  1. We now allow users to edit their own information. Our records allow photos to be included for each user. So when the user clicks on "Personal Information" -> "Edit Information", can we allow them to add (or change) a photo?
    - It's unclear to me how the photos in the profiles are used. I don't see where they show up.

    - They should show up at least when you are viewing the profile. But other photo uses are possible including when you are listing the advisors/managers of funds, photos are worth a thousand words.

  2. We see that this request has been archived in the past. Please reconsider it. If we import a large batch of grants or use the "Create Spendable Grants" to create hundreds of grants at one time, there is no way to bulk delete those grants once created if we find there is either an error or something that needs to be run differently. Individually opening and deleting each grant is extremely time consuming. Bulk actions can be found in other areas throughout the site. Can bulk delete of grants be implemented?

  3. Currently when you are on the Campaigns main page, you have to either search for the campaign or click on "list" on the left hand side to select the campaign you want to look at. I wish this page had the campaigns already listed so you could select right there and not have to go to another page. It would be a lot easier and a lot less clicks to get to where you want to go.

  4. When you set up fund advisors for the portal, they are usually linked to the individual advisor's profile, not the household. This makes setting the household as the advisor when entering grants difficult because it populates the profiles with portal access. We then have to manually update this on the next page to the household profile, and this sometimes causes confusion if the individual profile is selected.

    It would be nice to set up a profile as a fund advisor without having it linked to portal access. Often, households want separate portal access but make their grants together and want…

    There is the following fund setting that populates a drop down box when a Fund Advisor requests a grant. This is would require the household to be an advisor - you do not need to give them fund access:


    • Allow Additional Advisors - Allows fund advisors to make grant requests on behalf of other advisors.
    • This does not need to be selected to have more than one fund advisor setup on a fund.


  5. The alert banner automatically breaks words when the page gets resized. It isn't possible to edit language in the banner so that when the browser is resized, the words stay together -- it automatically moves characters to the next line. See example attached

  7. We have some donor advisors who have endowed funds and want 100/50/etc% of their annual distribution to go to the same organization each year. Currently they can only set an amount for a recurring grant recommendation, but since their fund is subject to a spending policy their spendable balance amount varies year after year. Setting a percentage vs. an amount would be helpful.

  8. Most of the donations they receive come in as checks. Would like to be able to set a default payment type that will autofill check as the payment type, unless they change it to something else.

  9. It would be nice if the GLM status showed in CSuite the same way the CSuite status shows in GLM. This would keep from bouncing back and forth between applications.

  10. We would like to able to assess a yearly minimum fee that is not at the end of the calendar year but at the end of Q2. If we could adjust the dates for minimum fees that would be very helpful for our process.

  11. When paying out a scholarship, currently, the award date can be later than the payment date. There should be a safeguard in place where this can't happen, in case someone makes a mistake.

  12. Ability to show where we are with raising the funds of each need (a thermometer?). Needs ability that when a donor makes a recommendation via email or phone call that the dashboard updates to show the meter with the new recommendation.

  14. We are encountering a problem when an individual registers for an event as an organization. This results in duplicate profiles of the organization, and we are unable to merge or delete the profiles because a ticket is associated with it. Additionally, we have difficulty knowing which individual from the organization is attending the event because the person registering does not usually go back to edit the guest information with their name. To solve this, we would like to have an option added to the donation and ticket check out page, allowing donors/attendees to input their Organization Name/Work Organization on the…

    You should be able to change the new organization profile to an individual, then merge it. Extra steps - I know, but that would be a current solution to the duplicates.

  15. I want to select accounts to be excluded from balance swaps. I want everything in my grants payable, scholarships payable and spendable accounts to be in my checking account. The system only keeps amounts that are going out in the short term in checking. Giving the option to exclude those specific accounts would be very helpful.

  16. We would like to be able to edit a campaign after tickets are created. Currently, we cannot edit any information on the "Details" tab once tickets are created. Sometimes, we need to make slight changes to descriptions or event names and cannot do this once tickets have been added to the event.

  17. The links and QR codes for the giving hub are available on each fund. However, exporting a full list is not available. This is a request to create an easy export or custom reporting field to get these out of the system in bulk more easily.

    Additionally, please include the affiliate funds/affiliate giving hub funds when building this out.

    We recommend adding an information icon or hover-over tooltip for data attributes across the platform—especially within profile fields. This feature would provide users with quick, contextual descriptions of each attribute without leaving the page or consulting external documentation.

  19. For the new Fundraising type campaign, you can assign a tax receipt template to the campaign. However, there is no logic to pull this letter into a manually entered donation. I have been going into each manually entered gift and editing the tax receipt template to match what is already tied to the campaign. We need logic built so tax templates for specific campaigns will automatically be applied to manually entered gifts.

  20. As an organization using the CommunitySuite API to link profile data to another system.
    I need to be able to select the relevant address type on the profile
    So that both systems have the same information for each type of address.
