  1. When files are shared with Fund Advisors or other within the portal, display the File Category name as it's own column beside the Description field or beside the date to allow an additional sort option and descriptor.

  2. When viewing the voucher screen, it would be nice to be able to customize it to your own viewing needs. As a person who is paying the vouchers, perhaps I would like to see what type of payment we are issuing. We have set up the custom field to include various payment types including ACH, direct pay, autopay, check, etc. but have not way to see this information other than filtering the screen to see just one at a time. A customized screen would alleviate those additional steps.

  3. In Reports - Change "Label" field to "Mailing Label" to make it consistent with how it appears on the profile. "Label" is confusing and hard to find... like most fields in Reports :P

  4. Please make it possible to import stewards to the respective funds. The bulk edit function that is available would be quite time consuming as we have 1000+ stewards to link to funds. Thx

  5. We support multiple communities. When we show promoted funds on the portal, it would be nice to be able to show them by either Service Area or Group:Division. (Internally, we would be willing to use either of these attributes to assign the appropriate community.) So when the portal is displayed, users could easily find funds in their community. We want something similar to what the nonprofit directory allows where you can click on a type (i.e., Designated or Scholarship) to help filter a long listing.

    The search are does look at service area on a fund, so that could be an option that you communicate in the content area.

  6. I wish to see an easier option to change a fund after an online payment is submitted - similarly to cash or check processing where there is an easy button specifically to change the fund.

  8. Hello, we receive pledges for sponsorships, of which, the bulk is charitable. No problem linking the pledge tot he charitable portion. However, we cannot seem to find an easy way to link a non-charitable portion of the pledge (for instance if tickets come with a sponsorship). Is there any way to do this? If not, can you consider it for the future?

  10. It would be helpful to be able to set both a default email tax receipt and print tax receipt templates by fund. Currently you can only set one default per fund but we want to include an image of a signature for an emailed tax receipt but want to sign printed tax receipts. Being able to setup two defaults could make this possible without significant work.

  11. It would be great to have a toggle at the top of each section for "show inactive roles/links" that would then show the table as it is, but otherwise would only show the active roles. Another option would be to seperate out the dates from the "Roles" column into their own column to make it easier to read and add a column for "active" with a check for active and nothing for inactive.
    The current structure for the org roles and profile links works well when there is only a couple links, but it is very difficult to read once…

  12. We have Staff Users who are also Fund Advisors. When the Primary email is set to their work email address, they receive all csuite notifications to the Primary email address, auto emailed csuite reports, which should go to their work email but they also receive notifications for their personal Funds. I was only able to update the Donation Notify to be linked to their Personal and preferred email address but there is nowhere else we can update their email/communication preferences to try separate their work email and personal email/notifications. This also happens in reverse, if their personal email is set…

  13. We would like to able to assess a yearly minimum fee that is not at the end of the calendar year but at the end of Q2. If we could adjust the dates for minimum fees that would be very helpful for our process.

  15. Allow Custom Fields to help select a tax receipt template. For example, we have a custom field to indicate if a certain tax receipt should be tied to a fund. It would be great if when we change that field, the tax receipt template is then also updated. I know there is functionality to include funds to templates based on their group, subgroup, segment and division but those are fields already used that don't apply to how we want to differentiate our templates.

  16. Can you PLEASE add an additional field to the securities section of the tax receipt? We need the Net Deposit Amount. We would also appreciate have the Fees as an option to pull onto our tax receipt. We would like to communicate to donors the amount that will show in their fund. Thanks so much.

When campaigns are created for events, and a linked is shared to RSVP, is it possible, for people who RSVP with demographic information, for CSuite to identify if they already have a profile in our system? And if so, could it prompt them to update their demographic information in there profile?

  19. The charity check data (through Grant Connect) is only updated on a quarterly basis, which means that if a Charity looses their status, they won't fail the charity check until the next quarter. The data should be updated on a daily basis - not quarterly.

    At this time, Grant Connect receives a manual update from the CRA. It is not an API feed that can be updated daily.

  20. My idea is for the donor portal. When a donor advisor submits a grant, it would be super helpful for the "short name" of the fund to populate on the Grant Request page that we use to process the grant. The fund name populates but we use the short name when processing through payables to pay the grant. We have several donors who have more than one fund and this would take human error out of the process.
    I am not talking about the donor choosing the wrong fund on their donor portal. I am talking about the Grant Request…
