  3. Is it possible to hide all closed funds. It's frustrating to accidently click on the closed fund and have to go back again to retype. Staff here complain all the time to me.

  5. The new advisor donate button (next to the create grant request button) on the portal only allows one-time donations. The only way to set up recurring donations is through the Giving Hub. Please make it so you can also set up recurring donations.

  6. Please create the ability to export the Chart of Accounts and include a column for Financial View each account is assigned. There is no way to check what rolls up in a financial view without opening up each individually.

  7. I really appreciate the ability to customize campaigns with full HTML functionality. It has made our event pages look polished and visually engaging.

    That said, I’ve run into an issue with the Location field. Since this field is required to appear on ticket receipts, it would be much more intuitive for it to display at the top of the campaign page alongside the date and time. Currently, it appears at the very bottom of the page, where it’s easy to miss and not particularly useful for attendees.

  8. Adding back the previously archived idea of the ability to round to more amounts, like $250 or $500. We have some scholarships that award at $500 increments and it would be helpful to have something enforcing that.

  9. Foundations increasingly want to understand the full donor journey. From public website or email campaigns into CSuite, through the donor portal or Giving Hub, and ultimately to completed actions such as gifts or grant recommendations.

    While Google Analytics can currently be applied to Giving Hub pages, there is no way to track end-to-end donor behavior across CSuite, particularly once a user enters the donor portal or navigates authenticated areas of the system.

    What’s Missing Today

    Current Google Analytics support allows for:
    -Page and event tracking on Giving Hub pages
    -Donation-related event data via Measurement Protocol

  10. It's great to be able to run a report based on employee activity but the logs in some cases are extremely vague (like "voucher - Unposted") and I can't even click on refId to view the entity and see more details. Please make refId clickable

  11. I would like an import csv for creating campaign tickets as an alternative to the "Add Ticket" method. This would help greatly in reducing the time in takes to create multiple tickets and ensuring that the tickets have uniform/correct settings without clicking back into each ticket.

    Fields would include Name, Seats, Price, Value, Available, Private, Description, Donation Account, Non-Donation Account, Sort Order, Sponsorship Type, Receipt Template, etc.

  12. I feel like the donation tax receipt area is a bit confusing. I think it might be easier to understand that you "sent" out the receipt with a check box instead of an "unsend" once receipt is sent. It confuses me every time. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like the wording is just a bit tricky.

  13. We have many donors who are entering their prefix (Mr/Mrs/Ms) to the "Suffix" field in the Giving Hub. I'm shocked that these aren't fields that we can customize in the Giving Hub Settings/Content pages. Or why isn't "Prefix" field being used already? Why have one and not the other?

    The Giving Hub check out page as it is currently configured is importing names incorrectly, and is causing a lot of data clean up work. We can't mail a thank you letter to John Doe Mr. - and what if a donor wants to put his name in as Mr. John…

  15. A module or integration with Expensify/Concur, which allows vendor receipts to be recorded. If Csuite could use OCR and AI technology to interpret receipt expense accounts, it would be great. If not, then it would be a good thing to allow Expensify/Concur to upload the images and data from their cloud database into Csuite. This would be used for expense tracking and budgeting purposes for nonprofit organizations.

  16. It would be great if the Import Donations file had options/fields to add Advisor information. When there are giving campaigns such us Giving Days, we receive multiple donations through a third party. EX: Colorado Gives Day donations are done through Colorado Gives Foundation. We would like to import the donations individually but Colorado Gives Foundation needs to be the primary donor and the individual donors are the advisors. Thank you!

  17. We would like to enable the “interest types” option in fund advisor portal. However, we have several grant types/interest types that we don’t want displayed publicly, and according to support you either have to display all or nothing. It would be great if there could be a "make public" checkbox or something on that order, so you could fill in the public display name and check whether or not you want that grant type displayed in the portal or not.

  18. We'd like to recommend a couple of additional customization options for the online portal:

    1). It would be great if we could customize the text of the Grant Request "Description" box (specifically, we would like to be able to include instructions about what people making Grant Requests should include in that box. Right now we have some "Portal Content" text that provides those instructions, but we feel the instructions would be followed more consistently if we could change the name of "Description" -- to utilize this change effectively, we would also like to see a character limit for the box…

  19. Unless I am missing a step, I would like to have multiple envelope templates. The current template puts the recipients title on the next line instead of behind their name. If I change the template to print on one line, envelopes to individuals do not print correctly.

  20. I would like to see all necessary information directly on the profile page. Example: A donor walks in & I wasn't expecting them. I would like to see all activity they have done in the past without having to search around for it. I know I can click on vendor then on vouchers, but I would like it to be easily accessible. Thank you!
