Set CSuite Service Area and Grant Type in GLM approval form
Our grant approval workflow include setting the value for custom fields in the grant approval form (grant subtype, type of support, etc.). Then the Service Area and Grant Type need to be added after the grant is synced with CSuite. It would be SO helpful to be able to set the CSte Service Area and Grant Type field here as well so that coding does not have to be done in two places. In other words, change from a read-only field in GLM to an editable field like the custom field are.

follow
We recently implemented a quarterly report for one of our grants - it would be great if there was a way to assign the same follow up more than once rather than creating a copy of the report for each quarter.

custom fields on evaluator dashboard
GLM - It would be great to be able to add more than just one custom field to the evaluator dashboard.
4 votesHello,
You can add to two custom field on the evaluator dashboard. Do you need more than that?
If please explain what you are sharing and if there are standard fields that would not need displayed.

Close Request Button Design Issue
I inadvertently Closed our scholarship recipients when I went through the old applications in order to update contact info. They have to be kept in approved to pull up by group; Closed applications can only be accessed one by one. The Close Request button is on the bottom right where it's common to find a button to leave a form/web page or an X on the upper right. Foundant has neither for users. You have to go to the Home icon, Requests & Users option, or the back arrow. It's not good user layout. Move the Close Request to the…

Automatic emails to evaluators
When evaluators are assigned applications as a batch action, it would be really helpful if an automatic email could go out to each evaluator letting them know they have been assigned applications for a particular process (one email per process, not per application). Currently, the only way evaluators can receive an automatic email is if each application is assigned one by one. That's time-consuming for the person assigning the evaluators, and that would generate a lot of individual emails to each evaluator. Having automatic emails go out to evaluators after batch assignments are made would eliminate the current two-step process…

Batch Assign Applications to Evaluators by Applicant Name Automatically
We have about 60 scholarships, 200 applicants (1,100 applications), and 32 reviewers every year. When I assign applications for review, I want every student to be assigned to 2 reviewers. And I want all reviewers to have roughly the same number of applicants/students (not applications since we use Universal App). So I sort the applications by applicant name, and then manually click all applications for students x, y, z, and then batch assign to 2 reviewers. I have to repeat this process for all 1,100 applications in the system. I would love for there to be an automated way to…

3rd Party Decline Option:
We have had instances where we are reaching out to 3rd party requests (specifically with LOR) and they refuse to submit a letter on the student's behalf. Would it be possible or beneficial for there to be a decline option in the automated email so the student can find someone else? And yes, we do include strong language to encourage students to talk with teachers/counselors they would like to have submit a letter of recommendation on their behalf.

Additional Evaluations
We have several stages of evaluation; the two evaluations are not sufficient for us to be able to understand and assess applications effectively. It would be helpful if we could add additional evaluations, as needed, by process.

due date application and third party
Would love to have the ability to set a separate due date for third-party responses. For example, student application is due March 15th and the system closes, but third-party due date is March 22nd then automatically closes.

Submit button for Internal Process for Administrators
Please provide a Submit button for Administrators when they are Copying Requests into an Internal Process. Do not make us have to select the option while copying that the Initial Submit Status has to be Submitted. I would like to create a Draft and go in and edit away in fields and then Submit the request when I feel it is ready, it is an Internal process anyway, and I am an Administrator.
Sure it is fine to go and select the Submitted choice when copying, but maybe I just want to submit it later, not when I am creating…

Customize Project Name Field
I would love to be able to edit the "Project Name" Field for our evaluators. Right now I change the "Project Name" within the application, but for our evaluators, the bar still reads "Project Name"

Third Evaluation Option
It would be helpful to have more than 2 evaluation options for Universal Applications. Scholarship Opportunities vary vastly in what is important. Being able to have the Internal Evaluation and a choice of either the complex or simple evaluation form for the 2nd choice would be most helpful!

Question List
It would be helpful if we could print the question list based on the current preview options. When using the Universal Application there are supplemental questions for specific opportunities. You can preview as a Reviewer and for a specific opportunity, which allows you to see what the reviewer will see when evaluating applications for that specific committee. But if you choose the Question List from that point, so that it can be printed or downloaded, it brings up everything, even the "administrator only" questions. We need to be able to print a Question List to send to our External Committee's…

automatic email order
With the new feature that allows a grants administrator to select which auto-emails should even appear in the auto-email list, it seems to be sorting them in a random fashion. I would like the auto-emails list to be sorted by stage in the follow-up lifecycle. See the attached file for an illustration.

On the organization search page, could there be a section at the bottom with recent searches, or perhaps your own personalized list of organizations you want to keep handy?

Transfer of info to next year's application
Some of our scholarships are available to students already in college, so they can apply multiple years in a row. It would therefore be nice to provide a feature in the SLM universal application in which they can transfer certain items/ answers from one year's universal app to another. This would save them time. Perhaps we could determine what we would allow to be transferred when we set up each new universal app, or what questions MUST be answered by all. Again, time saver for returning applicants.

track response to evaluation question
Can we add a feature to reporting to be able to pull responses to specific questions on the evaluation forms? I have a question that is an action item: Refer to Board, Ask for more info, or deny app.
I need a way to count the # of responses to this question by their answer. We use this + eval rubric score to assess the quality of the applications we receive. I've not been able to figure out how to pull this in the reporting module.

Copy responses in follow ups?
I recall there is a feature where applicants can copy responses from one application to another if we turn this on. Would you consider adding a copy feature for follow ups so applicants who need to complete multiple follow ups can copy responses from one follow up to another?
