  1. Could there be an additional column to include the check date, so that we can see when the voucher was paid, when viewing the paid bucket?

  2. The shopping cart radio button for Individual or Organization is leading to regular confusion/misinformation as we sell tickets for our fundraiser. It defaults to Individual so naturally people fill that out, but many of our donors are making payments on behalf of their businesses/organizations. Then we have to manually go in and change the donation from the person's name to the business/organization name as the donor. It would be nice to very clearly capture whether the Organization or the Individual is the actual donor and capture the appropriate corresponding information in the cart, to avoid all the manual fixes in…

  3. Please implement an approval function for grant requests in the portal.

    It would be great if there were an approval function for grant requests, similar to the Grant Approver function on the internal admin side, that required a percentage of fund advisors to approve the request before the grant request was submitted for processing.

    This is particularly useful for funds that require multiple "signers" to approve the request before a distribution is made. This is also a common need for religious foundations/organizations

  4. Possibility to have the "Philanthropic Interest Type" to be set under the fund. This could allow for staff to tag the preferred type, and maybe in the long run use that field to filter the donor portal based on the donor's interest.

  5. It is no longer possible to see complete giving history to a fund for Advised contributions to that fund or information about the donor-advisor.
    Example: The Bob & Carol Fund at OCCF advised a grant out of their DAF to ABC Nonprofit's endowment fund at OCCF once a year for six years. ABC's fund portal shows the endowment contribution, but drilling into the contribution does not display that donor's impressive six year history of endowment gifts or their address, instead it displays every interfund gift from OCCF to that endowment fund.   6. When checks are created for regular grants, please also post the payments for internal grants. Csuite used to do this and now internal grants have to be 'paid' one at time. If there was a reason the functionality was changed, please create an ability to batch 'pay' internal grants.

  8. Hi, I'm exploring the use of opportunities to manage our bequest administration process. It might be useful to be able to set a different Opportunity Letter template for each stage (e.g. Acknowledging Bequest Notification, Follow-up, etc).

  9. We recently moved from Raiser's Edge to CSuite, where we had the option to link a tribute record to an existing profile. It would be great, for continuity purposes, to be able to tie a tribute record to an existing profile. For example, gifts made in honor of our CEO, would be linked to her profile in CSuite. Additionally, tributes made in memory of a deceased individual, would be linked to that individual's profile. I'd love to have the option to make these connections, while still having the ability to add tributes for individuals who do not have profiles.

  10. It would really be appreciated if we could have access to the fund advisor's email address in the check template. It's available on the grant letter template as {{advisor.email}, but not in the check template. We generate most of our grant letters with the checks.

    The reason we'd like this is that we have at least one fund advisor who would like her email address, not her physical address, on the cc portion of the grant letter with the check. It would be great to be able to accommodate that.

  11. When an photo is uploaded into C-Suites, it covers up what type of file it is (individual, household, organization.) This has limited our use of that part of the product.

    It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to display what type of file it is if uploading a photo.

  12. Reposting Previous Suggestion-

    Please add the address and phone type fields to the template when importing new profiles. I am importing lots of new profiles but have to go back and manually add the address type and email type. This is a very tedious process.

  13. I recently created a new fund and in my haste, breezed past "Endowed" because the fund was not endowed. However, it will be so we needed to track principal. Clearly my oversight but I'd like to suggest changing "Endowed" to "Track Principal Balance". This would follow the "Track Spendable" format and clarify the purpose of the term "Endowed".

  14. I get lots of emails from Community Suite when someone includes me on a Note, or creates a Voucher for a fund I'm an approver on. Clicking on the link in those emails involves a 3 step process:
    1. Link takes me to the login page for our CS instance.
    2. After logging in successfully, I'm taken to our dashboard.
    3. But what about that original link? I need to go back to email and click it again, to go to the item in question.

  15. Now that closed funds have an option to be viewed in the portal, it would be nice to have the option to add closed funds to the fund advisor designation so folk can see the history in the portal.

  16. Similar to Create Grant Requests in a bulk action from the Grants bucket, it would be nice to have a bulk create voucher requests. Currently, I have to do these one by one and it is a very slow process to have to do that for recurring vendors who are paid through the fund advisor portal.

  17. Within a grantee record have the ability to customize the fields being populated. Currently they are: ID, Grant Date, Fund, Status, Amount, Sponsored Org, Beneficiary, Description.
    We use grant programs and it would be helpful to identify at a glance what grant program the grant came from. See example below, we rarely use Sponsored Org or Beneficiary. It would excellent to have the ability to customize these columns.

When doing a lookup in General Ledger for a specific account, it would be beneficial if there were an option to 'save' lookup parameters so users don't have to keep entering the same search criteria multiple times. For example, 90% of the time I am reviewing transactions in only a few GL accounts for the current month's date range. Every time I do this, I have to re-enter the account and date criteria which wastes a lot of time.
