  1. Currently, Yearly Tax Receipts can only be produced in bulk as PDF's versus Word Documents. I would like to have the ability to select the file format download you'd like (PDF or Word.docx) for the Yearly Tax Receipt. This would then keep the options for YTR the same independently if you run them in bulk or individually.

    Currently, we would need to have something similar to Adobe Acrobat to turn the PDF into a Word Doc.

  2. Some of our funds have several fund advisors. Some of these fund advisors do not want and/or need statements. It would be helpful to have a statement option at the fund advisor level to suppress statements or indicate "No Statements". Currently, the checkbox for statements is at the fund level. At the fund advisor level, the only selections available for statement type is paper, online, or email. Can we get an option to suppress statements at the fund advisor level or a statement type that states "no statements"?

  3. Please add campaign categories as a filter and field in custom reports so we can dive deeper into reporting on campaign activities, attendance patterns, etc. Thank you!

  4. There are numerous reports that can be customized when you go to the Reports section. I do not see any for creating financial statements. It would be great if you could add more than one column option to a report. Currently we are copying and pasting exported reports to build our desired reports. We have to export 12 financial reports to get to the 6 we want.

  5. It would be nice to have a feature to sync attachments in GLM &/or CSuite over to the other rather than having to attach in both places. Ideally, we would be able to pick which attachments we want to sync over. For Community Grants, we start our process in GLM so we start attachments here and then sync to CSuite for final processing. For Donor Advised/Designated Granting we start in CSuite and include attachments here then sync over to GLM for tracking purposes.

  6. When you go into the General Ledger search... it would be beneficial to have a from account number and to account number to get a consecutive series of general ledger accounts.

    Example GL 63000-65000.... it would show all the transactions for those accounts. It would be grouped by the GL with subtotals. Every accounting software I have used has had the option to pull a series of general ledgers like this.

    This is not feasible with the new financial reports being released this month since the general ledger would have the description on it. We use the descriptions a lot…

  8. Currently there is no automatic notification to notify the user that their request for approval is approved. Normally the personal with approval authority is very busy. The extra time spent to send an email confirming the request has been approved is very inefficient. Please add automated approval notifications so the staff requesting approval can be ready for the next step in their process.

  9. The payment date for grants should automatically become the check date. It doesn't make sense for the payment date to be the date it was entered and causes confusion with donors wondering why organizations haven't received checks when the payment date is before the grant date and/or before the date checks are run.

  10. Please split the Voucher bucket into 2 different buckets. One for Vouchers that have been created and one for items awaiting voucher. It is very confusing to try and figure out if an error is made or something missed when creating grant vouchers and having them stay in the same bucket once created.

  12. Can you please have the chat box stay up on the screen instead of disappearing each time you have to move to a different tab, it's very annoying to have to restart the chat each time.

  13. With the new profile updates, Add Opportunity is now under Relationships. Opportunities are an engagement strategy, not a link to another profile. Please either keep Add Opportunity on the left menu for all tabs or put it under the Engagement Tab. Please put Opportunities under the Engagement Tab.

  14. I have them do the walk me trainings but I would love deeper dive new hire training videos that I could assign (beyond the walk me trainings) upon starting work? I have all our initial trainings saved but so much has changed in CSuite since we initially became a client in 2021.

    I am aware of YouTube but that is by date order and mostly updates. Looking for a subset of area specific trainings, grants vs development vs finance vs marketing.

  15. It would be great to be able to link tasks to the stages of an opportunity. Opportunities with tasks has the possibility to create a wonderful roadmap; however, not all stages take the same amount of time to be accomplished. When fostering relationships or solicitating money, these opportunities are dependent on each individual experience, independent of each other. While one relationship may take days, another may take months or even years. To have tasks have to be set by time and not stage, is to say that each opportunity takes exactly the same amount of time, while clearly, they do…

  17. It would help to streamline workflow if we could edit the Share File option in the Upload File(s) window, instead of having to upload the file and then scroll down on the Fund ID and then select the option to share the file.

  18. Guest information fields should be available to the the event ticket receipt template. This is especially important when offering multi-unit tickets so that ticket holders can have record of which guests were included in the ticket.

  19. Since one of the primary purposes of Community Suite is customer relations management (CRM), there needs to be more sophisticated options for recording contact with donors. Right now the only way to do this is to add a note for each contact. Other CRM systems I have used make it much easier to open a box to record each contact: date, nature of contact (phone, email, visit, etc.), who made the contact, etc. This should be stored in such a way that it is easy to pull up a list of all contacts with a particular donor.

  20. Salutation/mailing label areas of Profile set to auto fill. When entering a profile, it would be helpful to have these auto fill rather than entering each time. Then they could be overridden based on if the profile needs a change. Such as instead of Mr. and Mrs. Jones, override to Bill and Mary.
