Pledges with non-charitable portion
Hello, we receive pledges for sponsorships, of which, the bulk is charitable. No problem linking the pledge tot he charitable portion. However, we cannot seem to find an easy way to link a non-charitable portion of the pledge (for instance if tickets come with a sponsorship). Is there any way to do this? If not, can you consider it for the future?

Auto-Populate a Student's SSN from a follow-up form to their User Profile
Since we need to collect all student's personal information to report to the Canada Revenue Agency every year, currently, we must manually enter each student's SSN to their CSuite profile. In our process, we ask for a student's SSN and direct-deposit information on a follow-up form that must be completed after they have been selected to receive funding. It would be great to have a function that can import this information from the SLM follow-up form to their CSuite profile.

Bulk Create Yearly Receipt and Upload to Fund Advisor Portal (files/resources)
The bulk create yearly tax receipts is a great function - and I would love it if we could leverage the way we do statements. Currently, the option is to mail or email the yearly receipt on an individual level. If we could have a way to bulk create them for donors and publish to the fund advisor portal, not the donor portal, so that fund advisors can see the tax receipts this would get around the issue of individuals having to change the profile to the household to see household donations. Bulk delete grants...please!
We see that this request has been archived in the past. Please reconsider it. If we import a large batch of grants or use the "Create Spendable Grants" to create hundreds of grants at one time, there is no way to bulk delete those grants once created if we find there is either an error or something that needs to be run differently. Individually opening and deleting each grant is extremely time consuming. Bulk actions can be found in other areas throughout the site. Can bulk delete of grants be implemented?

Fund Advisors Field for Grants
When you set up fund advisors for the portal, they are usually linked to the individual advisor's profile, not the household. This makes setting the household as the advisor when entering grants difficult because it populates the profiles with portal access. We then have to manually update this on the next page to the household profile, and this sometimes causes confusion if the individual profile is selected.

2 votesThere is the following fund setting that populates a drop down box when a Fund Advisor requests a grant. This is would require the household to be an advisor - you do not need to give them fund access:
- Allow Additional Advisors - Allows fund advisors to make grant requests on behalf of other advisors.
- This does not need to be selected to have more than one fund advisor setup on a fund.

Allow Fund Advisors who are Staff Members to update the Contact Preferences
We have Staff Users who are also Fund Advisors. When the Primary email is set to their work email address, they receive all csuite notifications to the Primary email address, auto emailed csuite reports, which should go to their work email but they also receive notifications for their personal Funds. I was only able to update the Donation Notify to be linked to their Personal and preferred email address but there is nowhere else we can update their email/communication preferences to try separate their work email and personal email/notifications. assign check template by fund
We would like to be able to assign check templates to funds. We have our default check and several other check templates. Almost all of the additional templates are specific to certain funds. It would be great if we could set a default check for each fund.

Minimum Yearly Fee
We would like to able to assess a yearly minimum fee that is not at the end of the calendar year but at the end of Q2. If we could adjust the dates for minimum fees that would be very helpful for our process.

Current system integrates with their phone system so they can just click a phone number and it dials through their phone system.

Adding Custom Fields
Allow Custom Fields to help select a tax receipt template. For example, we have a custom field to indicate if a certain tax receipt should be tied to a fund. It would be great if when we change that field, the tax receipt template is then also updated. I know there is functionality to include funds to templates based on their group, subgroup, segment and division but those are fields already used that don't apply to how we want to differentiate our templates.

Net Deposit amount on Securities Tax Receipt
Can you PLEASE add an additional field to the securities section of the tax receipt? We need the Net Deposit Amount. We would also appreciate have the Fees as an option to pull onto our tax receipt. We would like to communicate to donors the amount that will show in their fund. Thanks so much.

Profile Information Updates via RSVP'S
When campaigns are created for events, and a linked is shared to RSVP, is it possible, for people who RSVP with demographic information, for CSuite to identify if they already have a profile in our system? And if so, could it prompt them to update their demographic information in there profile?

Charity Check Data should be updated daily
The charity check data (through Grant Connect) is only updated on a quarterly basis, which means that if a Charity looses their status, they won't fail the charity check until the next quarter. The data should be updated on a daily basis - not quarterly.
2 votesAt this time, Grant Connect receives a manual update from the CRA. It is not an API feed that can be updated daily.

Assigning task to yourself & Outlook event
In CSuite, there is an issue where if you assign a Task to yourself as the assignee, the Outlook calendar event does not show up in your calendar even if you check off the box to send it. It would be so helpful to have that option to automatically receive the Outlook calendar event when a task is assigned to yourself.

Update Split Interest Values
Need the ability to update split interest values at the end of the year. Would currently have to write adjusting entries for their over 600 CGAs and CRTs, which is not a feasible solution.

Donor Advisor Portal
My idea is for the donor portal. When a donor advisor submits a grant, it would be super helpful for the "short name" of the fund to populate on the Grant Request page that we use to process the grant. The fund name populates but we use the short name when processing through payables to pay the grant. We have several donors who have more than one fund and this would take human error out of the process.

Could you please add a Documents/Resources tab to the new non-Fund Advisor portal. We would use this tab to post announcements and news of our initiatives that these donors may not see otherwise.

When paying out a scholarship, currently, the award date can be later than the payment date. There should be a safeguard in place where this can't happen, in case someone makes a mistake.

Link profiles to voucher items for credit card vouchers
It would be wonderful to have the option to link a profile to voucher items in a similar way to how you can add an "advisor" to a donation for indirect credit. For purchases made on our organization credit cards, we input an itemized voucher into Csuite to the credit card company, but then it is very difficult to see where purchases were actually made since it is only visible in the item description text. If there was an option (not requirement) to link to another profile, then we would be able to see from the profile the payments made…
2 votesHere is a link to a help article that might help in this situation. A voucher is entered for each charged item directly to the vendor. The vouchers are then paid to the "credit card" liability account. When the statement is received, a voucher is created for the statement value to relieve the liability. This credit card liability account can also be reconciled each month.
