Add a Search Bar on request history page, within an organization summary.
It would really help if we could search requests by process in the organization 's grant history. We can alphabetize them today, but using a search would help us.

Program Officer Assigned Follow Up
When a Follow Up is submitted by a grantee, we would love for that Follow Up to show in the dashboard of the Program Officer who worked with that organization during the application stage so they can easily tell they have a report to review and approve. We have the Program Officer assigned at the LOI/Application/Evaluation stage, but then we aren't able to maintain that assignment through Follow Ups.
Currently, I, as the administrator, get an email when a follow up has been submitted, and then because there's no way to bring in the assigned Program Officer on the email…

recurring grants
It would be extremely helpful if we could indicate that a grant is an annually recurring opportunity, so that it would automatically be created each year, rather than having to do so manually.

Comments, Dates, Email
We would love to be able to add dates to comments, not just have it be the date we are adding the comment. That way we might be able to sort comments.
Not to mention copy and pasting emails with information in it.4 votes -
Badge-like notification when new submissions/follow-ups appear on dashboard
We often have dozens — if not hundreds — of LOIs, approvals, applications, and follow-ups on our dashboard at once. It would be wonderful to have a visual indicator any time a new LOI, application, or follow-up is submitted. For example, let's say I log in at 9am and my dashboard indicates 133 follow-ups in the "Submitted" bucket. I come back to my desk at 10am, refresh the dashboard, and there are now 135 follows-ups in the submitted bucket. "135" now glows with a different color and a "+2" alert. Once I click into my Submitted follow-ups, that alert resets…

Enhancing GLM and SLM through ERP Integration
To enhance GLM and SLM, consider integrating more advanced ERP system functionalities into the platforms. By incorporating features like real-time data analytics, automated reporting, and seamless integration with other ERP modules, you can significantly improve efficiency and accuracy. For instance, implementing automated data syncing between GLM/SLM and ERP financial systems could reduce manual data entry errors and provide more accurate insights into grant and contract management. Additionally, incorporating AI-driven analytics could help users identify trends and optimize their strategies based on real-time data, leading to more informed decision-making and streamlined operations.

When creating a document and when viewing the Merge Docs on the communications page, they are not sortable. I wish the list was alphabetized, or sortable. Right now we have to scroll through dozens of templates.

Document upload option on applicant dashboard
Resurrecting a request from another user that was archived.
We would like our applicants to be able to upload relevant documentation to their accounts and also processes, such as invoices, voided checks, to ensure that their successors have all information on any awards that they may need in the future.
Original request submission:
We keep insurance certificates and audits on file for our applicants (who submit multiple applications per year). We don't want them to have to upload these key documents over and over again to every single application or followup that they submit.

Option to Disable Question List Button for Branching Processes
We use branching questions in our grant application that are set to internal so we can branch an applicant to the application we want them to complete and not have multiple processes in our site. I just realized that when an applicant clicks on the "Question List" button in their site, this shows them ALL of the questions in our application, regardless of how the application should be branched. The fact that applicants can see the entire question list for an application seems to negate the purpose of branching. This is very confusing for applicants because they do not know…
4 votesHello,
You are correct in that all branch groups are displayed in the question list; we follow this as best practice for projects like project streamlining so that applicants don't become surprised by the amount of time the application will take them. We also encourage as a best practice that you add instructions to the branch groups for that visibility and communication explain when they will see that group.
However, Internal Questions should not be displayed to applicants. Please report this to our support team so that we can review it.

follow
We recently implemented a quarterly report for one of our grants - it would be great if there was a way to assign the same follow up more than once rather than creating a copy of the report for each quarter.

Adding shared questions to installment forms to improve information in payment tracking table
The standard columns for the tables are not optimal for our program, so we've assigned project numbers to each funded application. I would like to be able to see this number in the payment tracking table, but can't add it to the installment form as a shared question. Woiuld this be valuable to others?
I would also like to be able to delete some of the standard columns--project titles take up a lot of space and are not that useful!

Branched question to be red when they have not been assigned rules.
Branched questions with incorrect question will be marked red. It would be for branched questions to be marked red if no rules have been assigned yet.

Batch Assign Applications to Evaluators by Applicant Name Automatically
We have about 60 scholarships, 200 applicants (1,100 applications), and 32 reviewers every year. When I assign applications for review, I want every student to be assigned to 2 reviewers. And I want all reviewers to have roughly the same number of applicants/students (not applications since we use Universal App). So I sort the applications by applicant name, and then manually click all applications for students x, y, z, and then batch assign to 2 reviewers. I have to repeat this process for all 1,100 applications in the system. I would love for there to be an automated way to…

3rd Party Decline Option:
We have had instances where we are reaching out to 3rd party requests (specifically with LOR) and they refuse to submit a letter on the student's behalf. Would it be possible or beneficial for there to be a decline option in the automated email so the student can find someone else? And yes, we do include strong language to encourage students to talk with teachers/counselors they would like to have submit a letter of recommendation on their behalf.

Customize Project Name Field
I would love to be able to edit the "Project Name" Field for our evaluators. Right now I change the "Project Name" within the application, but for our evaluators, the bar still reads "Project Name"

Add Primary Contact Filter to User Search in GLM
It would be helpful to be able to do a user search that pulls all users marked as primary contacts.

copy application - applicants
It would be great, when copy form is allowed for applicants, internal questions would come in blank. That way it's a "fresh" form for us, if that makes sense.

Transfer of info to next year's application
Some of our scholarships are available to students already in college, so they can apply multiple years in a row. It would therefore be nice to provide a feature in the SLM universal application in which they can transfer certain items/ answers from one year's universal app to another. This would save them time. Perhaps we could determine what we would allow to be transferred when we set up each new universal app, or what questions MUST be answered by all. Again, time saver for returning applicants.
