  1. I'm not sure when this field changed (recently as I pull reports regularly). The previous field for the steward on a profile was 'Steward' and the field for fund steward on a fund was 'Fund Steward'. This has recently changed to the same field name of 'Steward Employee ID'. The only way you can tell the difference is by what section the field is under, profile or fund. It would be nice to know when fields change on a report so I can ensure that my existing saved reports are pulling accurately.

  2. We recently used the mailchimp tag syncing for an event to add the initial invite list. Some of the attendees added were marked in CSuite as Do Not Email, but the sync still added the new tag to their email in Mailchimp so some got the email that did not want them. Just like the csv export, all the emails of any Do Not Email profile should be excluded from the sync so they both should not be added to the audience if they are not on it and they should not be updated with the campaign tag if they…

  3. Good morning, Foundant! I would like to 'export' a list of newly created profiles by the date option. Right now, I have to highlight the profiles created and export it to excel. It would save time to have the 'export' option at this stage. Thank you for considering my request today.

  5. When checks are created for regular grants, please also post the payments for internal grants. Csuite used to do this and now internal grants have to be 'paid' one at time. If there was a reason the functionality was changed, please create an ability to batch 'pay' internal grants.

  6. We recently moved from Raiser's Edge to CSuite, where we had the option to link a tribute record to an existing profile. It would be great, for continuity purposes, to be able to tie a tribute record to an existing profile. For example, gifts made in honor of our CEO, would be linked to her profile in CSuite. Additionally, tributes made in memory of a deceased individual, would be linked to that individual's profile. I'd love to have the option to make these connections, while still having the ability to add tributes for individuals who do not have profiles.

  7. In March 2025 fund advisors gained the ability to edit recurring grants. However, they are currently only able to edit the number of occurrences and the next grant. I believe they can also end the recurring grant series. We often have fund advisors that want to edit the amount or change the interval. Although we can change it in our backend, the fund advisors often want the option to do so themselves. We also more often see a change in the amount. Currently their only option is to cancel the recurring grant series and create a new one.

  8. If a profile has an accent in their address etc, once it gets to the portal cart, it switches to an ascii character. Same thing happens if the description typed in by the donor has an accent in it, it also switches to an ASCII character.

  9. When working with fiscal projects, we are hoping to teach them how to read financial statements. The fund statement is not a true statement of activity, budget, or balance sheet. It would be easier to send them monthly fund statements with their financials already attached, either through an option or a template.

  10. Reposting Previous Suggestion-

    Please add the address and phone type fields to the template when importing new profiles. I am importing lots of new profiles but have to go back and manually add the address type and email type. This is a very tedious process.

  11. We have been instructed by Foundant's support team to populate the "Sponsored Org" field on grants with the Sponsoring Org. Can this field be renamed to "Fiscal Sponsor" so that it aligns with how it is intended to be used. This would also require "Sponsor", which appears on grant reports, to be renamed to "Sponsored Org". If that cannot be implemented across CSuite due to other clients using these fields as they are named, can we be given the ability to rename these fields within our specific CSuite site?

  12. We would like to be able to hide statement vouchers in the Fund Advisors voucher tab. These transactions are sometimes confusing for the advisor We would like the vouchers they see to be relevant. Maybe this goes further to be able to filter and hide certain vendors?

  13. For hardship assistance grants, these flow through the scholarship module but we would like for the accounting to not hit the default scholarship payable liability and scholarship expense accounts. Would like to see a liability and expense account added to the scholarship that can override the system defaults.

  14. Can you make it so that grant letter emails can be tracked? It would be great to be able to run an Undelivered Email report and see if these emails were actually delivered.

  16. Need to create a recurring voucher that has a multi-fund. Currently, I create the lines for each fund's account but can only put in one fund. Once I create the voucher, then I can select the multiple fund. Opportunity for Functional Reporting and Efficiency: We figured out a method to do mutliple fund for functional reporting as transactions are recorded. This allows for timely reporting of by functional accounts. However, it takes more time with our recurring vouchers (75% of our transactions) to edit for the mutliple funds.

  17. Previous Journal Entry bulk imports can be viewed/edited/deleted easily. The same should be true of custom field imports. Currently there is no way to reverse a custom field import and since these imports can change large amounts of data, there should be an option to reverse or undo the import.

  18. For Journal Entry imports, you can view previous imports and view/unpost/delete the transactions tied to those import events. The same should be true for the custom field imports. Right now, there is no way to reverse a custom field import if it is made in error. The poses a threat to the data as large amounts of data can be altered and then lost.

In the portal there is now the option to see household donations, which is a feature we highly requested that was implemented recently (https://idealab.foundant.com/forums/597718-communitysuite-idea-lab/suggestions/48809117-household-donations-on-donor-portal). However, if a profile does not have the donor designation, they are unable to see the donor portal when they log in as a fund advisor, thus are unable to benefit from seeing the household donations. In order to allow these profiles to see the household donations, I'd like a bulk way to set the donor designation on to profiles. This way they can have access to the portal. Otherwise, this household donation visible…

  20. A HUGE time saver would be the ability to attach one file to multiple journal entries at once. Currently, if the same documentation needs to be attached to multiple entries, you have to do it one at a time. A button on the main journal entry screen for a "bulk attach file" would be greatly beneficial. Say you could upload the file and then select all the entries it needs to be attached to. This pain point comes up all the time with multi-fund entries for payroll and other various monthly/quarterly closing tasks.
