  1. Create a way to add different "Alert Areas". We can add additional Notes/Task types, it would be great to add additional alert types, or enable a sticky note to be pasted to the main profile or fund page.

  2. It would be nice to have to ability to close a Functional Expense, similar to how you can close a GL Account. We use a lot of Functional Expense codes, some of which are not being used anymore, and it would be nice to be able to hide those from the list without deleting them entirely.

  6. The option to auto tax receipt based on the donation amount would be very beneficial as not every single small donation needs a tax receipt. This would be a setting in the donations settings that allows for the inputting of an amount and should that threshold be reached, then the donation or event ticket receipt would be automated. Otherwise, it would have to be manually processed.

  7. After importing pledges into CSuite users are unable to bulk post all of the pledges listed in the new bucket. This requires the user to click into each pledge & then post. This requires additional setup time when working with a high volume of pledges.

  8. We would like to be able to edit a campaign after tickets are created. Currently, we cannot edit any information on the "Details" tab once tickets are created. Sometimes, we need to make slight changes to descriptions or event names and cannot do this once tickets have been added to the event.

  9. Be able to email / text an invite to campaign from a profile and/or campaign and when registered, not create a new profile. Ideally, have a user portal experience like the fund advisors. This would create ability to see donations, campaigns, ticket purchases, etc.

  10. Quickly sell public securities in CommunitySuite without realized gains/losses, fees applied. "Sell all" or checkbox list option when selling. Public Securities comprise the majority of gifts received. RBC typically does not record the realized gains/losses, fees until month end statements are produced for the investment accounts.

  13. We are collecting information in a Notes Field on an event which is working when a patron fills it out online. but we have no way to add this note when entering a ticket manually or if a note needs to be updated. Please make this field available in the back office.

  14. Can we add multiple approvers to a Voucher, with dollar limits? Vouchers over $1,000 or $5,000 require two approvals? Can we direct which approver needs to be notified based on the dollar amount? This would eliminate the need for paper/electronic forms to be signed for each voucher.

  17. Is there any way you can program the system to generate the actual age of a donor? Our organization runs reports, lists, mailing labels, etc. by age groups from Raiser's Edge/Blackbaud. Having this system give us the current age would be extremely helpful. Otherwise, we have to export the report into an excel file and add a formula to show the persons current age which is time consuming.

  18. Request: Add the ability to customize the subject line of the Donation Notify Email.

    Clear, tailored subject lines are essential for fund holders to immediately recognize the purpose and source of the email. As it stands, the default subject line is vague and can appear suspicious or irrelevant. Allowing subject line customization would improve clarity, trust, and overall communication when donations are made to a fund holder's fund.

  19. We are an Education Foundation supporting our local K12 public schools. Our grants are directly to the District, to individual teachers, or to higher ed institutions. The Charity Check feature presents difficulties. We need a bulk action to set "No Charity Status Check" or a system wide option to "Disable Charity Check" as these features do not serve our present situation.

  20. Currently, donation receipts show in list before posted for receipts. If they only appeared after posted, it would reduce the potential error in sending out a donation receipt too early, but allow for a placeholder to be made.
