  1. Could you please add a Documents/Resources tab to the new non-Fund Advisor portal. We would use this tab to post announcements and news of our initiatives that these donors may not see otherwise.

  2. It would be wonderful to have the option to link a profile to voucher items in a similar way to how you can add an "advisor" to a donation for indirect credit. For purchases made on our organization credit cards, we input an itemized voucher into Csuite to the credit card company, but then it is very difficult to see where purchases were actually made since it is only visible in the item description text. If there was an option (not requirement) to link to another profile, then we would be able to see from the profile the payments made…

    Here is a link to a help article that might help in this situation. A voucher is entered for each charged item directly to the vendor. The vouchers are then paid to the "credit card" liability account. When the statement is received, a voucher is created for the statement value to relieve the liability. This credit card liability account can also be reconciled each month.   3. When using an Opportunity Template, the only option is to print the letters, there's no option to email them. Please incorporate the option to email letters in batch (all records selected from the listing of open opportunities) for Opportunities.

  4. I want to select accounts to be excluded from balance swaps. I want everything in my grants payable, scholarships payable and spendable accounts to be in my checking account. The system only keeps amounts that are going out in the short term in checking. Giving the option to exclude those specific accounts would be very helpful.

  5. DonorSearch Integration - If Csuite was compatible with DonorSearch, it would make data management of both systems a lot easier. Importing and exporting data complicates things.

  6. On grants related to the Grant Advisor field, the field prepopulates with an individual who has the Fund Advisor designation. It would be helpful for the field:
    to default to blank or a Fund Founder instead and
    contain the ability to list multiple people in the case of a fund with multiple founders.

  7. it would be nice and save a tremendous amount of time if the journal entry import was a field or column mapping process. The strict formats provided are tedious and take a lot of time to format prior to import.

  8. We have several fund groups that have the same beneficiary and we have to add them individually. It would save a lot of time if we could bulk edit the fund group to add beneficiaries.

  10. Household is setup with members but the members, in the profile module, do not have profile links setup, for instance SPOUSE. Would be great to be able to bulk update the members to automatically assign a profile link to the members instead of manually adding.

  11. After posting fund fees, please allow for an export of the transaction detail. Currently once can only copy the detail and paste into excel in order to then be able to sort and analyze the data for volume of income from different fund types - an important part of my analysis, as I want to see how much partially-endowed funds are providing in comparison to fully endowed & non-endowed funds, as it's the most popular segment but the most active & unpredictable in terms of contributions and granting. Have an export will help immensely.

  12. When reviewing files in a fund, it would be nice to bulk checkmark attachments as Yes to Share. Currently, it is only done one by one and it takes you to a different screen after marking Yes to share for every file.

  13. On the 990 Report, allow for bulk action of adding profile type so we can use the profile type to generate a custom report showing each donation detail for the donors who are on the 990.

  15. We would like to add a note to RSVP's. For example, we currently have an event where people are RSVP-ing "No", but would like to talk to staff at a separate time. This would be a great way to keep track of these people/organizations.

  17. Can we have an option to turn off the "include credit card fees" box for the cart on the Event Tickets tab only? We want it for our Donate To a Fund" tab, but when it comes to Events, we find that if we have an event price=event value (there isn't a donation component in the event price), then if someone includes the option to cover the credit card fees, then an automatic donation letter for the credit card fee amount (less than $2.00) is sent to the even ticket purchaser. We want to keep the option for a DONOR…

  18. Good morning! Instead of scrolling down a list or using the 'find' on the browser to search for campaigns, could we have a 'search' box on top of the campaign list screen? For example, when we need to "add" a profile to a campaign, can we have the 'drop' box option to type in the name of the campaign instead of using the 'find' browser button, or scroll down a long list of campaigns. Thank you!

  19. Profile Reports need to have the ability to pull in roll-up information. I would love to see total household giving and giving by year for profiles. I use this as a fundraiser to see what my portfolio of donors has given this year.
