  1. When the user is on their main portal page, the "CREATE GRANT REQUEST" button appears on the upper right. Once they click on it, they're brought to a page that has three buttons (PREVIOUS GRANTEE, SEARCH GRANTEE, & MANUAL GRANTEE).

    The page is .../portal/fundadvisor/grant_request

    "CREATE GRANT REQUEST" still sits on the upper right. This button does at that point. That is, it brings the user to the same page. That button on the ".../grant_request" page should be deleted because it's confusing.

  2. Please introduce template logic for the Yearly Tax Receipts. Currently, you must change the default in order for the Yearly Tax Receipt to generate a different template.

    It would be great if, like the normal Tax Receipt, the Yearly Tax Receipt template was able to be configured to discern when the system should use it. This would be achieved by including the options for assigning logic to the template (payment method, donation type, etc.).

  3. Can you all please include a total in the till for Other Payments? This would be a meaningful improvement for when there are quite a large number of other payments to reconcile in the till.

  4. Currently, if you want to create a custom report only showing certain GL accounts, when you filter a bunch of accounts, it lists all of them at the top of the report in the filter section and when you export the report. It would be nice to be able to hide that field so when looking at the report or exporting it looks clean. The goal is to use some of this reporting for managers, but listing 20 accounts that are being filtered makes the report look messy.

  5. We utilize the parent and child org relationship quite a bit in our system. In CSuite, when you review a parent org's grant history, all grants received by both the parent and child are listed. It does not appear to do the same within the portal. When the advisor for the parent org logs in, only those grants received by the actual parent are listed. This means a separate log in would be required for each profile within the parent/child family....and often this would be the same person. It would be great that a single log in as the parent…

  6. It's great that pledge balance is available in list view, but I would love to either be able to export that table to excel and/or be able to pull that same information into a pledge report.

  8. I would like to be able to adjust the sort order of Funds.

    For example, I would like a fund entitled The University Fund to appear under U instead of under T. Or John and Jane Doe Donor Advised Fund to appear under D instead of J.

    The report that I use most often that I would like sorted this way is the Fund Balance Report in Financials. I cannot figure out a work around to make this happen.

  9. It would be nice to be able to report notes with a profile, fund, or recurring grant or any other object on the same report. And the report still report the main object (profile, fund, grant) information even if a note is not present. We are trying to monitor recurring grants the donors initiate from the portal. They often include a note that never gets seen unless you expressly go looking for notes.

  10. Changing the way the funds are presented in the Fund section in CSuite so that chronological is an option, instead of only alphabetical, would be helpful. I'd like to find my new funds faster.

  11. Please populate the donation advisor automatically when a grant advisor is chosen manually for interfund grants. Currently you have to go into the donation portion of the interfund grant to add the donation advisor if you manually entered a grant advisor. Thank you!

  12. The integration of Raisely to Foundant would be very useful for campaigns held externally, highlighting the automatic recording for donation details (donor contact information, donation amounts, and Stripe fees) could be directly populated and tied a specific fund. Similar to how Stripe donations and its donor details are automatically fed through Foundant, rather than having to import a list.
    Currently, Funraisin’s integration can only import a donation list and cannot auto/bulk populate donor profiles unless they are individually and manually added and this is very time-consuming when met with extreme amounts of donations.

  13. Would love for Profile ID to be be added as a Field on the Profile Type report. When working to maintain the data integrity, particularly within Profile Types, it's incredibly difficult and time consuming to do when you cannot easily get a count of profiles that are associated with each Profile Type. By adding Profile ID, I'd at the very least be able to export all to Excel and create a pivot table.

    Profile Type can be added as a column to a profile report OR from profile types in the profile left menu, select the profile type id, then list profiles.

    The spendable balance of a fund should display (unless $-0-, this is feedback we are going to update in the next few months). There is a setting on a fund to hide spendable. Is that enabled? It is in Portal Options>Portal Settings.

  15. We have a specific fund that needs to track everyone who is making a donation as they are using their fund as a flow-through. However, a few members had made their donations and accidentally marked their donations as anonymous when checking out. This made it difficult for the Fund Advisor to follow up with those who had not made their donations. To make it easier for both the Fund Advisor and the members who are donating, it would be nice to have the option to disable/remove the "Anonymous Donation" checkbox from the checkout screen, but only for this specific fund…

  16. Many things can be renamed or turned off on the left side navigation of the new portal. However, under the "Grantee" tab the left side navigation lists "Summary, Grants and Scholarships". I think we should have the ability to turn off scholarships particularly if you do not use that language with your grantees and there is a student tab that has scholarship info. It seems like it would cause some confusion. I realize some orgs my call their grants or donations scholarships so it would make sense to be able to turn this particular section off and on for grantees…

  17. When uploading documents (ie. a report) to a grant file, there is now the option to 'email' the document, as well as sharing it with the donor in their fund portal.

    The email option currently auto-fills the email address of the grantee organisation, however it would be ideal if the email template pulled the email addresses of the fund advisors of the grant for ease of sharing the report with the funder.

    It would be great if the copy field were blank, or also pre-filled the fund advisor email contacts as options, as opposed to just the grantee contact.

  18. Currently, pledges can be linked to campaigns, but the linking does not carry through to the general ledger posting resulting in campaign revenues being understated on the campaign income statement.
    Add the event id to the pledge journal entry to complete the “link” to the campaign.

  19. We would like to see the option of adding customized buttons with drop downs on the make a grant page of the portal. We would like to add buttons to allow donors to choose special funds we use for regional granting without searching or to choose something like declining ATS for the year with one click.
    Having the ability to add buttons and drop down options would serve customer needs with less keystrokes and allow our messaging to direct them to the button rather than a list of steps to take to find what the button would allow.

For the fund level restriction coding Default Restriction has a reporting field name of "funit type Id" and "Fund Restriction" but Spendable restriction and Principal Restriction are "spendablefunittypeid," "spendablefunittypecode;" and "principalfunittypeid," "principalfunittypecode."The naming convention is not consistent with the front end field display, and is not intuitive. Additionally the Fund (Default) Restriction is available in custom reporting, the others are not, and in the fund export the Fund (Default) Restriction is not near the other fields. I would prefer them all to be consistent in naming, and all reportable in custom reporting.
