  1. Excited to use the new Fundraising Campaigns option. Would love to have the Campaign Profiles tab reflect which profiles have contributed to the campaign (versus using RSVP or Attended) and in turn have that info reflected on the profile's Engagement tab for that campaign.

  2. Filter donations by employee who entered - We have multiple people entering donations and it's very time consuming to go through the unposted donations and check them one by one to match that employees deposit for the day.

    It seems like it should be a simple thing to add.

  3. There is a new feature in the sandbox that allows users to manage the Create Grant Documents flag at the individual grant level. However, grant requests pulled in from the fund portal (and maybe GLM) and existing requests in process have to be individually marked Yes for a grant letter. We would like to turn off this feature or set the default to Yes.

  4. Change wording from "Link Profile" to "Link Profile/Add Org Role" or something similar it's too confusing as currently worded. Or, combine all those various functions together in one location. I keep going to "Edit Org Roles" when I want to create a new Org Role to a different organization.

With the launch of the new Fundraising campaigns, I would love for it to give the capability to export a script code for a widget that would allow some of our fundholders to fundraise on their own websites. We work with a variety of donors that have existing websites and would like the option of a widget to live on their site.

  7. We’d really like to suggest adding the option to customize the color scheme in Csuite. This idea has been mentioned here before but was archived. Many commonly used platforms now offer some level of visual customization, so adding this feature would bring Csuite more in line with user expectations. It is a small change that users would likely appreciate.

    Even just a few preset themes or the ability to use an organization’s branding colors would make the platform feel more modern and visually appealing. The current interface is very neutral, and adding some color options would help make the experience…

  8. If I change the steward on the household profile, CSuite should ask if I want to change this on the household member profiles. It feels like more work to have to jump into each profile when we are making a change in a household. But it should ask, because there are cases where the individual members may have a different steward.

  9. We recently used the mailchimp tag syncing for an event to add the initial invite list. Some of the attendees added were marked in CSuite as Do Not Email, but the sync still added the new tag to their email in Mailchimp so some got the email that did not want them. Just like the csv export, all the emails of any Do Not Email profile should be excluded from the sync so they both should not be added to the audience if they are not on it and they should not be updated with the campaign tag if they…

  10. Good morning, Foundant! I would like to 'export' a list of newly created profiles by the date option. Right now, I have to highlight the profiles created and export it to excel. It would save time to have the 'export' option at this stage. Thank you for considering my request today.

  12. The CSV upload within the bank reconciliation does not work correctly for checks with Multi as the transaction ID. The worst part about that is the Multi checks do not stay as an unmatched item, the system automatically deletes all the multi checks that were original uploaded in the CSV file. this forces us to manually reconcile the checks to our upload to find out which checks were deleted from the file. Why can't the multi check stay on the bank reconciliation file as UNmatched so the user knows which check numbers the system is having issues matching?? it would…

  14. In March 2025 fund advisors gained the ability to edit recurring grants. However, they are currently only able to edit the number of occurrences and the next grant. I believe they can also end the recurring grant series. We often have fund advisors that want to edit the amount or change the interval. Although we can change it in our backend, the fund advisors often want the option to do so themselves. We also more often see a change in the amount. Currently their only option is to cancel the recurring grant series and create a new one.

  15. If a profile has an accent in their address etc, once it gets to the portal cart, it switches to an ascii character. Same thing happens if the description typed in by the donor has an accent in it, it also switches to an ASCII character.

  16. When an photo is uploaded into C-Suites, it covers up what type of file it is (individual, household, organization.) This has limited our use of that part of the product.

    It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to display what type of file it is if uploading a photo.

  17. Reposting Previous Suggestion-

    Please add the address and phone type fields to the template when importing new profiles. I am importing lots of new profiles but have to go back and manually add the address type and email type. This is a very tedious process.

  18. We'd like to be able to add the organization name field to the header on the financial statements. We have several affiliate/supporting organizations that we run financials for so we don't want to the foundation's name as the default. Rather, we'd like to add a field to the header to allow for the name of each organization to automatically populate when we run financial statements.

  19. It would be great to have a note that lives specifically on individual campaign profiles. We track unsubscribes from our e-newsletters, and instead of bogging down the individual's main profile page with notes, it would be great to have one tying back to the specific campaign they unsubscribed from.

Before the portal redesign, fund advisors who logged in were able to see everyone who had access to a fund (e.g., if John and Jane Smith were the two advisors on a fund, either one of them could see both of their names as people with access on the fund summary page after logging in). This functionality is no longer available with the new portal layout - could a toggle/setting be added in to reinstate this feature?
