  1. Express consent to share donor info with fund holders

    In order to comply with British Columbia privacy laws, we need to achieve "express consent" to share donor info via the donation pathway and track that consent so that info is shared appropriately with fund advisors. I'd like to see CSuite help us achieve that via the donation process with the addition of a checkbox during checkout.

    The checkbox could look similar to the “Donation in Honour of” checkbox and read something like:

    [_] Yes please share my name and contact information with the xxxFund Holder/Charity so they can contact me directly to share information about their programs and campaigns.…

  2. Add Formula Fields to Custom Reports

    It would be very helpful if simple formula calculation fields could be available in custom reports. For example, when creating a fund report with current fund balance and spendable balance fields included, the ability to add a field that would calculate % of spendable balance to total fund balance for each fund included in the report.

  3. Ability to Delete a Task

    PLEASE - build in the ability to build a task. We have recently had several deceased individuals with tasks and opportunities assigned. We need to be able to delete them, rather than marking them as done. This is so important due to the fact that we are tracking our tasks completed for board reporting and so simply cannot mark something as done that was not, and no longer needs to be done.

    The ability to include the fund name as a column on the recurring funds page and sort within the columns if possible.

  5. Change color in search bar for deceased profiles

    Make deceased profiles a different color to easily distinguish when searching. It's hard to see the (deceased) when there is a lot of text, especially for very common names. Or maybe have a way to exclude deceased profiles in your search bar.

  6. Ability to Sort Columns in Balance Swap

    We are having a tough time making our balance swap an efficient process. It would help tremendously to be able to sort any of the columns in the "Balance Swaps as Needed" section. Being able sort the "account to" and "account from" columns would be amazing, but all of them would be great. Thanks

  7. Creating a new profile

    I would be great if you could create a new profile in one step instead of clicking create. Add name, one address, one phone, etc. and then save. Then click edit to customize profile. It would be easier to just create a new profile in the customization view instead of the short view.

  8. 4th Equity bucket

    In Canada many foundations put the interest & earnings from the investment pool into a stand-alone equity account as a reserve or capital stabilization account. CSuite can only support 3 defined equity accounts. In order to put this into the account each month it is a manual journal entry from the default fund balance equity account to the 4th equity account. If the system were able to support this 4th equity bucket/account it would allow this process to be more automated; reduce manual intervention & risk for errors.

  9. Bank reconciliations

    It would be helpful on the Bank Rec screen to be able to refresh or filter the screen based on checked/unchecked items. So once items have been checked off, you can refresh the screen to show only what has been left open. It would save a lot of time scrolling up and down while doing a rec.

  10. fund statement Advisor Name

    On fund statement templates, be able to pull the fund advisor name and company in a normal usage AND SALUTATION.
    For example templates currently pull info like this:

    Doe, John
    123 Main Street
    Anytown, OH 43003

    Dear Doe, John:
    (no company, backwards name, and no salutaion)

    It would be reasonable to expect:
    John Doe
    The Doe Company
    123 Main Street
    Anytown, OH 43003

    Dear John:

    I have been able to get the name in correct order by putting it in the mailing label but it doesn't pull the company name unless I put it in the address section, which of…

  12. Automatic notification of interfund donation to recipient fund advisor

    We process a great number of interfund grant/donations and really need for CSuite to generate an automatic notification to the recipient fund advisor informing them that their fund has received a donation from another fund at our foundation. Is there any way you can do this for us?

  14. provide an option to print labels for only fund advisors receiving paper fund statements.

    Need an easy way to create envelopes or labels for paper fund statements, preferably in the same order that the statements print to allow easy stuffing. (Currently labels print for every fund rep which isn't useful if only need for fund reps receiving paper statements. To create a mail merge, you have to export all fund reps, delete non paper statements and then use as source for your mail merge however envelopes created are then in order by fund rep and not the fund name so matching them up takes considerable time.)   15. General Ledger Search

    When searching the General Ledger - Show Transactions the "account type" box does not pull just that type. It pulls all accounts. When you pull from this area it shows the description and the Pdescription. When you try to search through the filter option you don't get both and the "description" is actually the Pdescription. Please fix.

    Balance Swap - Edit Amounts

    The Balance Swap feature is extremely helpful, but it would be better if you could change the amount for the balance swap that is needed. In some instances, a fund needs a balance swap, but I would like the ability to make two different swaps on different days.

  18. Add fields to sync between glm and C-Suite

    We are implementing the National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities (NTEE) coding system for our grants. As such there is a custom field in our GLM application form for the "Project Taxonomy Code", but this field does not carry over when GLM grants are synced to CS and we consequently have to re-choose the taxonomy code in the "Grant Type" box in CS. Can you please add the functionality to somehow sync custom fields between CS and GLM?

  19. Remove campaign group name from event name

    Once an event with an online ticket is created, when you click on the ticket to make your purchase, the campaign group name (which should only be seen on the back end) is showing up in front of the Event Name, making the event name appear to have a typo or be unusually worded.

    For example, I have an online event called "Senora Stacy Horton Sanchez Scholarship Art Auction", which I assigned to the campaign group "Scholarships." Once someone clicks on the actual ticket link to make the purchase, then the Event Name appears as "Scholarships Senora Stacy Horton Sanchez…
