants. Please create the option of having a blend of percentages and fixed amounts so that we can fulfill donor intent efficiently. THANKS.

  18. For Donations that are from a Donor Advised Fund or other scenarios where you have an Advisor to the donation that needs the tax receipt or acknowledgement letter (e.g., Edward Jones account is donor, but Jane Smith is advisor), the envelope template in Csuite still pulls "Edward Jones 1234 Foundant St" as the address, not the donor advisor. How can this be changed or can I change the envelope template and re upload this? I have to go to the donor advisor profile each time and print an envelope from their profile, rather than just use the streamlined 'print envelopes'…

  19. Often times, we have to copy the same note to multiple profiles or funds because either there were multiple contact people for one fund or there was one contact person for multiple funds. Right now the only way to show up in multiple places is to copy the note.

  20. Allow Profile Fund link Categories to be edited vs having to delete the Profile Fund link and adding the fund back with the newly desired Category. Example, we are changing 'advisor' to 'primary advisor' or 'secondary advisor' and having to delete the Profile Fund link w/ 'advisor' category and then adding the fund back with the Profile Fund link of 'advisory-primary' or 'advisor-secondary'.
