  1. Is it possible to hide all closed funds. It's frustrating to accidently click on the closed fund and have to go back again to retype. Staff here complain all the time to me.

  2. We have several multiyear grants that are tied to one application. Once we process the first payment, the remaining payments are listed under voucher even though they are not due for a year or two. Can we get a "place hold" button for these multiyear grants so we don't accidently initiate payment?

  3. 1- Can C Suite help track approvals from multiple fund advisors and automatically put the grant in when enough approvals are received? And also do reminder emails to fund advisors who have not responded with their approval or disproval.

  4. In reports and Data Visualization, you are able to create a report that shows all the opts and tasks associated with a Fund. We would like to be able to run a report or DV to show all funds that do not have tasks in a given date range so that we know who which fund advisors we need to touch base with. Currently, the only way to do this, is to run a report for all funds, and run a second report that shows funds with tasks, export both lists, and then do a vlookup in excel against the…

  5. Foundations increasingly want to understand the full donor journey. From public website or email campaigns into CSuite, through the donor portal or Giving Hub, and ultimately to completed actions such as gifts or grant recommendations.

    While Google Analytics can currently be applied to Giving Hub pages, there is no way to track end-to-end donor behavior across CSuite, particularly once a user enters the donor portal or navigates authenticated areas of the system.

    What’s Missing Today

    Current Google Analytics support allows for:
    -Page and event tracking on Giving Hub pages
    -Donation-related event data via Measurement Protocol

We have a monthly board meeting, would love to make a report showing employee activity since the last board meeting but the closest options are "Last Month" (which would show events before the last board meeting) and "Current Month" (which would be missing events since the last board meeting).

    If there was a "Last 4 weeks" like the current "Last 2 weeks", that would be perfect

  8. I would like an import csv for creating campaign tickets as an alternative to the "Add Ticket" method. This would help greatly in reducing the time in takes to create multiple tickets and ensuring that the tickets have uniform/correct settings without clicking back into each ticket.

    Fields would include Name, Seats, Price, Value, Available, Private, Description, Donation Account, Non-Donation Account, Sort Order, Sponsorship Type, Receipt Template, etc.

Currently in CSuite, when a user sorts a Bucket/Workload/List page by a specific column (for example: Grantee, Grant Date, Amount, Status, etc.), that sort resets when the user navigates away from the page and then returns. This requires the user to reapply the same sort repeatedly throughout the day.

    We are requesting that Bucket/Workload/List pages retain (“stick”) the user’s last selected sort order when navigating away from and back to the page, either for the duration of the session or as a user-level preference.

    This enhancement would:

    In the voucher upload screen, would it be possible when uploading a csv to get a preview page after the initial upload page where we can verify the data prior to fully submitting? We upload 50+ vouchers as a time to record credit card transactions and it would be very nice to be able to confirm that nothing happened in the upload, like a value shifted and ended up causing a misalignment of values, or a profile number got entered incorrectly. This would prevent any kind of upload problems that would require subsequent manual deletions of a whole…

It would be nice if, for each major page that has an edit button (profiles, donations, vouchers, etc), we could have a corresponding system data version of the page were we could write comments for each data field (perhaps in some kind of markup where we could also bold, italisize, color change/highlight). Just a textbox for each field that allowed us to insert comments for them that would then display during the actual use of that page.

    In use, when a person hits "Edit" for the page in the data side of the system, the notes could be displayed so…

  15. When a portal request is voided before a grant request is officially made, there is no way to track it. It would be nice for the voided request to show in the fund's history and/or on the Fundholder's dashboard so that they an see that it was voided as well.

  17. It would be nice to be able to mark when a mailing has been returned to sender in a marketing campaign. Keeping track of returned or undelivered mail is important to know who actually received the mailing and who did not. We currently have to list all mailings as events, so we can mark 'RSVP: no' for returned mail. This is not ideal in properly organizing our communications. The undelivered option would also be nice to apply to email addresses that reject a digital mailing, as this does happen at times as well when someone's inbox is full, etc.

  18. For the new Fundraising type campaign, you can assign a tax receipt template to the campaign. However, there is no logic to pull this letter into a manually entered donation. I have been going into each manually entered gift and editing the tax receipt template to match what is already tied to the campaign. We need logic built so tax templates for specific campaigns will automatically be applied to manually entered gifts.
