  1. This is reopening and combining a few previous ideas. We have tons of note and task types, please give us the ability for separate types. It would be so helpful if we could streamline them by changing them from one type to another as can currently be done with profile types. Thank you for reconsidering this option.

  3. The email template (from Scholarship/Content) for a Scholarship Award Letter only offers one field for the Dear "Student.Name" . Please give us options - at least "First Name" because sending and email that says Dear Last Name, First Name is kind of terrible.

  4. It would be great to be able to add customized questions to our online giving pages. These could be both fund specific and also questions consistent across all forms. For example, we used to allow our donors to sign up for specific publications (versus just generally signing up for communications on the current giving pages). We also used to have a question that allowed them to choose whether they wanted their information shared with internal committees or withheld.   5. Now that closed funds have an option to be viewed in the portal, it would be nice to have the option to add closed funds to the fund advisor designation so folk can see the history in the portal.

  6. Within a grantee record have the ability to customize the fields being populated. Currently they are: ID, Grant Date, Fund, Status, Amount, Sponsored Org, Beneficiary, Description.
    We use grant programs and it would be helpful to identify at a glance what grant program the grant came from. See example below, we rarely use Sponsored Org or Beneficiary. It would excellent to have the ability to customize these columns.

  7. Please add a field so that the subject line of the guest link email can be changed. While the recent updates to allowing for the email body content are great, they still do not solve the issue that individuals will not open emails that look like spam, and the current subject line looks like spam.

    The current subject line is: Event Ticket Portal Link.

    Refrencing this recent update: Portal Options-Giving Hub Content-Campaigns: Added a Resend Guest Link Content area. This will allow users the ability to customize the resend guest link content.

  8. Our foundation has an Endowment Program that is offered to our Member Congregations and Schools and we invest funds on their behalf and use the portal for them to request disbursements. I can change Tab names, however, it would be helpful if we could also customize the header on the page so it matches. For instance, we use Deposits instead of Donations and it can be confusing to them. We also don't use Grants but use Disbursements since it is their money and we are just investing it for them.

  9. On the Portal - Create Grant Request page, under "Choose from previous Grantees or Funds", can there be arrows or similar on the blank boxes so a user knows to click on the boxes to get the drop downs?

  10. When you select Interest Types on the new portal, there is not a content header for this section available to help fund advisors know what to do.

    You can see in the attached screenshot that without a content block explaining that the user should select “Edit Information” to add their interest types, it is not clear what they should do.

    Alternatively, what might be helpful is if you added something below Interest Types to explain that no interest types have yet been assigned to the profile. For example, if you displayed “None selected” this might give the user a hint…

  11. In the Grants > Grant Summary table in the new Portal for fund advisors, there is a search box in the top right that is supposed to filter the list of grantees.

    However, at least on Edge, the search box isn't working correctly. When I enter a term in the search box, the entire table is instantly emptied of results, as though none matching my query could be found--even when I search for a term that is clearly visible on the first page of grantees. Pressing Enter after typing my search term has no effect. Deleting my search term, or…

We would like the functionality for our fund steward's business contact information to only show in the portal and have another set of public facing contact data to show on promoted/public funds in the giving hub. this way we keep the personal connection within the portal and sensitive contact information away from the public.

In the new Portal, I noticed that if a donation is marked as a memorial/tribute, the amount is hidden in the contributions tab, but it is still showing in the detailed drill down of an individual contributor. It also shows the amount in the fund summary tab graphs. In the old fund advisor portal, memorial/tribute amounts were at least also hidden in the detailed drill down of an individual contributor.   15. It would be great if a fund advisor could split a single internal grant into multiple internal funds. Currently, advisors must create one grant and specify in the description how they want the funds allocated. However, we then have to cancel the grant and manually create multiple grants to meet their request.

    We already have the ability to split a single donation into multiple funds and consolidate multiple funds into one grant. Extending this capability to internal grants would streamline the process and reduce manual work.

In the Giving Hub, there is currently no way to differentiate between funds that appear on the promoted-funds page because they are promoted and those that appear there because a logged-in fund advisor is viewing the page. I would like to be able to apply different styles to those two types of fund cards so it is clear to fund advisors at a glance which funds are theirs and which are promoted. To enable this, please add classes to the fund cards that reference the reason they are appearing on the page, such as "promoted-fund" and "advised-fund."

  17. When searching for a fund/profile, "deceased, inactive" or "closed" is displayed at the very right of the name. Is there a way to make these a different color as well so they stand out better? I'm looking at the left side and would rather not scroll through numerous records to find the open fund/profile.

  18. It would be very helpful for there to be click by click data displayed on grant logs for fund advisor activity. For example, if a fund advisor enters into their portal and requests a grant, having a click by click log of what process they took to request that grant (i.e. which search function they used or if they copied a previous grant). This would provide larger insight to the user experience in the portal and insight to grant requests.

    Please add a click by click log to grant requests from the fund advisor side.

  19. It would be great if individual custom fields had permissions. For example, only certain users could edit or view a profile custom field while on a profile.

  20. A memo for recurring vouchers would be helpful. There is a "Memo" field for a single voucher, but not for a recurring voucher.
