  1. We would love the ability to display ranking options in text to our evaluators, such as
    Extremely Clear
    Very Clear
    Somewhat Clear
    Not So Clear
    Not at All Clear

    BUT - We'd like to store them as numeric data so that
    Extremely Clear =5
    Very Clear =4
    Somewhat Clear =3
    Not So Clear =2
    Not at All Clear =1

    To be clear, we don't want to show the numeric to the evaluator, just the text.
    Currently, we use a complicated formula to calculate the data.

  2. The standard columns for the tables are not optimal for our program, so we've assigned project numbers to each funded application. I would like to be able to see this number in the payment tracking table, but can't add it to the installment form as a shared question. Woiuld this be valuable to others?

    I would also like to be able to delete some of the standard columns--project titles take up a lot of space and are not that useful!

We use branching questions in our grant application that are set to internal so we can branch an applicant to the application we want them to complete and not have multiple processes in our site. I just realized that when an applicant clicks on the "Question List" button in their site, this shows them ALL of the questions in our application, regardless of how the application should be branched. The fact that applicants can see the entire question list for an application seems to negate the purpose of branching. This is very confusing for applicants because they do not know…

    Hello,

    You are correct in that all branch groups are displayed in the question list; we follow this as best practice for projects like project streamlining so that applicants don't become surprised by the amount of time the application will take them. We also encourage as a best practice that you add instructions to the branch groups for that visibility and communication explain when they will see that group.


    However, Internal Questions should not be displayed to applicants. Please report this to our support team so that we can review it.

  4. There are some grants that we process in CSuite and then sync over the GLM. The intention is that we can use email templates for batch notifications in GLM to send to the organizations. We also assign follow-up forms for these grants.

    However, the emails and follow-ups aren't working. It seems to be because the Applicant is listed as "Unassigned". All of the organizations for these grants already have GLM accounts, so I would love to see the Primary Contact be the default "Applicant", which would enable us to perform these functions in batch. Any way to improve this integration…

  5. We would like the option for students to not see the opportunities they qualify for when they submit their application. We do not understand the purpose or why this is necessary. It tends to cause more questions and confusion. This is misleading for students if they qualify for a lot of opportunities, but don't receive a scholarship or only get one.

    We do not want these to show up on the applicant dashboard as well as the confirmation page.

    We would appreciate the option to have this feature turned on or off, even for opportunities that have Supplemental Questions.

  6. There is a weird process you need to do to prevent GLM grants from being processed before a grant agreement has been received...you have to toggle the GLM approval button on then off so the system recognizes the imported Csuite grant. This is annoying and inefficient. There is a batch approve option, why not just add the batch unapprove option?

  7. We use manual e-mails for our responses to various requests and we sometimes process these outside office hours. We would like to be able to schedule manual e-mails for a later time or date.

In SLM, I feel it would be helpful to be able to develop a form template outside of processes (maybe I'm missing this somewhere, but the only place I have found "create new form" has been inside a process under "change form"). I'd like to have an independently created Application template (that stays then untouched or modified, so I know where I started) that I can then copy and adjust into my processes. This could also apply for Follow-Up forms, etc. Essentially, I'd like the Create New Form button or a Create form template button inside the Forms tab within…

  9. I would love to have a search option when evaluators are assigned. We have over 150 potential evaluators so it would be helpful to be able to search by name instead of scrolling to find the evaluator's name.

  10. I'd like to be able to customize the Third Party Dashboard columns to indicate if the request is a transcript, a letter of recommendation, or something else. Currently, the requestee has to click on each request or remember each email to know what is waiting for them. It may be helpful to have a descriptor column of the nature of the request.

  11. The student sees the 'Assigned to You' list and the Confirmation Page opportunities in a random order. Please let us control that based on how they are listed on the opportunities tab. It would look way better to be in Alphabetical order.

I'd love to have a side by side feature in the create process area, meaning it would be good to be able to also edit any email templates that are needed (or forms) within a process, but within the same screen. I don't know if this could be done via a pop up window, or if it could be the side by side view (similar to what an evaluator would have), but I'd love to not have to add a second open tab or have to get out of a process any time I need to go update or add…

  13. For SLM Universal Application follow ups it would be great to be able to reorganize the list, in alpha order for example. Right now it is in the order of when the follow ups were created.

  15. It would be incredibly beneficial if GLM included a CommunitySuite question type that allows users to directly select options from the "Grant Type" dropdown list in CommunitySuite.
    Currently, we list this question in our GLM applications, and our Grant Manager manually selects the grant type. However, this information isn't automatically linked to CommunitySuite, requiring our Financial Manager to also go into CSuite and designate the 'Grant Type' for each grant processed.

  16. We would like the ability to 'Close' an application, rather than 'abandon' or 'deny'. We leverage GLM to have a General Inquiry, which we then copy applications to different processes depending on a conversation with the applicant. Once we're done - not moving forward through the system, it causes confusion for the applicant to see the original as denied/abandoned.

  17. Howdy! We are trying to increase our usage of electronic payments for grantees and are updating tens and hundreds of profiles at a time.

    As it stands now, updating ACH settings in CSuite require two separate bulk updates - one for ACH settings to add account and routing number, and the second for changing the default payment type. That means culling two reports to 'match' the profiles ID (which is the most labor intensive part of the process).
