Export batch as separate documents
Currently, exporting a batch of templates compiles all documents into a single file, which often requires them to be manually split at a later stage. It would be greatly appreciated if we could automatically export all selections to separate documents.

Enable grant reviewers to print their comments for reference
Our board members who review grants would like to be able to create their own report that would show their comments for each applicant, so they could print these and bring them to the review meeting.

Popup or alert system
A popup or alert system to add notes on the request and organization side for evaluators would be helpful.

follow
We recently implemented a quarterly report for one of our grants - it would be great if there was a way to assign the same follow up more than once rather than creating a copy of the report for each quarter.

custom fields on evaluator dashboard
GLM - It would be great to be able to add more than just one custom field to the evaluator dashboard.
3 votesHello,
You can add to two custom field on the evaluator dashboard. Do you need more than that?
If please explain what you are sharing and if there are standard fields that would not need displayed.

Opportunity Specific Questions - see the total # of opportunities it applies to
UA - Application - See the total # of opportunities a 'opportunity specific question' applies to.
I have several questions that are only for need-based scholarships. On every one of these questions I have to check my 40-50 opportunities. It would be very helpful to see the total number that are checked to help me be sure I have them all.

date based third party reminder
Someone else requested it, but it was archived, so I would like to bring back into consideration third party reminders based on a due date (the application due date, if not a separate third party due date), instead of the date when the third party response was requested. Our application process opens several months before the application due date, and some requests are made right away. Not only will those recommenders forget by the actual due date, but it has historically seriously annoyed our recommenders to receive a reminder before the actual due date. We love having an automatic reminder,…

Branching logic in printable form for admins.
Building forms with many branching questions groups can get confusing. It would be nice, as an admin, to be able to see how each question group is branched within a form without having to click on each one.
5 votesWhat information would be important for you to be able to easily see.

Branched question to be red when they have not been assigned rules.
Branched questions with incorrect question will be marked red. It would be for branched questions to be marked red if no rules have been assigned yet.

Quick access to recent searches
It would be great to have quick access to recently searched or recently modified/accessed requests or organizations. I find myself in and out of a lot of requests in one day and it would be nice to have quicker access to recent ones without having to re-search each time. I saw someone posted this previously with 9 votes but it was archived. Thanks.
5 votesHello Katy,
have you tried using the auto search feature on request and decision, does this help meet the need OR would you have the idea of named searches you can frequently reference.

Hide "add to cart" button in grant catalog grants
With grant catalogs, we're able to hide the donate button until we're ready to let donors contribute; however, we are not able to hide the "add to cart" button for each individual grant when someone clicks directly into that grant from the grant catalog. For our Match Days, some organizations like to have the unique URL for their specific grant catalog item to promote which bypasses the top level grant catalog. This is where we cannot suppress until "Match Day" starts.

Could AI verify transcripts?
A requirement for our scholarship application is that the student must upload an academic transcript. I am currently having to open over 140 applications, then open the document in the transcript section of the application to verify it is actually a transcript. Could AI be developed to open and interpret the document to confirm it is a transcript? It would be a huge time-saver for staff.

Folders for Communications Templates
It would be great if we could put email templates in folders by grant opportunity. We have so many on our CF and have to scroll down to find each one because they are so different. Please make folders to make it easier to find the templates we need.
105 votesHey All,
Would you need multiple levels of folders or would one level be enough?

eligibility quiz
In the eligibility quiz in GLM, the ability to customize a "passing" message like you can customize a "failure" message would be beneficial to make things very clear to applicants that they can move on to the application stage. We had a few organizations last cycle that passed the eligibility quiz but it wasn't entirely clear to them that they were allowed to move onto the next step in the application process.

Automatic email triggered by question in application
I'd like to see an automatic email be sent based on a question answered on the application. For example, "Would you like information on the other financial aid assistance we offer?" And if they click "Yes" then an email with more information is sent.

Evaluation "side by side" lock
It would be helpful if Evaluators could "lock" the dotted line that allows them to split the screen between the Application & Evaluation. Having to reset it with each of over 200 applications is both a pain and adds up to a lot of time.

Allow for more than 2 Evaluations for a process. We have different groups of reviewers that would evaluate the same applications against a different set of criteria.

Scheduling Visits in Application
I work with three volunteer-led initiatives where grant applicants must schedule a conversation after submitting their application, but before grant decisions. We used to Jotform and embedded Calendly as an application question, which cut down on the administrative burden of follow-up emails to ensure applicants booked their meeting.
Currently, we have a checkbox that applicants check to confirm their understanding that their application is complete once they schedule the conversation. In the application received/submitted email, we provide them with the link to schedule. We ended up having to do a lot of follow-up. We're considering embedding a scheduling link directly…

country
Right now, your Country Code field shows a full country, but then EXPORTS it as a two letter abbreviation. This makes it functionally useless for any reporting because we need to know what country something is in and not the two letter abbreviation which I fail to understand the usefulness of.

Internal follow-ups viewable by applicant?
In line with Trust-Based Philanthropy, more and more foundations are completing verbal reporting with grantees, where the foundation staff completes the written follow-up form based on a conversation with a grantee. We have been doing this as an internal follow-up form, but would like the option for the grantee to view what we've typed into the form and confirm that it is accurate and complete before submitting the report and marking it as complete. Other than downloading each follow-up form packet as a PDF and emailing it to them for their manual feedback, is there a way to either:
