On both our public and active apply pages, applicants have significant issues figuring out how to actually apply (a lot of times they try to send the application to Grant Hub when they don't have a Grant Hub account) and get frustrated. It would help us to have an administrator-editable instruction field at the top of both of these pages so that we can leave a message.

  2. There are additional fields that I would like to see when I search for grants without having to open the request and then the application and then scan for it, etc. For example Grant Amount, Decision Date, and a few of our application questions.

  3. In an LOI or Application, when you click on Edit Comment for the Administrator Comment box, you then ALSO have to put your curser in the box and click to be able to type a comment. It would be super helpful if it automatically put the curser in the box to type. That is why you open the box.

  4. There are a lot of staffing changes for organizations. Is there a way to allow the primary contact for an organization to see all request history for that organization regardless of who submitted the application? We get this question a lot when Directors / org leaders change. Right now, I just have to modify the user account for the old employee with the new employee contact info, but then we lose the history.

  5. It would be helpful to prepopulate answers in decision forms in the process manager, similar to how you can prepopulate follow up dates. That would allow for much easier approval and denial; it may even allow for batching.

    Example: There may be a generic 2022 Approval Form that I could use across several processes. But in the process manager for a specific process, I could indicate the Board date, the program officer, the grant type, and any other filed on the form that is the same across all awards/denials for that opportunity.   6. If a process is turned off, so too is the associated eligibility quiz. This is VERY confusing for applicants...they see an eligibility quiz and assume they need to fill it out, even though that process is closed. It makes them think they are not eligible to apply for the open process, when in actuality they were just filling out a form for a closed process and get an error message.

  7. Alternate Ways for Applicants to Response to Application Questions. I recently was made aware of Typeform, which offers multiple ways for applicants to respond to a question (e.g. verbally or via video) within the body of an application.   8. I'd like to be able to batch upload files into Shared Documents. Currently I need to sit there and upload each of my 50+ files individually one after another and it's very tedious, with lots of clicking.

    Relatedly, I would also like to see a batch download function where I can download all documents in a Shared Documents folder, instead of clicking each one.

  9. How about a Text and Currency option?
    AND
    a currency list adding option?

    I am working on an application where the scholarship donor wants an accounting of projected expenses and anticipated contributions/income, to which they ask for a bottom line "Amount needed to balance school budget for the upcoming year"

  10. To avoid sending all automatic emails to every grants manager in a process. It would be helpful to be able to have emails attached to a specific requests be automatically directed to the grants manager assigned to the request?

  11. We would like the ability to assign forms to users that review applications, such as Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality agreement forms. Ideally, they would have to sign those forms once and before they begin reviewing applications (even if they are reviewing for multiple opportunities).
    We also ask our committee members to submit a recommendation form listing their top choices of applicants (we don't often go by scores). It would be great to have that form be something that committee members could fill out within the system.

  12. Hello!

    It would be great if we use a drop down/multiple choice/check box to be able to change the colors on these choices.

    Ideally it would be great to change/alter color/style/font for the question itself, but I understand that might take awhile to get to.

  13. Could we keep the search bar and headers at the top (freeze them)? When you are scrolling down (up to 500 rows), it's easy to lose track of the header and I have to scroll all the way up just to search if I can't find what I'm looking for. If the search bar stuck, I could just enter my search criteria and keep moving without all of the scrolling to top to view the header or search.

  15. I'd like to see an option "declined by student" available after the scholarship has gone to the approval bin. We've had students that end up being offered full tuition from a school for athletics or academics & they no longer need our scholarship(s). We have a paper form that we've used in the past for students to complete, but I'd like to see an option to mark a request as "denied by student" and then we can have a follow-up or a place to attach the information we collect in the form.

  16. We regularly upload committee minutes or other documentation to support grant awards to the individual project in GLM when we approve a grant. It would be great if we could upload those docs as a batch. It would save us a lot of time!

  17. In the eligibility section on the UA, it would be helpful if we could minimize each rule group so that we can easily find the rule group that needs work. Some of our scholarships have a lot of rules, so a minimize feature would be great. An alphabetize feature would be helpful too.

  18. The contact email history would be a much better tool if it included all correspondence with the applicants. Only being able to view emails sent to the applicant and not seeing responses makes it an incomplete history.

  19. Allow "forwarding" emails to each organization file within Foundant. Our lives would be so much easier if we could forward emails from several places into an organization's "file" to keep the history all in one place.
    In Evernote, they give an email address, customized to me, that allows me to forward any email/file into Evernote and then tag it within Evernote. Years ago, in Basecamp, they had an email address for each "project" we would set up. If you all could figure this one out and add it as an option, we would truly be able to have EVERYTHING in…

  20. On the Follow Up page it would be helpful if there was a column for "Form Submission Date". Currently their is a "Due Date" column but no indication what date the form was submitted. This would be helpful so we can see on one page an overall summary of how timely the Grantee is on submitting their Follow Up forms and which forms are past due.
