  1. It would be helpful if we could add a checkbox for a donor to request further information on starting a fund or making a charitable estate gift when they make a gift on the Giving Hub and be notified that they are asking to be contacted.

  2. Utilizing Engagement Strategies for tracking and managing pools of constituents is a great tool, but it would be more useful if we were able to set criteria for each "Strategy" created. This would allow for a more structured system and provide some context to the intent/purpose of each strategy.

  4. Please add a Fund ID column to ANY report that lists funds (at the very minimum if fund group/subgroup/division can not be added)
    When in Accounts and click on the account hyperlink to see what funds are associated with that account - it is a combined name i.e. "xyz fund::Designated" with no fund identification. Makes it very difficulty to export/copy-paste and do any v-lookups.

  5. The creation of a "most active funds" analysis report. I have done this analysis in the past, but not in C Suite. If we could have the ability to determine fees per transaction, it would be very helpful. It's a rather simple calculation to make, but harder to pull from the system and needs to be available on a per fund basis. Here's the formula:

    Fees/transactional volume (Gifts + Grants)= Fees/Transaction.

    Being able to access this information quickly over various time periods (year over year, 5 years, etc.) would enable us to analyze our "most active funds" and determine which…

  6. My suggestion is for a template type that can be used for a grant letter to an organization for a single project/initiative but was supported by multiple funds.

    I know that the Advanced Grant Letter allows you to pull multiple fund payment lines into a table (listing the Funds, Payment Amounts, etc). However, this appears to be more suitable to consolidate entirely separate grants from different funds that just happen to be going to the same organization into one letter. If I were to include the description field into this section, it would just repeat the same description on multiple…

I have recently been surprised by some new implementations/announcements that are very disruptive to my work (specifically, the change in the fund search function and the announcement that there will now be a Donate button next to the grant request button in the advisor portal). Can there be a more democratic process for the ideas that get implemented? Currently it seems that the process is to get some/lots of votes in Idea Lab or to be an "important" person/organization and get your wishes granted.

  8. I'd like an enhancements to the Import Relationships tool. That functionality allows us to import profile link relationships, profile to profile relationships to CSuite in bulk. I am looking import profile-fund links where I can link the profile to the fund and the fund category in bulk via CSV import. This would allow me to in bulk add relationships that we are trying to keep track of that we didn't track prior to our import to CSuite.

  9. Profiles Browse screen - indicate inactive individuals, households, organizations. We use this screen to check for naming protocols, incomplete names, misspelled names, etc. It would be extremely helpful to show which profiles are inactive (red font), and also be able to sort right on this screen.

  12. We would like to be able to have the option for recognition name to be enabled or disabled, as well as the functionality to edit the label (much like donation comments, newsletter title, etc.). Our donors get confused by this field, and we want to add further clarity, or get rid of it.

  13. GLM Bucket Categorization throughout CSuite: Essentially, when you sync a grantee from GLM to CSuite, the GLM Process (aka the grant process/opportunity) is also synced over to CSuite. Once you post that grantee's opportunity to CSuite and create a grant, the GLM Process/Opportunity disappears from CSuite and from the entire grantee, so it hard to know what Grant process the grantee won by everyone on the team.   14. We have a supporting organization that includes the Hebrew date under the Gregorian date in all of their correspondence. For the automatically generated tax receipts that are merged and emailed for credit card gifts from the new Giving Hub, it doesn't seem like it's possible to include the Hebrew date with a conditional merge field because where would it pull the date from? I normally do a manual find & replace using [Hebrew date placeholder] in our grant and gift templates for this org, but the tax receipts are auto generated. Has anyone found a way to add the Hebrew…

  15. Our current recommendation regarding the inclusion or exclusion of a table in a fund statement involves using a conditional statement based on the "Grants Total Amount". While effective, we encountered an issue recently: if a cancelled amount equals the granted amount, the total grants display as "0.00". These unrelated grants should ideally still be visible on the fund statement.

    I propose adding a field indicating whether grants were issued during the statement period, marked "yes" or "no".

  16. In the past year, I have received 3 donations through out Giving Hub (via credit card on Stripe). Once, the donor wrote in their message that this donation was mean to be split in half, with the tax receipts going to two different people. Twice, the donors then called me right after and said they donated for themselves and on behalf of someone else, and they give me direction on who the donation receipt should go to.   17. I noticed that the Outlook integration app works well for emails that have been sent, but that I can't access the app while drafting an email. It would be nice to have this feature, as then as soon as I hit send, it attachs to the file without having to go into my sent folder. Thanks!

  18. Allow data from the item to be reported such as the fund name and not just from the profile payment. You can add multiple donations and invoices to a profile payment that are being put into funds other than the initial one entered on the profile payment. We utilize the information multiple times a day to create confirmation of correct information entry. We want to know when there are both donations and invoices on a profile payment. But knowing the different funds, when there are multiple donations is just as important.

  19. Filter donations by employee who entered - We have multiple people entering donations and it's very time consuming to go through the unposted donations and check them one by one to match that employees deposit for the day.

    It seems like it should be a simple thing to add.
