  1. Can we add a feature to reporting to be able to pull responses to specific questions on the evaluation forms? I have a question that is an action item: Refer to Board, Ask for more info, or deny app.

    I need a way to count the # of responses to this question by their answer. We use this + eval rubric score to assess the quality of the applications we receive. I've not been able to figure out how to pull this in the reporting module.

  2. In the UA, it would be nice if we could print a pdf of individual opportunities for the donor(s) to review that only has the eligibility questions and supplemental questions of the individual opportunity listed.

  3. I recall there is a feature where applicants can copy responses from one application to another if we turn this on. Would you consider adding a copy feature for follow ups so applicants who need to complete multiple follow ups can copy responses from one follow up to another?

  4. Hi Idea Lab! I'm having an ongoing issue when it comes to creating reports that have a date field that has been modified with a formula. E.G., I have grants that have an "Award Period End Date" and a "Amended Award Period End Date" for those that have been extended. In reporting, I can configure it so that I see one column that displays the original end date is if it has not been modified, or an amended end date is if it has been modified.   7. We often have to turn off automatic e-mails for short period of times when we work on individual requests and do not want the applicant to receive a notification.

    Sometimes, we forget to turn the automatic e-mail back on in the tool manager and it creates confusion.

    It would be great to be able to toggle off (an on) automatic e-mails for an individual request, directly in the request.

  9. Want the ability to remove the "Create Print Packet" button from the evaluator's screen and remove the ability to download documents that have been uploaded into an application. Concerned that evaluators can download sensitive information such as transcripts, FAFSA, etc.

  10. Currently, if I copy a table in another application like Excel or a web browser, it pastes all the values into the destination cell. It would be great if I (and our grantees!) could paste or upload table data from other sources.

In sending out emails to applicants, in most cases they are already going to the primary contact (grant writer, Dev Director, program mgr. etc.) And the ED or CEO is almost always the secondary contact. It seems silly for the drop-down option to be "cc primary contact"...when it should include the option of "cc secondary contact". We just completed our entire first GLM process, and have only now realized that we've not been cc'ing the ED of most organizations!! This puts the onus on the primary to share. And yes, I guess we should have been adding a cc to…

  13. add a pop up when you click Application Incomplete to say "are you sure? this will revert the application to Draft" or a popup similar to when you merge an org. and have to type MERGE to confirm.

  14. We have over 50 applicant processes, rather then make 1:All other processes that have Copy functionality enabled, could we have a group by function with the Copy Functionality?

    IE Process 1 - 10 are of one group and they can copy between each other then 11-15 are of another group and they can copy between each process.

  16. When building a table question, It would be GREAT to be able to edit read-only cells. I confirmed with Support that at present, read-only cells do not allow you to edit their content other than their label, yet applicants cannot see cell labels. This means that any read-only cell that is not in a summary row will always show up to applicants as a blank cell.

    This is confusing because it makes it seem like you have the option to do something you don't, e.g. put readable content in read-only cells. I would love to be able to do something…

  17. We have a few grantees who missed completing final grant reports from some years back.

    It would be great to have the option to close a request that would still show the final grant report as a draft or incomplete somehow in the organization's request history. It could be coded as "incomplete" or something similar. In order to clean up the dashboard, right now the options are to 1. unassign the follow up, 2. submit the follow up on their behalf, or 3. have it show up in the follow up draft bucket indefinitely (ie not clean up the dashboard).…

  18. It would be great if all fields were available for email merges. Specifically, we schedule in person meetings as part of our review process, and those times are loaded into the application and evaluation so that I can display them for evaluators. I'd love to pull that field into the applicant emails. This is currently the only process email that I have to send outside of Foundant.

Currently, you can either share no applicant contact information with evaluators or evaluators can see (in the 'Contact Information' section of a request) the applicant's name, email, phone number, and mailing address (pulling from the User Information section that the applicant fills out during registration and can update via 'Edit My Profile').

    It would be really useful to be able to customize the visibility of User Information fields - for example, showing the Applicant name and their Job Title/Role but not addresses and phone numbers.

  20. Notifications to Administrator for when reports are marked complete by program staff. Without having this it is making payments go out late due to program staff not sending email to administrator. It adds an extra step.
