    The new zip code update has caused an issue with international addresses. I entered Canada as the country and the profile demanded that I enter a valid zip code and state for the address. The way it wanted me to inter this information was not valid. This is not working.

  4. Add fund to reoccurring gift screen & add auto description to tax receipt, e.g. monthly reoccurring gift

    Hi! It would be great if you could please put "Fund" as a column on the reoccurring gift screen and if you could please put an "auto" description saying "monthly (or whatever period they picked) reoccuring gift - either "no end" date or with an end date of XYZ" This would save a lot of time. have to manually edit each description and I put the fund name in the description so I know which fund they are giving to.....we currently have over 100 reoccurring gifts. Thank you!

  5. Add full Org Contact Name field to Fund Advisors Export CSV - or at least a prefix!

    Now that the 3/3/21 Update has added the ability to: "include the {{fund_advisor.address}} merge field to include the contact name and contact title for organizational fund advisors on fund statement templates," could an organizational fund advisor contact name field also be included in the Fund Advisors Export CSV?

    At the very least, could the contact's prefix be included in this export so that an external merge could allow the cobbling together of a proper business contact name (and salutation, if one has not been entered in the record) directly? (The first and last name do appear in the Fund Advisor…

    When I'm noting contact to prospects, I'm adding the same note to multiple profiles. It would be nice to be able to do a mass add.

  7. Interface between Community Suite and Client website - Donations

    The CS funds can be promoted on our website. However, the promotion display is awkward. The column on the name of the fund a 4x has wide as the description of the fund column. Is it possible to balance the two columns? Widen the fund description display column and reduce the size of the column that displays the name of the fund. Do clients have the ability to change the column width? Thank you.

  8. Editing Grant Category

    We need to be able to edit the grant category after a grant has been paid. The Cycle is editable, so it seems like the category should be as well.

  10. check

    It would be great if the "label" field was available on the check template. I have shortened names on the label fields so that they print on one line. We use window envelopes to mail our checks and if the vendor name prints on multiple lines, the whole address sometimes pushes down too low.

    Hello,

    I've noticed when I create a campaign and go to export my invitee list, there is no option to pull their work title. This includes profiles that have work addresses as their prime. When you're mailing an invitee, their work title should be included as an option to have a complete mailing label. Thank you!

  12. added opportunity type

    Please add an additional tier to opportunities. I'd like to sort my donors and prospects into three to five categories > then list the types of opportunities, ie, bequests, new funds, etc > then shift to tasks.

  14. Third Party Emails

    If a student enters an incorrect email address for a third party request, the system tells the student the email was sent. We would like to see if there is a way for the system to notify the student the email address was incorrect/invalid.

  15. Ability to change multiple check numbers

    I just ran my annual designated check process and the check numbers are off by two. It would have been nice to be able to change the numbers on a range of checks, rather than one by one.

  16. Batch Email Yearly Tax Receipts

    I know you can prepare yearly tax receipts and email in batch. However, it would be very helpful if there was a cover email to go with it in the content of system data. We would like to be able to say something in the email instead of on the template for the yearly tax receipt.

    I would like to be able to generate a list of donors in C Suite who have given only once, especially to identify new donors in the past year. It would be very handy to have a filter that could segregate the list of donors by the number of times they have donated.

  20. Report to Track Profile Changes

    It would be helpful to have a report or log to track changes within a profile, with the ability to sort by type of profile (Vendor, for example). This might include Org name changes, address changes, contact email, etc. This would be useful to ensure profile changes are appropriate and to identify any changes that may affect areas of business outside of the Foundant software.
