  1. When updating an address to become inactive on a household, the option to update other matching addresses in the individual profiles pops up. Please remove this pop-up, as it's not possible to extend the 'inactive' status when checking the boxes. OR, allow the active/inactive settings to be extended to other profiles when checking the box. It seems ridiculous to offer an option to take action when literally no action can be taken.

  2. We would like to add functionality that allows fundraising campaigns to offer tiered “thank-you gifts” based on donation amounts. Donors could select from available gift options when they contribute, and the system would automatically track eligibility by donation level.

    Additionally, we want to include the capability for donors to send personalized notes or “gift notes” to recipients. This option would allow donors to dedicate their gift, include a special message, or notify someone that a donation has been made in their honor.

  3. Please add an AUTOMATIC way to add SLM Follow Up Form, student thank you notes and pictures as files to share with Fund Advisors - in their "files" section.

    The current process is to individually:
    1) download each thank you note and student picture from the SLM Follow Up Form
    2) match with the known fund advisor, listed on file in C-Suite
    3) email each fund advisor (and donor) the thank you note and picture

  4. This has NOT been implemented per previous post:

    We have multiple funds that either roll some or all of their spendable back to the principal balance of the SAME FUND each year to grow the fund or for a specified amount of time (until the donors' death for example). Currently, you can not select the SOURCE fund as the BENEFICIARY fund; it has to go to ANOTHER fund. It would be nice to be able to automate these grants annually instead of manually moving money from Spendable to Principal.

  5. We love that we are able to add a campaign to a voucher. This helps with tracking and reporting events. It would be great if we could add the campaign after the voucher is already posted and the check is already cut.

  6. I have some donors who prefer their tax receipts to be send via mail (or email). There should be way to filter for this under "Donations Needing Receipts" other than using the "Do Not Email" field (because some donors wish to receive emails for other communications, but hard copies of tax receipts).

  7. I would like to have a positive pay "bucket" or similar functionality that allows me to keep track of which checks have been downloaded in a positive pay export, and which ones are ready to download. We try hard to keep up with the work flow to include positive pay, but a few workflow situations have caused bank exceptions that could be easily solved if there was a quick place in csuite to view the checks ready to submit for positive pay.   8. Right now when I import Journal Entries, it combines random entries with the same date. It isn't even all one date, there could be two or three. We need these to all be separate as they're different deposits, different payment methods, etc. Grouping them makes reconciliation incredibly difficult.

  9. For endowed funds, We would like there to be an option somewhere in the donation process for a donor to select whether they would like their donation to go towards the principal or spendable balance of the fund.

    Right now all donations are automatically applied to the principal but we have some donors that will make a contribution to the spendable balance of a fund in order to cover the difference for a grant/scholarship going out.

  10. When someone donates with a credit card and agrees to pay the processing fee (we use Stripe), the PDescription language that shows up in the ledger states "Cover creditcard fee". Creditcard is misspelled. It should be "credit card". My suggestion is to change that hard coding.

  11. Add donor address type to fund/donor portal as well as if donor is active or deceased.
    Please show the type of address next to the addresses listed when you click on a donor in the portal. It would also be nice to see if this donor is active, deceased or inactive. Currently all donors even if now deceased.

    When a fund rep clicks on a donor with multiple addresses, all the active addresses are shown, however you can't tell if it is the primary address, the home address, the business address, etc because the address type is not shown.

  12. On a grant record, "Email" is an option next to the field "Grant Award Letter". It seems that this field is not working as expected. It returns a yellow warning message, and doesn't send the email.

  13. When we went to enter a donation, the household profile was inactive because the husband had passed. We need a way that you cannot use the household to create a donation.

    If I did not know the husband was dead the widow would have got a letter with Mr. and Mrs. The household profile was inactive and she was still able to do a donation.

    Is there a way to fix this?

  14. An Organization Profile can have individual profiles connected in certain Org Roles (e.g. Treasurer, Development Officer). There is a setting to set a connected individual profile as "Primary" but I understand this is only for reporting. Can that Primary profile also be set as the default grantee contact on grants going to the Org (affecting the email the grant letter is sent to and any applicable merge fields too)? Or maybe having the option to choose from list of Org Role profiles when creating a grant.

  15. As our team members change, we need the ability to change the approver on various fund groups using a batch method. We have thousands of funds, and this is not practical to do one at a time. Thank you for your support.

  16. It would be helpful to have a separate description for a campaign for internal users so that campaign names can have the year in front of them for organization purposes. We wouldn't necessarily want the date to be seen externally if someone is buying a ticket.

  17. I would be helpful that after a donation is reviewed the system does not move to the next donation that needs review. For us it causes the reviewer to go back to that donor if they have multiple donations to review.

  19. Quickly sell public securities in CommunitySuite without realized gains/losses, fees applied. "Sell all" or checkbox list option when selling. Public Securities comprise the majority of gifts received. RBC typically does not record the realized gains/losses, fees until month end statements are produced for the investment accounts.
