  1. If you reclass a transaction to a different GL account, then the 1099 status of the current account should be applied and not the original account.

  2. I would love to see a column in the Vouchers listing showing which ones have attachments and which do not. Maybe it's just me but sometimes I mean to upload an invoice we've received to a voucher - showing the status of an attachment on a voucher will help me remember which ones to go back and upload.

  3. Please auto populate the Nonprofit Directory with an organization's contact information. We have to enter the same information twice which feels quite redundant! It would be much faster if the information appeared and we could then simply edit anything if needed.

  4. Search Function in the CSuite Donor Module: I placed this under "Other" as there was no specific category related to the Donors section of the product.

    When inside the Donor Module of CSuite, it would be nice to have a Search option in the left side menu like in the Profiles Module. After you initially search for a donor and click their name, you are taken to the donation record/summary. The only way to search for another donor is to either click the Donor button in the top menu, or go Home and choose Donors under the Profile Designations menu.…

  7. When the user is on their main portal page, the "CREATE GRANT REQUEST" button appears on the upper right. Once they click on it, they're brought to a page that has three buttons (PREVIOUS GRANTEE, SEARCH GRANTEE, & MANUAL GRANTEE).

    The page is .../portal/fundadvisor/grant_request

    "CREATE GRANT REQUEST" still sits on the upper right. This button does at that point. That is, it brings the user to the same page. That button on the ".../grant_request" page should be deleted because it's confusing.

  8. Please introduce template logic for the Yearly Tax Receipts. Currently, you must change the default in order for the Yearly Tax Receipt to generate a different template.

    It would be great if, like the normal Tax Receipt, the Yearly Tax Receipt template was able to be configured to discern when the system should use it. This would be achieved by including the options for assigning logic to the template (payment method, donation type, etc.).

  9. Bulk Payment date edit + ability to see payment date within NEW bucket

    I would like to have a way to bulk change payment date similar to grant date, and/or see the payment date within the new screen so we can tell when a date was missing adjusting. The payment date is as important and drives a lot of the same functions that the grant date does.

  11. Please make the Grant Request button optional. This is not necessary for scholarships as there is already an application process in place -- Universal Application -- and this could be confusing for applicants.

  12. Please make the "Grant Request" Button OPTIONAL. Our scholarships do not need this button since there is already an application process. Making it universal for Grants AND Scholarships is confusing. Thank you!

Currently, if you want to create a custom report only showing certain GL accounts, when you filter a bunch of accounts, it lists all of them at the top of the report in the filter section and when you export the report. It would be nice to be able to hide that field so when looking at the report or exporting it looks clean. The goal is to use some of this reporting for managers, but listing 20 accounts that are being filtered makes the report look messy.

  14. We need to be able to have more than one Event Ticket Tab Name. We have 19 affiliates so it is not uncommon to have more than one event with tickets for sale happening at any given time. It would be nice if this Event Ticket Tab Name was somehow tied to the actual Campaign, this way for each affiliate, their event tickets for multiple events would each have their own tab name.

  15. We utilize the parent and child org relationship quite a bit in our system. In CSuite, when you review a parent org's grant history, all grants received by both the parent and child are listed. It does not appear to do the same within the portal. When the advisor for the parent org logs in, only those grants received by the actual parent are listed. This means a separate log in would be required for each profile within the parent/child family....and often this would be the same person. It would be great that a single log in as the parent…

  16. The check register export needs to include a Description from the voucher/grant. When I send the check register to committee members, they will ask why did I send a $ amount to a particular recipient. If the description is included, the distribution would be more clear.

    A custom check report could be used to send out. That way you could add the columns that you would like.

  17. Please include the Fund name/short name on the Pay Vouchers screen. I want to double check that the correct amount is being distributed from the correct fund when paying multiple amounts from multiple funds to the same recipient.

    We have multiple people enter the vouchers/grants and the person approving them doesn't always check the attached/uploaded files to make sure the amount is distributing from the correct fund.

    When I write the check, I need confidence that the correct amount is being distributed from the correct fund. I have the supporting documentation printed and in front of me when writing checks.

  19. I would like to be able to adjust the sort order of Funds.

    For example, I would like a fund entitled The University Fund to appear under U instead of under T. Or John and Jane Doe Donor Advised Fund to appear under D instead of J.

    The report that I use most often that I would like sorted this way is the Fund Balance Report in Financials. I cannot figure out a work around to make this happen.

  20. At the time of testing (1/27/2025) The "Continue Giving" option in the Giving Hub is awkwardly placed at the top of the shopping cart and checkout screens. It is easy to overlook and does not make it clear how to continue adding donations to your cart. I would like to reposition this element to the bottom of the fund list summary. Ideally the text could be editable as well, at least providing a short caption to explain if we cannot edit the language on the buttons or headers.
