Discount Codes for Event Tickets
I'd like to have the ability to offer discount codes on event tickets. Right now, there is the ability to create a private ticket, but that is more suited for complimentary tickets. I would like to allow discount codes for a certain dollar amount off. This would help us not have to use ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite, which offer the discount code option.

Campaigns: Option to add all or primary emails to report
Allow for the option to add 'all emails' or just 'primary emails' from a report to a Campaign. When there is more than one email on a profile, we want the ability to add them all to an email campaign.

Balance Swap Account Filter shows closed accounts
In Cash Management - Balance Swap - Add Filter, when you select "From Account" and then checkboxes, the check list that appears includes accounts that are closed (which for us is a lot). It makes no sense that closed accounts would be showing here. It should only show open/active accounts.

Customizable Voucher Payment Schedule / Recurrence Frequency (Same as Grant Payments)
"Currently, a recurring voucher payment can be used for a voucher that needs to be paid on a regular schedule, but the only frequency options are Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual. We would like to be able to customize the frequency and specific payment dates the same way that is currently available for grant payments."

Statement Type Editing
The Set Statement Type area (Home > Fund Advisors > Set Statement Type) applies bulk changes immediately, without a confirmation step. Unlike other bulk edit functions in CSuite, selecting a statement type option (Online, Paper, or Email) takes effect the moment it's clicked -- with no prompt to confirm the action. This lack of verification increases the risk of unintended changes being made to statement types across multiple records.

Word Document Option for Donation Receipt Envelopes
Currently, the Print Envelope feature only generates PDFs. Having the ability to download envelopes as a Word document would be extremely helpful, as envelopes often need minor edits before printing. With the current PDF format, the template formatting frequently shifts and addresses spill onto a second page, making them difficult—or impossible—to edit and print accurately.
Since Donation Receipts already include a Word download option, it seems this functionality may already exist on the development side and could potentially be extended to envelopes as well. Adding a Word option would provide much-needed flexibility and significantly improve usability.17 votes -
Custom Reports: Using "And" and "Or" between multiple filters for the same report
For custom reports with multiple fields for criteria, we can currently select either "And" to exist between the filters or "Or". We'd like to be able to have a combination of "And" and "Or" between the filters within the same report.

USPS Address Validation - Spell out city name
When validating addresses in CSuite with the USPS validation, please spell out the entire city name as preferred by the post office (see screenshot below) instead of abbreviating city names that are 13 or more characters.

Auto-creation of profiles from event checkout, and online donations, is challenging our ability to maintain the integrity of our database.
Before the system automatically creates a profile, add a 'review' step with options to choose to create the profile or add to an existing profile, or place the new profiles in a buffer where they can be easily identified and reviewed.

Improve Functionality of Adding Profiles to a Campaign
Right now, if you add profile groups from the campaign directly, or from a report, you get four option buttons for how to add them (see attached screenshots). If you add profiles to a campaign from some other part of CSuite, such as a search and filtered group, for some odd reason it only gives you two of those options instead of all four. Why? That doesn't make any sense. Can you please change the system so that all four of those options come up wherever you add profiles from to a campaign? Thank you.

Create Fund Advisor Login (for Legacy Portal) from "Fund Advisor" record
Only staff members with full "Manage Login Info/Login As" permissions on the Profile can fully set up a new "Fund Advisor" record through to the "Send Login Email" step.
Having "Manage Login Info/Login As" means the employee can reset ANY staff member's password - which means they can take over any account in CSuite. This is essentially the MOST critical security authorization available.
We will not give our fundraising staff this level of access, but it means that all new Fund Advisor setups must run through one of our primary site administrators rather than be managed by our fundraisers.

Make spendables a field in both the Fund Summary dashboard and the custom reports
We are going to be producing monthly a spreadsheet that will help us determine who normally distributes in a particular time frame and their spendable/available cash.
It would be a dashboard we can frequently review.
However, the pre-made reports or the custom ones do not grab both the spendable/available cash that we would need for review.
Other fields that we would find beneficial include: the distribution type/sub types, fund summary and fund advisor.
Nice to have would be the grantee names/dates/amounts.

Add Donation
Thank you for the updates to the Add Donation page. I wanted to share a few observations that might help improve the user experience:
The Process button currently appears in the middle of the page, which can feel awkward unless you’re on a larger monitor.
Since most of our gifts come via check, the workflow for entering check donations could be more intuitive. After selecting “Check,” the next section is Tributes, and the Check Number field appears much further down. On smaller screens, this makes the page feel cramped, while on larger screens, it feels overly spread out and difficult…

Checks Content - Remove Detail Attachment
We were in hopes of streamlining our communication with our payees when an ACH payment was processed. We enabled the check content but were disappointed when we tested the process that an automatic pdf is created that lists what Fund the payment is coming from. We would like the pdf to be an option that can be turned off OR have an option to not have the Fund shown on the pdf.

Fix Sort Order on Files Tab for Affiliates
On the Files tab for Affiliates, the default sort order currently displays the oldest uploaded files first, which is inconsistent with other areas of the portal. To improve usability, newly uploaded documents should appear at the top by default.
While users can manually adjust the sort order using the arrows, setting the most recent files to display first would save time and create a more seamless experience.

Edit Fund Settings : can we break those down further?
It would be AMAZING to have "Edit" permissions on Funds broken out slightly more. We do not want the entire organization to be able to "Edit" a Fund because that gives access to change investment pools, admin fees, division, segment, etc - way too many buttons that drastically change audit, revenue, and reporting.
However, our Donor Services dept would really appreciate access to be able to change who the primary fund advisor is, update pictures and fund summaries for the Giving Hub, and other settings related to the Giving Hub. Right now, our Finance dept is needing to help every…

Can Donate on Fund Advisor Portal Open Giving Hub in a New Browser Tab?
When you click on "Donate" from the Fund Advisor Portal left navigation, can the Giving Hub be opened in a new browser tab so the Fund Advisor can more easily get back to the Fund Advisor Portal?
We have disabled the Login button on the Giving Hub in order to reduce confusion for our donors who are not fund holders (we have not opened our portal for donors). So we are trying to figure out how to help our fund advisors get back to the portal. Of course, we can direct them to open a new tab or remind them…

Automatically Post Recurring Donations
Please implement a feature that allows for the system to automatically post the subsequent donation for recurring donations.
Currently recurring donations must be posted manually on some sort of cadence, which takes up a lot of time. It would be highly beneficial if the system could post these automatically when they are due for their next donation.

Public Name for Internal Grant Funds
It would be great to have the option to include the public name of the receiving fund for internal grant records. Right now this option only seems to exist for the originating fund. Since many of our Funds have a public name, right now when we create our fund records for example, they are showing the internal name of our Funds like Operating Fund, rather than the public name, CNYCF Community Fund.
