  1. We have several fund groups that have the same beneficiary and we have to add them individually. It would save a lot of time if we could bulk edit the fund group to add beneficiaries.

  3. Household is setup with members but the members, in the profile module, do not have profile links setup, for instance SPOUSE. Would be great to be able to bulk update the members to automatically assign a profile link to the members instead of manually adding.

  4. When reviewing files in a fund, it would be nice to bulk checkmark attachments as Yes to Share. Currently, it is only done one by one and it takes you to a different screen after marking Yes to share for every file.

  6. On the 990 Report, allow for bulk action of adding profile type so we can use the profile type to generate a custom report showing each donation detail for the donors who are on the 990.

  9. We would like to be able to edit a campaign after tickets are created. Currently, we cannot edit any information on the "Details" tab once tickets are created. Sometimes, we need to make slight changes to descriptions or event names and cannot do this once tickets have been added to the event.

  10. Can we have an option to turn off the "include credit card fees" box for the cart on the Event Tickets tab only? We want it for our Donate To a Fund" tab, but when it comes to Events, we find that if we have an event price=event value (there isn't a donation component in the event price), then if someone includes the option to cover the credit card fees, then an automatic donation letter for the credit card fee amount (less than $2.00) is sent to the even ticket purchaser.   11. As of January 1, 2023, CRA will be allowing non-profit organizations to apply for grants that are normally only for charities. This would be a change to both CommunitySuite and GLM as the AJAH check only checks for charity numbers and we will need to also be able to use Society numbers. Can this be modified to check either?

  13. It would be great if you could create a task for grant reports that are due and link them to the grant report due, assigned to the individual responsible for collecting and reviewing the reports. That way there would be an easy spot to see any overdue reports and follow up with grantees without having to track in an external location.

  15. I'm not sure when this field changed (recently as I pull reports regularly). The previous field for the steward on a profile was 'Steward' and the field for fund steward on a fund was 'Fund Steward'. This has recently changed to the same field name of 'Steward Employee ID'. The only way you can tell the difference is by what section the field is under, profile or fund. It would be nice to know when fields change on a report so I can ensure that my existing saved reports are pulling accurately.

  16. If I change the steward on the household profile, CSuite should ask if I want to change this on the household member profiles. It feels like more work to have to jump into each profile when we are making a change in a household. But it should ask, because there are cases where the individual members may have a different steward.

  17. Sometimes you want to run a report to include multiple types of engagement strategies, but not all strategies. There is currently no way to do this in CSuite. If the Engagement Strategy variable type would be changed from Varchar to Array (Like Profile Types) we could select multiple Engagement Strategies at once.

  18. The CSV upload within the bank reconciliation does not work correctly for checks with Multi as the transaction ID. The worst part about that is the Multi checks do not stay as an unmatched item, the system automatically deletes all the multi checks that were original uploaded in the CSV file. this forces us to manually reconcile the checks to our upload to find out which checks were deleted from the file. Why can't the multi check stay on the bank reconciliation file as UNmatched so the user knows which check numbers the system is having issues matching?? it would…

  20. Please give us the option to toggle off the option for a fund advisor to request a RECURRING grant through the Portal.
