  1. In the new portal there is an option to rename the Grant Request left navigation menu tab, which is great. However, the persistent Create Grant Request button on the top left is not something to rename. So if we want to rename the left navigation to "Recommend a Grant" which is the language our fund advisors are used to seeing, the language of Create Grant Request is not consistent.   2. Please add the ability to edit labels in a WORD doc for tax receipts/donations and export labels in campaigns. This saves us precious processing time.

  3. Please offer an option to edit a pledge after it's creation; whether it be to change the amount (accidental zeroes happen!) or change the donor from a household to an individual, it should be allowed to edit. Having to delete or 'write off' a pledge if a mistake occurs can have large and messy complications in our financials. This was posted previously but did not get moved along. Thank you!

  4. We have many donor advised funds with multiple advisors. There are often times when they want two or more advisors listed on the same grant. Is there a way to add this option? Otherwise we need to contact the grantee and let them know all of the advisors involved in a grant.

  6. I love the ability to archive campaigns and get them off the campaign list, but we would like to be able to continue to see some of the campaigns on profiles. We track programming participants through campaigns and we would like that history to remain easily visible on their profile.

    There is an option in the left side menu to list all campaigns.  Selecting that will bring up a filtered list of all campaigns for that profile.

  7. When fund advisors use the guide star search, when staff process the grants in the new bucket all they can see in the new grantee field is the name and that it was from guidestar search. Often times, even though the guidestar search was used, we actually already have the grantee in our system. Our grants manager has to make the new grantee, compare it to the one in our system, and if it already exists then delete the new profile, and change the grantee in the grant.   8. Add a 2nd screen after choosing 'Fund Advisors> Settings> List Cart> Send Email Reminder to allow for choosing which fund advisors to send the email reminder to. Currently, this is an all or nothing feature.

  9. Could you create a setting in system data that allows users to set organization-wide default content settings for font family (i.e. all content uses Arial font)?

    This would help us ensure that all the content in all the possible places could be the same font type, in line with our brand standards and creating a necessary professional look. Since content exists in CS in so many places, it would be much more difficult to check all the spots and settings one by one.

  10. It would be great to be able to email a URL link for a Report, so Users can quickly access shared reports, rather than having to tell them the report name and hope they find it on their own. Currently URL for all reports is: https://columbusfdn.fcsuite.com/erp/report/display

    I know there is functionality to email reports, but those don't have live links to profiles, so that is less ideal for many projects and processes.

  13. Our Communications team would like to be able to add photos and fund descriptions but we are very hesitant to give them full fund edit permission. Can you provide a new "Fund Design" permission so that this can be accomplished?

  14. We would like to be able to add custom fields in Tasks. One data point we have tracked in Salesforce is whether an activity/task is a "quality contact". For example forwarding an event invitation might be a task, but forwarding a news story and including a special message that encourages someone to consider making a grant might be a "quality contact" task. We use "quality contacts" to measure our client relations team success. If we could add a check box to Tasks for "quality contacts" that would be great.

  15. Upon searching I see this was noted in 2023 but do not see that it was ever addressed. We had to inactivate a bunch of addresses that were provided by NCOA and we noticed that when selecting the "print envelope" feature within a person or organization's profile, all of the listed addresses populate to select from...even the "inactive" ones. Because of this you have to select the back button to confirm the active address. Please list only the active addresses and the top option should be the primary address. Please do not show the inactive addresses.

  16. On a scholarship record the name from the profile comes over as Last Name, Title, First name. We would like to have student names read first, last retaining the ability to sort alphabetically by last name. This causes problems with the award letter(see previous ideas) and with the check name when we use the student as the payee- it comes out as Last Name, First Name. Most banks don't take that so we need to fiddle with it in excel.

  17. Currently, my Dashboard defaults to a rolling 12 month period. I just want data related to the current financial year. Every time I open the Dashboard, I have to edit the Start/End dates.
    It would be great to have a default setting for this!!

  18. We'd like to see a field on the main page of the donor profile that allows us to enter donor biographies (2-3 sentences), we'd like it to be a field that will pull into reports. This is a feature Blackbaud offers and is so nice when pulling a donor report for staff, board, and volunteers to prepare them for donor engagement.

  19. We would love to have a minimum grant request option for the portal but its done by fund groups. For example: DAF's minimum grant is $500 but maybe and Org Endowed is $100. We adopted a policy that requires all DAF grants to be over $500. However, if we set that as the grant request minimum for the portal it will cause issues for some of our small organizational endowed funds who maybe don't have $500 in ATS in any given year.

  20. I would love a Deprecation Schedule module in Community Suite! Currently, we pay our auditors to track our fixed assets and we could purchase software, but it would be great to have it integrated. Thanks for considering!
