  1. With new sandbox release on 11/19/24- Be able to rename a report on a one time basis on the print screen. Instead of in the settings where you can change the name for "Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc" as the default name, we want it on the print screen. There are options to rename the columns, but let's add it for the report name on the same screen for a one off basis. :)

  2. We support multiple communities. When we show promoted funds on the portal, it would be nice to be able to show them by either Service Area or Group:Division. (Internally, we would be willing to use either of these attributes to assign the appropriate community.) So when the portal is displayed, users could easily find funds in their community. We want something similar to what the nonprofit directory allows where you can click on a type (i.e., Designated or Scholarship) to help filter a long listing.

  3. When a user clicks the DONATION Tab within their DAF, it brings them to the DONATE page (https://xxxxx.fcsuite.com/erp/donate/list). The user's own funds are listed somewhere on this page along with dozens of funds that we have 'promoted'. This isn't ideal since the user's fund(s) are buried in the page. Improvement is essential. Either (1) put the user's fund(s) at the top of the DONATE page, or (2) allow the user to find their funds via the SEARCH bar that's at the top of the page. Right now the user's fund(s) do not show up in SEARCH presumably because…

  4. When entering the information to calculate interest on term investments in bulk, is there a way for the Select Dates for Interest Calculation Description to include the term investment “Investing Fund” or “Short Name”? This would be similar to the merge fields in the templates.

    When these entries are exported and sorted, there is no reference to what term investment the interest goes to.

  5. I wish to see an easier option to change a fund after an online payment is submitted - similarly to cash or check processing where there is an easy button specifically to change the fund.

  7. We assign tasks to our development team and meet with the team to review/update, etc. It would be helpful if we could filter on the assigned tasks to see one Steward at a time.

  8. Please can you revisit the idea of allowing tax receipt to be sent to multiple contacts on a profile even when sending in bulk. Please also give us the possibility to have a copy of the communication sent to our system email.

  9. For Designated funds, we often need to keep track of multiple beneficiaries per fund. And with hundreds of spendable grants created every year, there are times when we need to hold a grant from a specific fund, for a specific grantee. Would be great to have an option to hold or deactivate a beneficiary WITHOUT removing them from the beneficiary list entirely.

  10. We use the "Detail Attachment" to send to grantees with checks that have 5 or more grants, but it could be even easier! Please add the following 2 things:

    1. Our name! Our foundation's name isn't anywhere on this attachment, so I have to add it manually to the pdf.

    2. The check number

    If this attachment gets separated from the check - and let's be honest, that can easily happen - the grantee needs to know who this is coming from and the check number for accounting purposes.

  11. It would be helpful if we could nest one opportunity within another. For instance, we use an Opportunity to track our relationships with BIPOC donors, focusing on engagement rather than immediate fundraising goals. It would be ideal to add this relationship-building Opportunity under a larger, overarching Opportunity, such as New Fund or Legacy Society.

  12. PLEASE consider including all accounts in balance sheet and income statement reports. The condensed view is nice on screen but it would be infinitely more helpful either to see them, or at least to have them export as zeros. It would save so much time in multi-fund reporting to accurately copy and paste columns of figures including zeros and unused accounts knowing they would all land in their respective cells in a spreadsheet containing the full GL. If this functionality exists, please let me know how to produce it!

  14. There is no option to change the profile for an opportunity once it is made. Sometimes we have the name of the person who referred it, and we put it on that profile. Then once we get the name of the client we want it on the client profile. I have to delete the first opportunity and make a new opportunity. But if this opportunity started in 2024 and I don't have the details of 2025, the created date will look like this started in 2025.   15. We utilize personalized donation pages on our website to promote specific funds. We want to be able to embed a link to the C-Suite donation page directly within our own unique URL that donors recognize as ours and trust. This is something we were able to do with CanadaHelps, but C-Suite functionality doesn't currently allow it. And the C-Suite donation pages look and feel very different from our web page, due to their limited design capabilities.

  16. Currently, Grant Catalog only accepts monetary donations to support the needs of Grantees. We would like to propose an additional option allowing donors to contribute essential items, which could then be tracked through the platform. For example, we envision connecting Grantees with local hardware businesses to provide computers and other tangible resources.

  17. Hello, we receive pledges for sponsorships, of which, the bulk is charitable. No problem linking the pledge tot he charitable portion. However, we cannot seem to find an easy way to link a non-charitable portion of the pledge (for instance if tickets come with a sponsorship). Is there any way to do this? If not, can you consider it for the future?

  19. Is there a way to enter a voucher for an annual subscription where it automatically records the prepaid and corresponding monthly subscription expense in each following month? Or can the prepaid only be spent down through journal entries? I think it would be very helpful to have the option to enter the prepaid voucher with corresponding monthly spend down at the initial input.

  20. Looking to see if this can be a possibility in the future. For INACTIVE household donations, made inactive due to one member of the household having died, to be absorbed by the living members profile. This would make it so the household itself would no longer have to be linked to that individual. Also when that individual logs into the portal, they could see their past household donations included in with their individual donations, if there are any.
