  1. I would love to be able to break up long applications into tabbed sections or, better yet, separate pages. The ability to add section breaks and group questions that came with GLM 2.0 helps. But I still think it would be easier for grant seekers to navigate long applications if questions were organized on different pages.

    Survey Moneky has a nice interface for organizing questions in multiple page surveys. Their interface doesn't allow users to select pages by clicking on a tab, which is what I would love to see, but it does allow users to flip between pages that…

  2. We often give to organizations who in turn fund other individuals (actual grant recipient) in separate locations. It would be great if we could have both the general organization info as well as a place for contact info for individual recipient. Sometimes, we even give to one organization with multiple grants, each eventually funding different individuals around the world. I am somewhat new to this so I may be missing something...

  3. (Suggested by fellow grants staff Trudy Wild)

    Currently there is an attractive summary of all panelist scores and comments (Dashboard / Application Evaluation Open / Summary) - but only staff can access this (Our evaluations are anonymous and un-shared). This is available per application, with questions down the left hand side and staff evaluator names across the top.

    We'd like for a single staff evaluator to be able to view his own summary. This should encompass all applications in one view - with questions down the left hand side and applicant organization names across the top.

  4. I would like to have the option to batch delete abandoned

    requests -- it’s tedious having to delete them one by one. Could this be an

    option listed at the bottom of the “Search Requests & Decisions” page? I

    can understand not wanting folks to accidentally delete other items on this

    page. With this in mind, could it be built to only appear as an option when a

    search is done for abandoned requests?

  5. It would be great to have a few customizable options before a report prints to PDF. Among those: 1) TITLE: currently prints with the root data set (ie COMMITMENTS): can it at least print with the REPORT NAME as the title, or, even better, with a customizable header? 2) LANDSCAPE v PORTRAIT 3) Color Scheme: Even a set of 8 different color schemes could be really helpful to not have to re-format before, for instance, a board meeting.   7. It would be great if... there was an alert for applicants notifying them that they have an active grant. With a few exceptions, we do not allow organizations to have more than one active grant (per program) at a time. Recently, I had a couple applicants submit applications who already had active grants. I did not know they had active grants until I looked at each organization's history. It would be great if the active grant was highlighted on their dashboard or they received an alert when applying for a grant notifying them that they had an active grant. This…

  9. In our process each applicant receives at least three reviews from three different evaluators. It would be nice if I could randomly assign evaluators to the applicants. I currently do this by creating an excel file with the applicants on the vertical axis and the evaluators on the horizontal. I assign each applicant a number and use a random number generator to assign the applications each reviewer is expected to review. To be able to do this quickly within the GLM system would be great. I know some of the competitors provide this option.

  10. When a staff member leaves an organisation - rather than going through and reassigning the requests and follow ups - it would be ideal if the requests and follow-ups associated with their user were automatically reassigned to the primary contact for the organisation.

It would be helpful to have the option to move, make bold, or otherwise highlight the Evaluator Descriptions which appear under the scholarship name when an evaluator is reviewing an application in SLM. It is easy to miss the Evaluator Descriptions where they are now and it would help to have them stand out and be more visible/noticeable to evaluators during the review process.

  12. Please allow for the option to edit the invitation email that is sent to the collaborators.

    Unlike many of the system emails, the collaborator email is not editable as the template is simply not available to edit. We are asking that you give us the option to edit this template to make it more personalized and seem less "phishy". It is currently unbranded, very simple, and makes some worried that it is an illegitimate email.

  14. For the new applicant apply page, for the preview application button, is there a way to have it show as the application and not the PDF? We have several applications that use branching logic and the full load out in the PDF may confuse applicants.

  17. Still need more characters for instruction questions. I am building a grant agreement today and have a table that i'm trying to copy and paste into an instruction question (from word) and it is 639 characters too long! :-(. Maybe up it to 5000? Pretty please!?!

  19. When applicants create their accounts, it would be nice if the organization field provided a drop-down menu of the current organizations already listed in the account holder's account. This would help eliminate duplicate organizations and save the administrator time going through all the organizations and merging duplicates.
