Grant deletion message
When deleting a grant, have a message appear about making sure you want to delete the grant. I've deleted numerous grants on accident and having an extra step would be helpful to prevent this.

We do a lot of importing of scholarships with new students and having the ability to import birthday and gender on the original import template would save the step of a batch update after the import.

Post internal grants with regular grants
When checks are created for regular grants, please also post the payments for internal grants. Csuite used to do this and now internal grants have to be 'paid' one at time. If there was a reason the functionality was changed, please create an ability to batch 'pay' internal grants.

Opportunity Letter per Stage
Hi, I'm exploring the use of opportunities to manage our bequest administration process. It might be useful to be able to set a different Opportunity Letter template for each stage (e.g. Acknowledging Bequest Notification, Follow-up, etc).

Option to make profile a Tribute
We recently moved from Raiser's Edge to CSuite, where we had the option to link a tribute record to an existing profile. It would be great, for continuity purposes, to be able to tie a tribute record to an existing profile. For example, gifts made in honor of our CEO, would be linked to her profile in CSuite. Additionally, tributes made in memory of a deceased individual, would be linked to that individual's profile. I'd love to have the option to make these connections, while still having the ability to add tributes for individuals who do not have profiles.

Sort Feature on Bank Reconciliation
Please bring back the sort feature on bank reconciliation. It was very helpful when looking for check #'s and deposits.

It would be nice to have the ability to pull a report of all book of memory donations, including names of those being honored or memorialized.

Fund Balance Graphs & Dates
We've had users ask us to add a date next to the fund balance in their portal with the option to view past monthly fund balances, possibly in graph form. This would allow users to view the balance of every month and see the direction things are headed. Also giving the option to filter by dates. Showing them the trend of their fund, especially through visuals, could be a nice touch.

Accents switching to ASCII Characters when put in Portal Cart
If a profile has an accent in their address etc, once it gets to the portal cart, it switches to an ascii character. Same thing happens if the description typed in by the donor has an accent in it, it also switches to an ASCII character.

Ability to Import Ticket Requests
Could we import ticket requests when we import tickets to an event? Entering by hand is too much work.

Ability to put Balance Sheet, Budget vs Actuals/Income Statement on Fund Statements
When working with fiscal projects, we are hoping to teach them how to read financial statements. The fund statement is not a true statement of activity, budget, or balance sheet. It would be easier to send them monthly fund statements with their financials already attached, either through an option or a template.

USPS standardization option
With the change of the USPS validation back to not using the standardization of all caps, it would be nice if we had the option to choose to use all caps, which is USPS standard, if we wanted. That was one of the great features for the USPS validation process for us. We have considerable trouble with mail not reaching its destination and want to do all we can to help it get where it’s supposed to go.

Record photo covers file type
When an photo is uploaded into C-Suites, it covers up what type of file it is (individual, household, organization.) This has limited our use of that part of the product.
It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to display what type of file it is if uploading a photo.

Custom Donation report should go back to report after bulk posting donations
I have a custom donation report in order to bulk post donations for our giving day. I change the donor each time. When I do Bulk Actions to post the donations, it takes me to a donations posting list rather than back to the report each time. Then I have to go find the report again. Please change it so it goes back to the report each time. It worked that way last year.

Upload IDs - Legacy Profile Code
It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

Multifund grant filter
It would be beneficial to be able to filter on custom reports or in the grant buckets whether or not a grant is multifund. Currently only available in Home > Grants > Reports.

Rename "Sponsored Org"
We have been instructed by Foundant's support team to populate the "Sponsored Org" field on grants with the Sponsoring Org. Can this field be renamed to "Fiscal Sponsor" so that it aligns with how it is intended to be used. This would also require "Sponsor", which appears on grant reports, to be renamed to "Sponsored Org". If that cannot be implemented across CSuite due to other clients using these fields as they are named, can we be given the ability to rename these fields within our specific CSuite site?

Tribute Donation Report
The "Donation Report" page for a Tribute shows each gift amount (which we may not want to share with the person being notified) but does not show the mailing address of each donor (which we do want to share). Ideally, the "Donation Report" page would allow us to add or remove columns. The only work-around is via a Custom Report, which shouldn't be necessary.
This is a common-sense revision that shouldn't require action based on the number of votes it receives.
