Custom Additional Fields for Tickets in Event Campaigns
As a small community foundation, we have a fund holder who has the local artistic community creating about two dozen posters to promote freedom of expression. They'll be "sold" (given as premiums) for a donation to a C-Suite campaign. Each poster design is offered as one ticket.
We are running into the limitations of the C-Suite Ticket object here. We need each ticket to be able to add CUSTOM ADDITIONAL FIELDS similar to the way the Note field works at present. We would want Shipping Address for fulfillment on each item.

Opportunity Tasks Notes Need to Show Up on the Fund
When marking an opportunity related task "done" and subsequently adding a note, the note shows up on the profile of the household and/or individual, but not on the fund profile DESPITE the fund field being specified. In normal notes, if you make a note in a profile and add the fund, the note will show up under the fund, too. This does not happen with the opportunity task notes, which is not efficient or streamlined. It would greatly enhance opportunities if the task notes show up under the fund designated in the notes, just like normal notes.

Hide Contact Information for Show Student Data on Portal
When "Show Student Data" selected in the Donor Advisor Portal Setting have it only show student's name and school they're attending, but no personal information.

Primary Contact Field in Reports
You can set a primary contact for an organization. But there is no way to pull that into a report. We prefer not to set the contact on the actual organization profile because it then prints that name on a check. There is no way to pull primary contact as a field in a report. It would be great if this was a reportable field so we can create effective and efficient contact lists.

Export to “Microsoft Word Document” instead of “Microsoft Word 97 – 2003 Document”
"Microsoft Word 97 - 2003" file format is not compatible with Microsoft SharePoint. In this file format, you can’t use the “autosave” function, and multiple people are not able to collaborate in the document concurrently. Updating format to "Microsoft Word Document" will likely improve user workflows.
(Same with Word and Excel files in GLM/SLM. Will post idea there too)

Use organization domain for email communications
Enable sending automated emails from the organizations actual domain via the use of domain authorization rather than sending everything from fcsuite.com.
Emails from fcsuite.com are confusing, often caught in spam, and it is impossible to ensure that every online customer recognizes and properly whitelists it. This has caused significant overhead on our staff to manage missed communications. In addition, some organizations spend a lot of time and money to build their brand reputation and improve name recognition within the community. Recurring donation record with ACH as a Payment option
Add more payment methods for Recurring Donations. I have some donors that prefer ACH'd donations every month that come directly to our Bank Account. It would be nice if I could add a recurring donation for the same amount every month and have it marked either Other Payment or Check.

Option to rename "login" button for Portal
Please add the option to rename the "login" button for the Portal when accessing from the Giving Hub.
When a fund advisor is logged in to the Portal and navigates to the Giving Hub through the "Donate" tab, it may appear as though they have been logged out since the button to return to the Portal says "Login." Being able to change the name of this tab would allow fund advisors to easily see where to click to get back to the Portal.

Grant Approver: Easier way to create new approver
Provide the functionality to be able to either copy a grant approver to another grant approver, mirroring the funds they can approve, or allow for bulk adding of funds to a grant approver based on fund group.

Tribute bucket shows number of tributes needing to be sent in parentheses
Tribute bucket in donations should show the number of tributes needing to be sent in parentheses at the top of the page, next to the word Tribute, similar to the Receipt bucket and how it shows the number of donations that are done being reviewed and need their tax receipt sent.

Do not send Grant Notify email when a grant is unposted
We would like to be able to turn off the Grant Unpost email, as it tends to cause concern for Fund Advisors when minor changes are made to a posted grant. It would be nice to separate the settings!

Send one Donation Notify and Grant Notify email per day summarizing gift activity or grant activity for that fund that day rather than, in some cases, dozens of transactional emails.

Custom Field permission by record type
It would add so much to our internal workflow if permissions allowed us to specify access to custom fields on each record type. For example, we track succession plans as a custom field on the fund record. Our fund liaisons want to be able to edit those selections if/when a fundholder changes them. However we cannot give them access to edit the custom field on the fund record without them having full access to edit a fund record (which we do not want).

QR Code generated for online tickets sold for fundraising events & check in capabilities
Our world has moved to paperless tickets, it would be awesome when people purchase an online ticket for a fundraising event, they can receive a receipt that has a QR code they can save on their phone and can be scanned at the door when they check-in. Like they have for concerts/ball games. It would be nice if there was a platform then to scan those tickets and the system can record that they are checked in on Csuite. Can you add the Profile Fund Categories to the Fund Advisor Fund Custom Report? We establish tab settings based on the profile fund category.
We have been unable to find any other report that combines the tabs with the profile fund categories, fund advisors and fund information.

Admin Fee Report/Audit Support
When generating the admin fees, I would like to see the total calculation that the fee is being processed on. It shows in a description box but not in a column on it's own (nor does it show the total). Would be very helpful to make sure fees are calculating on portfolio balances accurately. This was something that FIMS included on their admin fee report, it showed both the full portfolio balance along with the fee column.

Multiple Email Options for Communications
When individuals unsubscribe from Mailchimp emails, it is impossible to discern if they want to unsubscribe just from marketing/ communication emails and who should just simply be marked "do not email". If Foundant could add choices on emails that indicates something to the effect of, "Marketing Emails" and/or "Foundation business" as boxes to check as options, similar to "mailing" or "inactive" for mailing addresses, that would be very helpful. Do Not Allow Admin Fee to make a Fund Balance Negative
Admin Fees should not make a fund balance negative. The situation we recently had was that a fund was set for closure, the final grant had been made and the balance was $0. However, the fund had not yet officially been closed in Csuite (we wait for the final check to clear.) Quarterly Admin Fees were posted which included this fund. It then made the fund balance negative.
