  1. We'd like to recommend a couple of additional customization options for the online portal:

    1). It would be great if we could customize the text of the Grant Request "Description" box (specifically, we would like to be able to include instructions about what people making Grant Requests should include in that box. Right now we have some "Portal Content" text that provides those instructions, but we feel the instructions would be followed more consistently if we could change the name of "Description" -- to utilize this change effectively, we would also like to see a character limit for the box…

  2. There should be a system-wide option to delay sending automatic email notifications to fund advisors when a donation is posted. Delaying it for 2-3 days would give us more time to review and correct any errors.

  3. Currently there is no ability to easily record and report on GST which is a statutory requirement in Australia. There are workarounds, however it would be a significant improvement if there were tax codes created which could then be reported on.

  4. Unless I am missing a step, I would like to have multiple envelope templates. The current template puts the recipients title on the next line instead of behind their name. If I change the template to print on one line, envelopes to individuals do not print correctly.

  5. I would like to see all necessary information directly on the profile page. Example: A donor walks in & I wasn't expecting them. I would like to see all activity they have done in the past without having to search around for it. I know I can click on vendor then on vouchers, but I would like it to be easily accessible. Thank you!

  6. I have had several fund advisors ask for the fund's beneficiary recipients listed on their fund statement. There isn't a good way to include this information on the statement. I can run a custom report but then have to send them 2 reports. It would be nice if the fund statement would include reference fields for the beneficiary information - name, description, percentage.

  9. When I uploaded a new default tax receipt template, I see that it is applied to all past donations. For example, a tax receipt that was sent on 4/9/25 does not preserve the actual tax receipt that was sent - what is preserved is the date and time stamp, and when I click "tax receipt" next to the printer icon, what is created is a tax receipt using the most recent default template. Would it be possible to also save the tax receipt that was sent at the date/time of the time stamp?

  10. When creating a new loan, it would be helpful to be able to create one loan but assign it to multiple funds. For our organization, it is typical for several fund advisors to participate in the same loan so it can be time consuming to have create separate loans for each fund rather than one "parent loan".

  11. Please change back the donation page. Why would you put the Reference, Task, Files, Notes in the middle and have additional information below that when that is more important. Is there ever communication with your customers to see if this is what they like or want?

  12. It would be helpful if we could add a pledge directly from the profile page. When working in the Pledges section, we often see multiple profiles with similar names, and it doesn’t display the associated contact. Adding pledges from the profile would reduce confusion and make the process more efficient.

    Or add contact name in pledges.

  13. Option to turn off recurring donations by fund. There are times we would prefer not to have donations committed past certain dates for certain funds. Would there be any way to turn off recurring donations by fund

  14. It would be helpful, if the 2 fields, CITY and PROVINCE were removed from Search for Grantees on the Portal when donors are requesting a grant, or if it was possible to hide those 2 fields. Many times, the donors put an incorrect city or province and then cannot find the grantee they are searching for. This happens quite often.

  15. Currently Grant Service Area, Profile Service Area, and Fund Service Area are all a dropdown options and a user can only select one option. It would be extremely helpful for reporting and tracking to have these fields as a multiple choice option to improve reporting and tracking

  16. We just launched a fundraising effort for one grantee via grant catalog. However, on the grant catalog page, we are worried that donors won't know to go to their cart after adding an amount and clicking ADD. We decided to link for marketing purposes to the individual grant request as the process of donating is simpler given it takes you to your cart automatically, but that page doesn't show total funded like it does on the main grant catalog page. We request either an option on the main grant catalog page to allow donors to be taken to their cart…

  17. I'm not sure where this specific idea fits in terms of a category. We have certain types of tax classes in our system that are not eligible to receive grants from donor-advised funds. We would like a way to globally use this field to remove these grantees from view in the fund advisor portal.

  18. The Bank Reconcile Report is a clean and concise view of the monthly reconciliation. It lists everything needed: Transaction ID / Post Date / Check Number / Description / Check ID / Debit / Credit.

    Unfortunately, the Check Numbers are missing from the Export feature and much needed for our monthly data.

    Included on attached documentation 1) a screen shot of the Bank Reconcile Report and 2) a spreadsheet of the Export.

  19. This has NOT been implemented per previous post:

    We have multiple funds that either roll some or all of their spendable back to the principal balance of the SAME FUND each year to grow the fund or for a specified amount of time (until the donors' death for example). Currently, you can not select the SOURCE fund as the BENEFICIARY fund; it has to go to ANOTHER fund. It would be nice to be able to automate these grants annually instead of manually moving money from Spendable to Principal.

  20. Allow scheduled reports to change the date within the report. For example, if I want to see how many profiles are created weekly, I could schedule the report to go out weekly but would have to manually change the date range of Created T's. Could we have a scheduled report that also modifies time frames that filter the report.
