  1. It would be helpful to customize the names of the headings on the Dashboard - i.e. LOI becomes "Application Part 1" and Application becomes "Application Part 2"

  2. I'd like the ability to customize the failure message within an eligibility quiz to be able to show the applicant what question(s) caused them to fail and provide a bit more context to them regarding those specific items.
    Currently, there is only one "Failure Message" option that shows no matter what questions caused them to fail, so it can't be specific and the applicants don't know why they failed.
    Using conditional logic to say if Question 1 is answered "Yes," than show this custom failure message could help to provide more context and less back and forth after a failed…

  3. I have several agencies with multiple representatives involved in the grant process. I'd love for a way to allow non-assigned applicants to view all forms (during all statuses) and have the option to submit forms; or create an "all-inclusive collaborate" option so the person who initially applies can allow others to submit any forms and not one specific follow-up.

  4. Hi, Currently there is the ability to import profiles to a campaign. It would be extremely helpful if we could also bulk import RSVP and attendance also instead of updating each profile 1 by 1. We currently use a 3rd party app for invites to an event. We build the list in CSuites through campaigns.

  5. In GLM and SLM, when onboarding new staff members who will be administrators to the environment, there is not really a clear way to lead them through training. The training used to be straight forward with Base Camp and the videos were sequential in logic to help build a true understanding of the software tools. Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't find anything like that now in the Learning Center. There's a catalog of videos and FAQs, but unless I go in and hand pick the ones I want my staff person to take, there's no great way to…

  6. We would really like to have information uploaded to an Organizational page/section. For example - one-time upload of 501(c)3 documents, board members, organizational chart, the reason for non-profit, D&O insurance ect. A place where they can change when needed, but not each grant cycle.

  9. On any question type, if you miss a required field and click into the Applicant Opportunities tab to select opp specifics and try to save, there is no warning showing you have missed filling in a required space, the page goes nowhere, nothing occurs.
    Please add a warning of some sort that a required field is missing.

    1. Allow admins to create additional merge fields for their specific documents. Currently Foundant only has select merge fields without the ability to create new ones.
    2. Update Follow Ups so that admins can insert merge fields into follow up documents. This feature would be very helpful when we are creating grantee agreements as some fields are available in shared questions.

  10. We currently have the option of a maximum character count, but I would love to have the option of implementing a minimum as well. It would be very helpful on application questions, especially since there are a lot of varying expectations for the length of a "short answer/essay."

  11. The administrator comments is a great feature- we use it to give applicants feedback during our draft phase review. We usually DON'T wish to share those administrator comments with evaluators. Customization around these comments would be incredibly helpful. For example, it is cumbersome for our Program Officers to click the "share with applicant" checkbox for each comment (and sometimes one gets forgotten and shared with evaluators-yikes!). It would be amazing if we could have access to that in a site setting to default that check box as checked (share with applicant). Or add a feature to share both might be…

  13. We recently moved from Word document letter templates to email award notifications, and would love the ability to include CSuite Grant ID# in our GLM email correspondence. Currently, the selection of fields that can be merged into an email template is very limited, and there is no way to include a unique identifier that grantees can use to reference a specific grant.

  14. I am really enjoying the new organization summary page. I think it would be great if on the "Amount Awarded" table which goes by year, if we could also toggle to "Amount Paid" and look at how much we've actually paid per year to a grantee.

  15. I have a few reports with large data sets (160 rows, 66 columns) and include several filters. Each time I add a filter I have to wait for the form to add the filter and reload the data. It takes several minutes. I would like to see a feature where I can add all the filters I need and then click a button to run the report. Can we pause the report from running until we are ready?

  16. We really need more than 2 custom columns to be able to accurately sort and filter Applications both for Evaluator assignment by the administrators, and for our Evaluators doing the rating. Even just one more custom column would make a big difference. I've requested elsewhere, but in case there is a connection, we would also appreciate the reverse, which is to hide the default columns we don't need - or at least the Score column, which is just very confusing given the way our process works, so we do the best we can to hide it, but it is very…

It would be great if follow up reports showed up along with the past applications under the Organization History tab so all the members of an organization could see this important part of an application. With the high rates of turn over at a lot of these organizations having the follow report tied to the person who submitted the report is very limiting.

We would like to see the history of Eligibility Quizzes taken for an Organization within the Organization record, rather than having to do a search in the Eligibility Center (which we would have to do for all dates, then sort by Organization, since there's no search criteria for Organization). Our program folks believe this information would be useful in giving a an overall picture of an organization.

  19. Form Completion Indicator. It would be nice if the completions indicator could be configured based only on the questions that are actually applicable or mandatory. Right now it seems the indicator counts every single questions in the form, regardless of whether they are mandatory or not or if they are just displaying a question which can be misleading to the applicant who is applying
