  1. Allow us to pull a list of the "grant manager" assignments for all assigned requests by adding a data field under "Processes" and "Requests" in report data sets.

    I'd like to be able to pull a report of which staff member is assigned to each request. Currently, I have to proxy as each staff member to pull each list individually.

  3. When I'm configuring automatic emails for a form, I always click the eye icon to preview the template. For some reason, it includes all the information that's been set up in the template except for the cc/bcc fields. It would save some navigation if those were included along with all the other template information already displayed - I currently have to navigate to the actual email template to review which addresses have/have not been included in the cc/bcc fields in the template, which sort of negates the usefulness of the preview function within the configuration view.

  4. We would like to replace our budget template with tables but we need to be able to show %'s for each expense section and revenue area. In particular, we need to be able to identify the applicant's 10% match in the revenue section. Adding %'s to the Table feature would be helpful so we could do away with applicant's having to download the budget template and then upload it again.

  5. There is a red circle with a backslash icon that appears when applicants try to copy and paste from their LOI to Proposal Application. This icon confuses Applicants because they are in fact able to copy and paste.

    I am getting several emails from applicants who don't understand they can still copy and paste. Please delete the confusing red circle backslash icon.

  6. An idea! Currently, there is no way to batch email only users who are actively assigned to a scholarship committee. There is only a way to email all users who have scholarship committee as their role. This would be helpful with sending pre evaluation updates before evaluations are assigned. Currently, you have to manually send out emails to those assigned to committees.

  7. It would be helpful if we could print the question list based on the current preview options. When using the Universal Application there are supplemental questions for specific opportunities. You can preview as a Reviewer and for a specific opportunity, which allows you to see what the reviewer will see when evaluating applications for that specific committee. But if you choose the Question List from that point, so that it can be printed or downloaded, it brings up everything, even the "administrator only" questions. We need to be able to print a Question List to send to our External Committee's…

  8. It would be great to have the ability to increase the character count in the "Comments" tab under Organizational profiles. We use the tab for a summary of a grant once it is closed and any grant management comments of note. We often find that with grants that are a year long or more, we have far more to write than the current character count allows.

  9. Flag submitted applications that have outstanding issues:

    Sometimes submitted applications are technically complete, but additional information is still needed. It would be great if we could flag requests that have been reviewed but have outstanding issues that we'd like to address before marking them as "Complete."

  11. Some of our scholarships are available to students already in college, so they can apply multiple years in a row. It would therefore be nice to provide a feature in the SLM universal application in which they can transfer certain items/ answers from one year's universal app to another. This would save them time. Perhaps we could determine what we would allow to be transferred when we set up each new universal app, or what questions MUST be answered by all. Again, time saver for returning applicants.

  12. It would be great to be able to attach documents to a GLM request to sync over to C-Suite. We require grant approval documented in C-Suite before paying on grants and this would keep our workflow contained within Foundant.

  14. It would be nice to have the ability to change the email confirmation sent to a new user. We find most applicants select "Continue without checking" resulting in emails sent through Foundant ending up in their spam folder.

  15. Add a pop up window that confirms deletion of a Reporting Data Set. It's far too easy to accidentally hit the delete button instead of the edit button - and per support, it is not possible to recover a deleted Reporting Data Set.

  17. I'd like to have a DocuSign bucket/status box added to the DashBoard, just like the buckets for all other forms and their statuses (LOI, Applicaiton... FollowUps, etc.) to ease tracking the status of our grant agreements.

  18. The addition of the subtotal function within tables is great, but more is needed for it to be compatible with my workflow. In particular, I would like to be able to have a subtotal that captures other subtotals.

    For example, I have one grant that has three funding categories, and one non-funding category. I can subtotal each of the three funding categories, but it won't let me then see a subtotal of those three added together, only the total of the three funding categories plus the non-funding category (which I also need, but I want to see both).   19. Often I have a series of yes/no questions that might be easier or less intimidating to an applicant if they were in a single table. While I know that I can create that using a drop down menu, it would require less of the system, and potentially move faster if it were a choice for a column setting. The same concept (creating a column setting) would also be useful to number rows that data is entered in.

  20. It would be helpful for grant agreements to be able to have the organization and user registration information available to populate the agreement form. Otherwise they need to be entered again to have a stand-alone document.
