  1. I'd like the ability to customize the failure message within an eligibility quiz to be able to show the applicant what question(s) caused them to fail and provide a bit more context to them regarding those specific items.
    Currently, there is only one "Failure Message" option that shows no matter what questions caused them to fail, so it can't be specific and the applicants don't know why they failed.

  2. In GLM and SLM, when onboarding new staff members who will be administrators to the environment, there is not really a clear way to lead them through training. The training used to be straight forward with Base Camp and the videos were sequential in logic to help build a true understanding of the software tools. Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't find anything like that now in the Learning Center. There's a catalog of videos and FAQs, but unless I go in and hand pick the ones I want my staff person to take, there's no great way to…

  4. We currently have the option of a maximum character count, but I would love to have the option of implementing a minimum as well. It would be very helpful on application questions, especially since there are a lot of varying expectations for the length of a "short answer/essay."

  6. It would be nice for GLM to have the capability to store, search, and sort documents within the Organization's Documents tab. Our team would like to upload site visit reports and grantee impact reports, so it would be more streamlined to be able to filter and sort through the entire Documents tab, especially if there are 10+ documents stored there.

We would like to see the history of Eligibility Quizzes taken for an Organization within the Organization record, rather than having to do a search in the Eligibility Center (which we would have to do for all dates, then sort by Organization, since there's no search criteria for Organization). Our program folks believe this information would be useful in giving a an overall picture of an organization.

  8. Form Completion Indicator. It would be nice if the completions indicator could be configured based only on the questions that are actually applicable or mandatory. Right now it seems the indicator counts every single questions in the form, regardless of whether they are mandatory or not or if they are just displaying a question which can be misleading to the applicant who is applying

  9. We have a Program Officer who is leaving the foundation. She has over 150 follow ups assigned to her. Reassigning to the new Program Officer is going to require that we reassign each one individually. It would be great to have the ability to batch reassign.

  10. Please add a "Tabled" line in the Application Evaluation section. So much easier to keep track of tabled applications throughout the year if they need to be revisited in a subsequent grant round within the same process.

  11. It would be nice to view the application numbers for each grant. I often times have to go into the applications during any part of the process even after closing the application. It would be nice to see the application number so I could avoid clicking into several of the same grant name to find the correct application. Please do not remove the other tabs just add this option or allow it to be editable.

  12. Currently if a user is inactive they are required to have an email address. This is not useful when the new user in their role uses the previous employees email address. ie) ceo@testcompany.ca

    If the new user uses the previous employees email then you are required to come up with a dummy address for the inactive employee. This is not ideal.

    Inactive employees should NOT require an email.

  14. We would love to have a Document Viewer function for the Documents tab, as well as for all documents connected to a given request. Having to download a document just to see it every time is hugely inconvenient, as is having to go through several forms to look for a given document. More Document Viewer functionality would save a lot of time.

When merging organizations, it would be nice to be able to see the information on the organizations selected without having to open up one to see its information and then having to go back to "Search - Organizations - Duplicate Search" to see the information on another one selected. When I try to use the back button it doesn't work. Perhaps I am doing something wrong.

  16. Please add a toggle that admin can switch to Stop applicants from applying for the same process twice. This feels like it should be the default anyway. We had over 400 hundred applications this last round. Duplicates cause huge issues with some getting approved and awarded $ twice.   18. It would be helpful if on approvals, we could predetermine a future date and not have to enter it every time. For example, we issue ALL scholarship payment on 07/02/2025. However, this field auto-populates to the current date. If we could have a date set, but able to change it if the payment needs extended, that would be quite the time saver -- especially when processing 450+ scholarships!

  19. It would be very helpful if collaborators or others in an organization could see any administrator comments made within an LOI or application. Currently, only the applicant can see the comments. If the applicant is asking for help from a collaborator, it is necessary that the collaborator see our comments.

  20. The current methods of collecting and delivering specific thank-you notes to donors from students are often difficult. We'd like to see a system where a dedicated thank you note form can be configured and assigned to the student per opportunity and as needed and attached to the request, eliminating the need to use follow up forms. The choice between having fewer common follow ups (general thank you) and a large number of opportunity-specific follow ups (to get a specific follow up) is not a great one.
