  1. It would be great if the email export included the name on the file. We do lots of email communications, not through Mailchimp, and I have to export the whole file and delete all the extraneous information to get to just name and email address. OR give us a custom report or way to pull the specific fields we want in the export. Even the full export has lots of information I don't care about and must get rid of before giving to my communications person.

  3. Is there a way to get Profiles that start with a numerical name to appear in the search i.e.Street address as the name of the ORG? When I enter the number, I only get system id numbers to appear in the search.

  4. The basic functionality is there to send an email to a vendor when a Check is posted; however, it doesn't allow us to indicate whether the payment was made electronically. In fact, we only need these to go out if payment is electronic to serve as a remittance notice. The PDF version of the Check that is currently attached to the email references "Check" and the Fund which is not helpful to the vendor. We are not able to modify it.   6. You archived my last idea to allow us to edit Phone Types. So I'm going to try again...

    As there is currently no way to edit Phone Types to expand the options available, can you marry the Phone Types to the Email Types so that we have a broader set of options for Phone Types?

  9. When creating a new grant from an application, all fields in the application are required. We don't want to display website or contact information in the catalog - so we have to add fake data, create the grant, edit the grant and remove the information we do not want to display. In the future when synching with GLM, again ALL fields are required. We don't want to ask applicants for information we do not use and again we will need to create and edit.

  10. For yearly tax receipts, allow the fund Public Name to be an available template merge field. Given that the receipt is a public facing document, the fund public name should be able to be used rather than the internal name which may include internal language.

  12. I want to be able to send event ticket receipts in bulk if the donations are manually entered. The option to download/print/email the ticket receipt as a pdf could be useful.

    When filtering to a Donation Campaign Custom Report, we have the option to print Yearly Tax Receipts, the option to print Event/Campaign specific receipts from the left-hand menu would be AWESOME!

  14. Be able to email / text an invite to campaign from a profile and/or campaign and when registered, not create a new profile. Ideally, have a user portal experience like the fund advisors. This would create ability to see donations, campaigns, ticket purchases, etc.

  15. As of January 1, 2023, CRA will be allowing non-profit organizations to apply for grants that are normally only for charities. This would be a change to both CommunitySuite and GLM as the AJAH check only checks for charity numbers and we will need to also be able to use Society numbers. Can this be modified to check either?

  16. In Reports - Change "Label" field to "Mailing Label" to make it consistent with how it appears on the profile. "Label" is confusing and hard to find... like most fields in Reports :P

  17. Add a feature for grants that they can link to a Pledge on a profile. When someone gives a grant from a Pass-thru fund to a fund that they have a pledge, I am not able to link it. I need to cancel the payment.

  18. Please make it possible to import stewards to the respective funds. The bulk edit function that is available would be quite time consuming as we have 1000+ stewards to link to funds. Thx

  19. In order to track our commitments, we would like to use GLM and have it sync to CS. The advantage to using it in GLM instead of recurring grants in CS, is that we can refer back to the commitment to see the awarded amount, what has been paid, and what is left to pay. The problem is, if it is a multi year commitment, when created, the total amount will hit the GL. We would only want the $ amount to hit the GL as it is being paid, not the full amount in the 1st year. Can this…

  20. Add Organization Name and Contact Title as Template Fields for Grant Award letters. This addition will allow for proper acknowledgment of those fund advisors who advise Corporate DAFs and list their business address as their primary contact.
