  1. Currently, there is not an automatic field for the Profile Age based on the DOB field. Is there a way that this can be programmed so that we don't have to export a list of people into an Excel spreadsheet and create a formula for this? In our organization, we do a lot of programming for age groups and having the age automatically show up on the profile page, would be awesome and less time consuming on the staff. Thank you for listening to my suggestion.

  2. I have some fund advisors who want to receive the notifications that go out regarding grant requests from a single fund, but they would love not to get multiple separate emails from the system for example.  In the most recent case, the fund advisor had made 32 separate grant requests. It would be great if by fund, we could have options for how this information is received by the fund advisor. Consolidated by week or Per Grant Request.

  4. For our Tribute letters, the Salutation merge field populates with the first and last name of the recipient. Would it be possible to have it just populate with the first name of the person or the couple receiving the letter? This would make the letter less formal, especially when it is being sent to any donors that we have a long-standing relationship with. I saw a post where this change was implemented for the Tax Receipt template, so I'm hopeful this would be an easy fix for Tribute templates as well. Thank you! Kelley H.

  5. When a donation/grant is INTERNAL, please show in the description field, or the trefname field that has the grant number, the name of the fund where the donation is originating from. Please have this show up in reporting.

While reviewing fund statements, at times a statement may be skipped/not marked reviewed due to some issue with it that needs to be researched, etc. Going back later to find those few statements that still need review out of a list of 900+ statements is cumbersome by just scrolling through the list looking for those without a review date. It would be helpful to have a option to show only "Not Reviewed" statements in the batch.

  7. When adding an email from a sent email, the search function only searches the sender, not the "to" or "cc" emails. As we cannot use the integration when drafting an email, the next best option is to attach from the our Outlook send. However, we have to manually enter the email to get to the right profile, as the search is only searching the "from" of the email.

    In addition, the search function is only searching the primary email. Many contacts have more than one email (work, personal, volunteer etc).

  8. When reviewing a Grantee's Grants Tab, the Grants Awarded table accurately reflects values. However, clicking on the total value for a specific year only displays completed grants. This limitation becomes problematic when assessing the total grants for the current year, including both vouchered and completed grants.

  9. It would be nice if Edit Payment Schedule, Grant Type, and all other grant related fields are available on the edit grant screen. It slows down workflow if I have to select some fields individually to edit, and then go into the main edit screen for the rest of the fields.

  11. Excited to use the new Fundraising Campaigns option. Would love to have the Campaign Profiles tab reflect which profiles have contributed to the campaign (versus using RSVP or Attended) and in turn have that info reflected on the profile's Engagement tab for that campaign.

With the launch of the new Fundraising campaigns, I would love for it to give the capability to export a script code for a widget that would allow some of our fundholders to fundraise on their own websites. We work with a variety of donors that have existing websites and would like the option of a widget to live on their site.

  14. The shopping cart radio button for Individual or Organization is leading to regular confusion/misinformation as we sell tickets for our fundraiser. It defaults to Individual so naturally people fill that out, but many of our donors are making payments on behalf of their businesses/organizations. Then we have to manually go in and change the donation from the person's name to the business/organization name as the donor. It would be nice to very clearly capture whether the Organization or the Individual is the actual donor and capture the appropriate corresponding information in the cart, to avoid all the manual fixes in…

  15. If I change the steward on the household profile, CSuite should ask if I want to change this on the household member profiles. It feels like more work to have to jump into each profile when we are making a change in a household. But it should ask, because there are cases where the individual members may have a different steward.

  16. Please implement an approval function for grant requests in the portal.

    It would be great if there were an approval function for grant requests, similar to the Grant Approver function on the internal admin side, that required a percentage of fund advisors to approve the request before the grant request was submitted for processing.

    This is particularly useful for funds that require multiple "signers" to approve the request before a distribution is made. This is also a common need for religious foundations/organizations

  17. Possibility to have the "Philanthropic Interest Type" to be set under the fund. This could allow for staff to tag the preferred type, and maybe in the long run use that field to filter the donor portal based on the donor's interest.

  18. It is no longer possible to see complete giving history to a fund for Advised contributions to that fund or information about the donor-advisor.
    Example: The Bob & Carol Fund at OCCF advised a grant out of their DAF to ABC Nonprofit's endowment fund at OCCF once a year for six years. ABC's fund portal shows the endowment contribution, but drilling into the contribution does not display that donor's impressive six year history of endowment gifts or their address, instead it displays every interfund gift from OCCF to that endowment fund.   20. Hi, I'm exploring the use of opportunities to manage our bequest administration process. It might be useful to be able to set a different Opportunity Letter template for each stage (e.g. Acknowledging Bequest Notification, Follow-up, etc).
