  1. Can we add to the Greeting page language to add “Administrator administrator@grantinterface.com” to their address book so that our emails will be sure to land in their inbox! Put it in a different color font so that it will be noticed when they open this software.

    We continue to have problems delivering emails to our grantees and creates duplicate work for us. Thank you.

  2. Hello! The ability to add telephone number extensions is great, but it assumes all extensions are three digits. Perhaps you could make this more flexible to accommodate all extension lengths.

  3. (Suggested by fellow grants staff Trudy Wild)

    Currently there is an attractive summary of all panelist scores and comments (Dashboard / Application Evaluation Open / Summary) - but only staff can access this (Our evaluations are anonymous and un-shared). This is available per application, with questions down the left hand side and staff evaluator names across the top.

    We'd like for a single staff evaluator to be able to view his own summary. This should encompass all applications in one view - with questions down the left hand side and applicant organization names across the top.

  4. I would like the board members to have read only access to reports. Standard reports and saved reports would be great. At this time board members are also administrators and the chance for them to accidentally blow something up is too risky.

  5. It would be very helpful if Site Visits was added as a category of Interaction and to allow uploading of site visit reports within the Interactions feature. Right now, we upload site visit reports in Documents, and since a site visit is a type of interaction, it makes sense to include the visit and a link to the report within the interactions.

  6. Can you please make the "Historical" menu option on the applicant dashboard more prominent or easier to identify? We have been fielding requests from a large number of organizations for documents they could easily find themselves, if they realized that the data was available under that menu. With "Historical" grayed out, they aren't even seeing it until we point it out to them. We are having to send them instructions (see attachment) to help them understand how much data is at their fingertips and how to access it.

  8. The Payment Tracking page could be globally more useful (e.g. replace workflows requiring the Reports tool) if more filters and views could be added/used on that page.

    Custom Columns:
    - view process name as a column
    - view decision date as a column

    Search:
    - search by decision date

    ... just a start to the ideas

    (Payment Tracking could be used to look back at activity, and look ahead to actions needed.)

  9. Would be helpful to be able to search for users with NO assigned role so that someone can easily identify them and then assign them roles. Currently, the search function only allows to search by Role--obviously that omits a whole group of folks who were never assigned roles when their user account/contact was created. Ideally they would have been assigned a role at the beginning, but when a new GM comes and wants to clean up the system/make sure everyone is rightfully assigned, there's currently no way to do so without individually accessing THOUSANDS of user accounts to check.

  10. When creating a merge doc, it would be helpful to be able to dictate what the document will be named when it the docs are downloaded, or just make the default the Organization name. Right now, the default is process name and applicant name, which places the documents in alphabetical order by applicant. This creates a lot of work when creating zip merges. I create dozens and dozens of files that I have to rename with the organization name.

  11. It would be nice if we could assign visibility to entire groups of questions, so we could have an "Internal Use Only" group of questions that our applicants can never see. And every question in that group would be "Internal" by default.

  12. Can we have checkboxes for "All" and "Page" selections at the bottom of an application list (right above Batch Action button)? Right now they are only at the very top of the list. After taking a batch action the page refresh still has the same things selected and to de-select it I have to scroll all the way to the top and then ALL the way to the bottom again to move to the next page of data.

  13. When a student submits their General Application in the UA, you can only see a true number count by pulling a report. It would be helpful if those individual students would show up as submitted, since they have submitted a General Application. The drafted students shows correctly, but it shows 0 for submitted when that it not accurate. Right now they just get moved to the individual opportunity immediately instead of showing in the submitted bucket.

  14. Sum Formatting in Tables

    When a table sums a column of amounts i.e. a currency (£), the format of the sum is simply numbers ######. Can the Sum function for the table be formatted to match the formatting of the cells it is adding up e.g. £###,###.##?

  15. When creating an invoice through the "Invoice" module, it would be convenient for the creator to have the ability to select a specific AR account rather than always posting to the generic AR account.

    For instance, our Foundation has Notes Receivable, Contributions Receivable, Income Tax Receivable, Interest Receivable, and various other AR accounts that we would like to be able to use when creating an invoice, but we are forced to post directly to Accounts Receivable.

  16. As a community foundation, we fund mainly around one county in NJ. We often see folks starting a profile in GLM that are clearly way outside of our region. We've had one organization that started a profile with fake information (e.g., 555-5555 phone number, and a fake website etc). Was wondering if there is a way of limiting who is able to start a profile in our system? More specifically, we'd want to give the ability for anyone with a NJ address to start a profile, but anyone outside NJ would need to be approved before they could start a…

  17. In the SLM Eligibility Center, I would like to request a "What Changed" update screen after rerunning eligibility on an applicant. Currently the process just re-runs, and it is up to the user to determine what changes to the application's eligibility occurred. This is particularly problematic if the changes include removing/being un-matched with an opportunity, because the user must then go abandon that opportunity for the student if we do not want them to have the ability to apply without being actually eligible.   18. The new header search bar is currently only available to Administrators and not the Grants Manager role. We would like to see it available to both rolls as it's almost more critical/useful for the Grants Manager roll than the top Admins.

    Additionally, my testing of the search bar has shown it to be inconsistent so far. Once I type a word into the search bar, often times nothing happens.   19. It would be very helpful to have a filter function when applicants (in our case, organization primary contacts) are viewing their organization history. Right now, they have to sort / scroll past all abandoned applications, cannot filter by date, etc.

  20. We use an eligibility quiz on many of our processes and I think the Eligibility Center could use an update.
    1. Add the ability to search by Organization Name rather than First and Last Name of the applicant.
    2. The Eligibility Results and Eligibility Submissions tabs are similar enough that they should be one tab that allows the administrator to see whether the submission passed or failed, view the answers, and reset/reopen the quiz.
