  3. Add Hide Amounts as a global-checkbox option in the Bulk Edit Funds area. Hide Memorial Amounts is a Bulk Edit Funds option - Hide Amounts should also be.

  4. Please make the Donor ID visible on the donor record, in custom reports, and as an upload option. While many reports include it as output, its absence in these areas prevents us from linking the Donor ID to a Profile.

When doing a lookup in General Ledger for a specific account, it would be beneficial if there were an option to 'save' lookup parameters so users don't have to keep entering the same search criteria multiple times. For example, 90% of the time I am reviewing transactions in only a few GL accounts for the current month's date range. Every time I do this, I have to re-enter the account and date criteria which wastes a lot of time.   8. The key components of a a Cash Flow statement exist in Csuite, between the Income Statement and Balance Trend under financials. However, in order to extract a report that encompasses Net Income, Beginning Cash, Revenue, and Expenses, we currently have to export these reports and merge the fields manually to create cash analysis. For foundations and nonprofits with high turnover in cash and fluctuations in liabilities due to grants, we require a method to measure cash flow based on activities.

    I hope that Csuite will allow users to combine the activities within each report into one within the system.

  12. When changing a grantee after having ran the Charity Check in C-suite, it would be great that the Charity Status Check gets cleared with the change as right now it keeps the date from the previous grantee and doesn't stop you from pushing the grant to GLM if using that function.

  13. I love the new Nickname field! We had a custom field that we were using for Nickname, but today I exported our custom field nicknames, then imported them into the new Nickname field and then removed them from the custom field and deleted the outdated custom field. In doing all that, I noticed that in Reporting when you select fields or filters that the field is labeled "Nick Name". Would it be possible to get it to match the Profile field label which is "Nickname"? Thanks!

  16. We would like the export order to be address name followed by work title then label. For organizations this shows the primary contact, title, then the organization name. For individuals and households, we do have to delete the address name because it is a duplicate of the label. Having address title at the end of the export doesn't make sense (although I greatly appreciate it being added!)

  17. Currently, when bulk posting donations, we don't have the name of the fund available, just the donation number, name and amount. Having the 'fund' name available when bulk posting donations could assist users to know/choose which donations they need to post.

  19. It would be very beneficial if you could use the result of a set of search results as a "starting place" for a custom report. As an example (see attachment), I ran a Profiles List filtered by Engagement Strategy. It gave me a nice list of what I was looking for except for some custom fields I had added to the profiles.   20. Allow Multi-fund voucher requests through the portal. We have fiscal sponsorships that have multiple funds for grant-tracking purposes. They need to pay invoices/vouchers from multiple of the grant funds without having to submit 4 voucher requests for the same invoice. if this cannot be done, PLEASE allow online voucher requests to be changed to multi-fund once they're created in CSuite.
