Question List as Word Doc.
It would be nice to be able to extract an application question list as a Word .doc instead of as a .pdf? We provide this list to our applicants, but it has internal only questions that appear, so it would be very helpful to be able to format this document as we see fit. - Thank you!

bulk email to evaluators
It would be really nice for Grant Managers to have the option in Tools to be able to create and send group emails to their Reviewers on specific application processes. I do recognize there are areas that you can send emails to all of them but it's buried within the dashboard/application and if you picked more than one application it would send multiple emails to the reviewers. It would be nice to do it on a higher level.

C-suite Field check memo to update under Installment Form in GLM/SLM
Check Memo is a great addition in C-suite, it would be great to have the field in GLM/SLM and set the memo there. This would allow for our grants and scholarship team to set the memo and not have to wait for the grant to be created in c-suite to go in and set the memo.

Allow iPhone photos (.heic photos) to be viewable in Document Viewer
If an applicant uploads an iPhone photo (.heic photo) then you will not be able to view it within the system. You will need to download it to your computer first. Would like to be able to view .heic photos within the system.

character limit in comments
Would be great if the character limit in comments be increased to 5000 from 2000. Site visit notes are usually longer and requires users to create multiple comments and coding them 1/3, 2/3, 3/3...

PDF of application
I have one Scholarship fund holder (older individual who does not do computers) that wants paper applications for her reviewing. Unless I'm missing another way to get, the pdf button gives us an inordinately large fonted and clunky formatted document that is way too many pages long. Can you guys change the margins, layout and font sizes please??

summary row
Could you format the summary row in tables to match the format on the rows above. In particular, use the thousands "comma"? It looks weird now if you use a summary row because the formatting is different.

Is it possible to have SLM integrate with DocuSign with the committee chairs in addition to the applicants?

Track usage/traffic
It would be nice to be able to see how much traffic our Foundant site gets from applicants. For example, does traffic go up after we run social media posts? We can currently run a report to show applications in any status, but that doesn't capture everything, like people who log in to work on an application that remains in draft status.

Application Start date in application drafts bucket
Often times we extend the application for only specific students (however, this can range from 50 ot more or less students). I do not know the names of the students since the school cannot divulge that information. I was hoping to look at the start date of their drafted application in order to identify the students I am extending the opportunity for based on the donors request. A start date in the drafted applications would be very helpful for this purpose.

sync awards from CSuite to SLM
We import awards into CSuite for scholarships where the applications originate outside of SLM (i.e. our education foundation partners who manage their own application processes but we pay awards for them) and then sync them to SLM to be able to use the Follow Up functionality for getting necessary paperwork from the awardees. BUT--- there is no way to de-dupe the users in the CSuite to SLM sync process, so duplicate applicant profiles are created in SLM when we do this if the student already has a SLM profile. It creates a lot of extra manual work to have to…

minimum character count
It would be great if the admin could set both a minimum and maximum character count for such questions as "Integer." For example, if we require a 7-digit number, we can set the maximum to 7 characters, but we don't have a way to set the minimum character count to 7 as well, which can contribute to mistakes with ID submission.

add a pop up when you click Application Incomplete to say "are you sure? this will revert the application to Draft" or a popup similar to when you merge an org. and have to type MERGE to confirm.

Total Award Amount
On the back end of SLM, we can see a total dollar amount for all scholarships awarded to an applicant in the request history. It would be helpful for scholarship applicants to see a total dollar amount as well. Right now, they have to select "View Details" and then "Award Details" to view the amount they have been awarded. This means they have to go through all those steps and manually calculate the total scholarship award amount.

Merge just the next installment
We'd like to be able to insert the "next installment" in our letters to grantees vs. a table that shows all installments. At this time the table is our only option aside from merging the total award amount.

Request: Ability to apply regular expressions (REGEX) to a field in a table-style question.
Use Case: Applicants are asked to assign percentages (%) to demographic questions about the population served. The total at the bottom must add up to 100%.
Example:
* 20% -- A
* 20% -- B
* 20% -- C
* 20% -- D
* 20 % -- E
* 20% -- F

Grant adjustment documentation and automation (new idea) – I want to have a special workflow where I can have an “amendment form” that, if approved, will push out due dates, adjust the grant purpose, etc. while still retaining the original terms agreed to.

Allow "Approve Request" to be toggled on or off in the process summary
It would be great if we could toggle the "approve request" feature on and off - especially at the LOI stage, but really at either. It is concerning that someone could approve the request accidentally. Right now we have turned off any automatic emails so that if this does happen the applicant isn't alerted, but it would be nice to simply turn the feature on only when needed.
