  2. I would like to disable or change check content for different accounts. Not all checking accounts are the same, and it would be beneficial if we could edit the verbiage depending on which account the check was being issued from.

  3. When a portal request is voided before a grant request is officially made, there is no way to track it. It would be nice for the voided request to show in the fund's history and/or on the Fundholder's dashboard so that they an see that it was voided as well.

  4. 1) Currently, the standard grant catalog donor report (when the number of Donors is clicked on from the Grant Catalog Report view) does not separate internal donations that come from DAFs or other internal funds. So our foundation shows up as the top donor (e.g. with 100+ donations throughout the campaign), and we have to pull a separate donation report to see the breakdown of all of those donations. It would be great if fund advisor donations can show up on this report.

  6. It would be nice to be able to mark when a mailing has been returned to sender in a marketing campaign. Keeping track of returned or undelivered mail is important to know who actually received the mailing and who did not. We currently have to list all mailings as events, so we can mark 'RSVP: no' for returned mail. This is not ideal in properly organizing our communications. The undelivered option would also be nice to apply to email addresses that reject a digital mailing, as this does happen at times as well when someone's inbox is full, etc.

  7. For the new Fundraising type campaign, you can assign a tax receipt template to the campaign. However, there is no logic to pull this letter into a manually entered donation. I have been going into each manually entered gift and editing the tax receipt template to match what is already tied to the campaign. We need logic built so tax templates for specific campaigns will automatically be applied to manually entered gifts.

  8. As an organization using the CommunitySuite API to link profile data to another system.
    I need to be able to select the relevant address type on the profile
    So that both systems have the same information for each type of address.

  9. We capture some donations in bulk as journal entries instead of as individual donations, and need to track these journal entries in CSuite as well as an external system.

  10. When updating an address to become inactive on a household, the option to update other matching addresses in the individual profiles pops up. Please remove this pop-up, as it's not possible to extend the 'inactive' status when checking the boxes. OR, allow the active/inactive settings to be extended to other profiles when checking the box. It seems ridiculous to offer an option to take action when literally no action can be taken.

  11. We would like to add functionality that allows fundraising campaigns to offer tiered “thank-you gifts” based on donation amounts. Donors could select from available gift options when they contribute, and the system would automatically track eligibility by donation level.

    Additionally, we want to include the capability for donors to send personalized notes or “gift notes” to recipients. This option would allow donors to dedicate their gift, include a special message, or notify someone that a donation has been made in their honor.

    Key Capabilities Requested:

    Ability to assign specific gifts to predetermined donation tiers

  12. LOVE the concept and functionality of the Donations Batch Workflow, but many of our largest volume batches are those that are applied to spendable for the fund. While the batch concept is pretty awesome, if the Apply to Spendable selection could be added to the full batch options (rather than going back to edit each donation one by one), that would be so very wonderful.

  13. Please add an AUTOMATIC way to add SLM Follow Up Form, student thank you notes and pictures as files to share with Fund Advisors - in their "files" section.

    The current process is to individually:
    1) download each thank you note and student picture from the SLM Follow Up Form
    2) match with the known fund advisor, listed on file in C-Suite
    3) email each fund advisor (and donor) the thank you note and picture

  14. I have some donors who prefer their tax receipts to be send via mail (or email). There should be way to filter for this under "Donations Needing Receipts" other than using the "Do Not Email" field (because some donors wish to receive emails for other communications, but hard copies of tax receipts).

I would like to have a positive pay "bucket" or similar functionality that allows me to keep track of which checks have been downloaded in a positive pay export, and which ones are ready to download. We try hard to keep up with the work flow to include positive pay, but a few workflow situations have caused bank exceptions that could be easily solved if there was a quick place in csuite to view the checks ready to submit for positive pay. Thanks!

  16. We would like the ability to remove or block connections with DAFpay. Currently the block occurs after a donor has linked their portal to Chariot's (without our permission or visibility). Instead, that block should exist at the start of the donor's attempt to connect DAFpay to CSuite's donor portal. We feel this is key for maintaining data/donor security.

  17. Right now when I import Journal Entries, it combines random entries with the same date. It isn't even all one date, there could be two or three. We need these to all be separate as they're different deposits, different payment methods, etc. Grouping them makes reconciliation incredibly difficult.

  19. For endowed funds, We would like there to be an option somewhere in the donation process for a donor to select whether they would like their donation to go towards the principal or spendable balance of the fund.

    Right now all donations are automatically applied to the principal but we have some donors that will make a contribution to the spendable balance of a fund in order to cover the difference for a grant/scholarship going out.

  20. If you post a voucher before you add the campaign, you must unpost it before the campaign can be added. It would be easier if you can add a campaign to a posted voucher, similar to adding a campaign to a posted donation.

    With every other function, a user can add the campaign after the entry is posted except when dealing with vouchers. It is extremely frustrating to have to un-post, edit and repost to add a Champaign or change if required.

    This idea has been achieved before.... But I think it would be very helpful.
