  1. Provide a metric that shows the ratio of applications that received an award to the total number of applications submitted. It can help measure the competitiveness and success of the grant program.

  2. Often times we extend the application for only specific students (however, this can range from 50 ot more or less students). I do not know the names of the students since the school cannot divulge that information. I was hoping to look at the start date of their drafted application in order to identify the students I am extending the opportunity for based on the donors request. A start date in the drafted applications would be very helpful for this purpose.

  3. Question Library - As an admin, I want to be able to add the same question across multiple forms and have the responses all tie together in reporting. Currently, if I add a new question to separate processes, I have to re-create that question in every single process and then the responses don’t show up in the same column in reporting.

  4. I would like to see an option to rename a request in the process of copying it. Kind of like a 'save as' process, if I were able to add in a word or two to the end of the Project Name in the process of copying it, that would be very handy.

  5. We'd like to be able to insert the "next installment" in our letters to grantees vs. a table that shows all installments. At this time the table is our only option aside from merging the total award amount.

  6. The report builder in GLM and SLM is driven by the grant/scholarship process. It would be helpful to be able to build reports outside of the process framework.

We want a central place to track non-profits and contacts in GLM who are also profiles in cSuite. For example, to figure out who is registered in GLM to submit an LOI or application or follow-ups so we can compare with the information on those profiles (org and contact) in cSuite. Bonus points if the Grant ID from GLM, and the Profile ID in cSuite, could be included in the report!

  7. As a scholarship Admin I want functionality to allow the system to randomly assign scholarship reviewrs.

An Example: For Scholarship Committee A, I want the system to randomly split my 8 reviewers into 4 groups of 2, then auto assign 25% of the applications to 1 group of reviewers.

This would reduce my work to evenly and randomly distribute scholarships for review.

  8. If a process is turned off, so too is the associated eligibility quiz. This is VERY confusing for applicants...they see an eligibility quiz and assume they need to fill it out, even though that process is closed. It makes them think they are not eligible to apply for the open process, when in actuality they were just filling out a form for a closed process and get an error message.

  10. Because our applications differ by grant type, we have set our processes up by foundation and then by grant type. So for one foundation, we may have five or six different processes. The Board will review all foundation requests at the same time. It would be nice to be able to run a merge document for multiple requests across multiple processes. This would save us a tremendous amount of time when generating award/declination letters.

  11. Prevent invalid data in a field with a stop alert. It would be great if you could invalidate an applicant's improper entry in a field. For instance, if a certain org. budget size is an eligibility criterion, It'd be great if non-confirming entries got a "stop" message to refer back to instructions, guidelines, contact staff with questions, etc. So if an award cycle is intended for orgs. with budgets less than say $200K, it would offer an alert or error message to the applicant for any figure above that amount.

  12. We have evaluators that email our applicants outside of Foundant and then copy and paste it into their evaluation. It would be useful if we had the ability to be able to choose if we would like the staff evaluator to have the ability to email through Foundant.

  13. Similar to an eligibility review quiz that auto-grades, I would appreciate a follow-up form that does not require review in order to be complete. We have a form, the acknowledgement of funds received, that we do not have a need to review. It would be great if it could be marked complete automatically.

    Thanks for considering!

  14. we have 7 scoring teams that annually score grants, it is cumbersome to reset the scoring team for each process... would it be possible to create a mechanism to set scoring teams and have those people grouped together in some fashion.

  16. We have chosen to not have full application status available to grantees in the View Organization History. Unfortunately this means that grantees now see grants listed for $0 when they were actually granted. This is an inaccurate view of the data and we'd prefer that grantees just see the grant process, project title and status, but NOT the zeroed out amount granted and paid since this is false.

Also, it would be helpful if I could run a list from my system of all users that have been granted View Organization History status.

  17. It would be a HUGE time saver to be able to edit payments on the Payment Tracking Page, rather than having to go into each individual Project and edit the payment there. Just have the edit pencil icon right next to the eye, and the blue plus sign on the payment tracking page. When entering additional comments, after a payment has been posted, it is extremely time consuming to do this for 50+ payments at a time.

  18. I like the quick new way to enter payments on the payment tracking page. Here are two things that would make it Better! If the pop up window had the name of the Organization. I am often entering multiple payments at once and sometimes I lose track of what one I'm entering. Having the Organization Name in the pop up window will help me double check that. Whenever I go back to the payment tracking page it defaults to showing all dates. It would be helpful if it would save my last search unless I log out because I have…

  19. We give grants to non-profits and international organizations. . . . .many of whom have email addresses ending in ".org", or other international designations.

PLEASE don't restrict my email address format to " mailto:name@domain.com "

  20. I searched and didn't see this in the idea archive. We receive a lot of compliants about character count. I am guessing character count gives you a better estimate of space needed but folks are accustomed to using word count for other applications. I think word count is the norm.
