  1. To maintain data integrity and streamline auditing/reviewing, I propose a Fund Advisor Portal Edit Report that tracks fund advisor profile modifications in the portal. This report would summary any changes that the fund advisor makes to their profile within the portal. This would include, change of username, address, phone number, the new banking information, TIN, SSN, etc. Currently, an email is sent to say there was a change but users have to go into the log to find what was changed or updated. If created, this report will improve oversight, ensuring accurate data and easier auditing/reviewing.

  2. Currently you cannot edit someone else's report, you have to "Save As" and delete old report. It would be nice to either have an "Edit" option, similar to "Share" or if you select "Share", it would allow them to also edit.

  3. We use the File section of the new portal to share fund agreements, stewardship materials (for those who no longer receive paper statements), and other documents with our fundholders. As the list of files grows with our engagement, this starts to be unwieldy without the ability to use the internal File Categories (and the sticky function) to organize the files for our fundholders. It would be wonderful to have this functionality in the portal, not just behind-the-scenes for staff.

  4. Would it be possible to create a Boolean field on profiles to indicate that they should receive a Yearly Tax Receipt? The batch process for generating Yearly Tax Receipts relies of filtering the list of Donors, however there does not currently appear to be a consistent field/value available to filter Donor records for this purpose.

  5. Please allow this box to be bulk updated. I'd like to set them all as "Yes" so that when one is "No" it means we've done the research needed to determine that they are a corporation or otherwise exempt.

  6. When emailing statements from Fund Statement Grouping, the file attachment reads "statement.pdf" for all statements that are emailed. Having the name of the fund would be helpful for those who received several statements. We have complaints from advisors of their difficulty when receiving them when they all say the same thing. Example: Advisor has 6 different funds with us, each fund has an Agency and Donor portion. They receive 12 emails with all of them having attachments that read "statement.pdf". I've inquired through Support who said it wasn't possible, and have searched through Idea Lab and haven't found anything on…

  7. I just learned on the Idea Lab Live session that the DONOR tab has to be functional in the Portal for FAs to be able to view their donation receipts, thus making the portal accessible to any of our donors. We do not want this, we want to limit access to the portal to only our fund advisors, while still being able to provide them with the information they need. We are not comfortable with not being able to control who accesses the portal for information. If it is possible to restrict this to FAs, please make it so.

  8. When making a grant request fund advisors are able to see the grantee name, but not the address. They can see the address at the review stage before submitting, but this means if they selected the wrong location they need to go back, delete it, find the right grantee and make the grant request all over again. We've gotten some feedback that some fund advisors are afraid to move forward in the grant request process because they are worried they selected the wrong one.   9. I would love to see a column in the Vouchers listing showing which ones have attachments and which do not. Maybe it's just me but sometimes I mean to upload an invoice we've received to a voucher - showing the status of an attachment on a voucher will help me remember which ones to go back and upload.

  10. Please auto populate the Nonprofit Directory with an organization's contact information. We have to enter the same information twice which feels quite redundant! It would be much faster if the information appeared and we could then simply edit anything if needed.

  11. Add partial cancelation field in pledges in custom reports. This will allow for a formula to get the true amount outstanding for a pledge in custom reports.

    I am aware the information is available in the pledge module. Unfortunately, the reports in the pledge module are not able to be linked to PowerBI or Google Looker Studio.

  12. Ability to assign specific campaign permissions? I Create all campaigns, but there are specific staff that manage rsvps for their events. Is there a way to limit access to only apply rsvps to that specific campaign? thanks

  13. Please include the Fund name/short name on the Pay Vouchers screen. I want to double check that the correct amount is being distributed from the correct fund when paying multiple amounts from multiple funds to the same recipient.

    We have multiple people enter the vouchers/grants and the person approving them doesn't always check the attached/uploaded files to make sure the amount is distributing from the correct fund.

    When I write the check, I need confidence that the correct amount is being distributed from the correct fund. I have the supporting documentation printed and in front of me when writing checks.

  14. Please add an option in the Fund Statement Format to roll up subfunds into a master fund statement without rolling the financials together.

    Many fund holders would still like a breakdown for each of their funds but don't want to look at a bunch of separate statements, instead, it would be great if it all lived in a single PDF/document.

    I could see this working similarly to how financials views work in fund statements, if not adding on an additional foreach that allows each sub-fund to generate its own group.

  15. It would be nice if when opening a new fund you could go ahead and create the spendable balance as a recurring annual grant. We don't have just one specific fund group where all the beneficiaries automatically receive the spendable amount. If not possible, is there a way to pull a report of just the funds that are to automatically generate the spendable grant once a year?

  17. On credit memo records, it would be helpful to have a link to the invoice that the credit was applied to. If you look on the original invoice record, there is a "Payments Applied" section that links to the credit memo. But the reverse is not true--if you're looking at the credit memo record, there is no way to tell which invoice it was applied to.

  18. With the addition of the print option in the left hand menu of pages with C-Suite, the print page option now prints vertical lines between column headings and a box around the data on a page. This visually clutters up the report. Could you please reformat to the old format that just included the horizontal lines making the report easier to read but not cluttered?

  19. It would be great if there were a total when batch creating vouchers in the grants area. There are totals in each area of of the process such as posting, and approving, but not during the batch voucher.

  20. When an interfund grant is processed the donation side of the transaction lists the name without the corresponding fund number when reporting. It would be helpful if the full name including the fund number displayed on reports.
