  1. There are formatting problems when creating reports, statements, tax receipts, etc. in French. In terms of the text, it is easy to select the correct language templates (FR or EN in our case). But when it comes to formatting of dates and numbers, it is important for these to come correctly from the system.

    In French, the date format should be: YYYY/MM/DD or Le DD MM YYYY if written out in words, with the name of the month written in French (not English) and beginning with a small letter (not a capital).

  2. Currently when someone registers or purchases a ticket for an event it asks for the purchaser's information before hitting "Submit". AFTER hitting submit, it shows "Add Guest Information". Most guests do not fill this out.

    1. It would be ideal if guest information was REQUIRED before the "Submit" button (example: 3 slots for guest information if there were 3 tickets with 1 seat each selected).

    2. The initial entering of "Your Information" before the "Submit" button should have the option to customize which fields are required. It automatically requires First & Last name, Email, and Phone. What if we need address to…

  3. We need to be able to track scholarship specific information (such as associated high school, minimum award amounts, maximum award amounts, criteria, funding use limitations, etc.). Custom fields on scholarships that are REPORTABLE are needed! Custom fields on awards or funds won't suffice because a fund can have multiple scholarships and an award is too far downstream in the workflow. SLM doesn't allow for tracking of this information either so without custom fields in CSuite we are forced to continue tracking this information in Excel :(

  4. We're running into an issue with running year over year financials for February. The system is pulling 02/28/2025 and 02/28/2024, instead of 02/29/2024. We run quite a few comparative reports and we're having to manually manipulate the 2024 column. It would be great if the engineers could fix the coding so the system would pull the month end date, rather than a set date.

  5. Please allow for the option to select multiple column options at once, as opposed to the current one at a time selection.

    Currently, reports have to be created multiple times and then spliced together when multiple column options are needed. Instead, it would be best if multiple column options could be selected at one and work in tandem with one another.

  6. Once a donor has given through the Giving Hub page, there is a default Thank You that appears (1A in image attached)- we would like to be able to edit & format, and/or hide this.

    On this same page display, the Continue Giving button (1B in attached image) is plopped right down onto the edge of the footer, and it looks terrible. Would also like the ability to add a margin to this or otherwise move/change this button!

  7. I'd like to have the ability to offer discount codes on event tickets. Right now, there is the ability to create a private ticket, but that is more suited for complimentary tickets. I would like to allow discount codes for a certain dollar amount off. This would help us not have to use ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite, which offer the discount code option.

  8. Allow for the option to add 'all emails' or just 'primary emails' from a report to a Campaign. When there is more than one email on a profile, we want the ability to add them all to an email campaign.

  9. For us the Created date for a fund is the date the fund agreement was signed which is never the same day we are creating the fund in Csuite. This field used to just be a date field and then turned into a date stamp. Now after we create the fund in Csuite we always have to edit the date stamp to be the date the fund agreement was signed. And being a date stamp, we have to be sure to only edit the date and leave the time in the field or the system won't accept it. This field…

  10. In Cash Management - Balance Swap - Add Filter, when you select "From Account" and then checkboxes, the check list that appears includes accounts that are closed (which for us is a lot). It makes no sense that closed accounts would be showing here. It should only show open/active accounts.

  11. It would be very helpful to be able to tag multiple funds in one note. Internally, we put notes on the fund advisor/donor profile and tag the note since we cannot do it the other way around. Would it be possible to tag multiple funds in a note, so we do not have to create duplicate notes on multiple funds profiles.

  12. Please include the nick name and birth name fields in profile search results. This will allow us to search for individuals with a nick name or who have changed their name, and will also help prevent the creation of duplicate profiles when we do not get the expected search results.

  13. As the nonprofit completes the Grant Catalog request form, they're prompted with a with a "submit another request" button. We'd like the option to disable that button. We only allow nonprofits to submit one request per Catalog and this feature is confusing for them. If there could be an option to Allow

  14. Create new Campaign “Choose Profiles” option: "Add individuals not household profiles - If a profile is a household, add just the members of the household. If a profile is an individual or is an org, it is added. No profiles are added as guests. No household profiles are added."

  15. Right now, if you add profile groups from the campaign directly, or from a report, you get four option buttons for how to add them (see attached screenshots). If you add profiles to a campaign from some other part of CSuite, such as a search and filtered group, for some odd reason it only gives you two of those options instead of all four. Why? That doesn't make any sense. Can you please change the system so that all four of those options come up wherever you add profiles from to a campaign? Thank you.

  16. Only staff members with full "Manage Login Info/Login As" permissions on the Profile can fully set up a new "Fund Advisor" record through to the "Send Login Email" step.

    Having "Manage Login Info/Login As" means the employee can reset ANY staff member's password - which means they can take over any account in CSuite. This is essentially the MOST critical security authorization available.

    We will not give our fundraising staff this level of access, but it means that all new Fund Advisor setups must run through one of our primary site administrators rather than be managed by our fundraisers.

  17. We are going to be producing monthly a spreadsheet that will help us determine who normally distributes in a particular time frame and their spendable/available cash.

    It would be a dashboard we can frequently review.

    However, the pre-made reports or the custom ones do not grab both the spendable/available cash that we would need for review.

    Other fields that we would find beneficial include: the distribution type/sub types, fund summary and fund advisor.

    Nice to have would be the grantee names/dates/amounts.

  18. For custom reports with multiple fields for criteria, we can currently select either "And" to exist between the filters or "Or". We'd like to be able to have a combination of "And" and "Or" between the filters within the same report.

  20. When validating addresses in CSuite with the USPS validation, please spell out the entire city name as preferred by the post office (see screenshot below) instead of abbreviating city names that are 13 or more characters.
