3% stripe fee wording

When donors go to checkout at the required checkout information and they can add the percentage to help cover the Stripe processing fees, the wording at the checkbox is not accurate. The default screen for the added percentage should read "to help offset the credit card processing fees" as we all know that this percentage does not cover 100% of the fees.

This has been implemented.  Here is the release note:  

Donation Settings: Added a new content area for the Donation Portal. These new settings are found in Donation Settings: Cover CC Fee Title, Cover CC Fee Description, Anonymous Title, Anonymous Description.
-Cover CC Fee Title is a customizable label to let donor's opt into covering the donation fees on the Donation Portal.
-Cover CC Fee Description is a customizable description field next to the Cover CC Fee Title on the Donation Portal.
-Anonymous Title is a customizable label to let donor's opt select to have the donation remain anonymous from the Donation Portal.
-Anonymous Description is a customizable description field next to the Anonymous Title on the Donation Portal to allow foundations a longer explanation to donors. 
Within Community Suite, label fields will be limited 60 characters, tabs to 40 characters, and the descriptions to 255 characters.

    I understand that when the "cover the cost" Stripe fee is processed as a 2nd transaction, the 3% fee is ALSO added to the "cover the cost" transaction. This means the percentage estimate of 3% will always be incorrect--it's actually 3%+3% of the percentage (frankly, this gives donors the impression that we can't do simple math).

    So adding the word "approximately" before the percentage could help.

    This is an issue of trust for us and we would even appreciate adding the word approximate.

    To take it a step further - I am find the charge to be more than 3% both for the donor AND the cost to the Foundation. So for example - someone donated $200, the Stripe Fee was $6.10 (which is 3.05%) and then the actual fee was $7.22 (3.61%).
