  1. Please include the "Last Login" field in custom reports and the Export CSV on the Fund Advisor page.

    It would be extremely helpful to have access to a Last Login field for Fund Advisor users in both custom reporting and the Export CSV. This data point would allow staff to:

    Track engagement with the Fund Advisor Portal

    Monitor inactive users over time

    Measure portal adoption and effectiveness

    Proactively reach out to unengaged advisors

  5. When making a grant request fund advisors are able to see the grantee name, but not the address. They can see the address at the review stage before submitting, but this means if they selected the wrong location they need to go back, delete it, find the right grantee and make the grant request all over again. We've gotten some feedback that some fund advisors are afraid to move forward in the grant request process because they are worried they selected the wrong one.   6. Right now, there is an option to either send the Cart Reminder Email daily automatically or manually, which we can control. We think daily is a bit too frequent and would love the option to set which days it is sent. Like Mondays only, or Monday and Wednesday, etc. That way we can control the cadence to work better with our workflows for grant processing, and not overload our users with too many emails.

  7. Please give us the option to toggle off the option for a fund advisor to request a RECURRING grant through the Portal.

  10. Although the bulk edits are handy, it would be better if we could do the edits by fund group or some other filter. The "Set Tab Permissions" button has this functionality, but the "Set notify" and "Set Statement Type" do not - it is all or nothing. All the bulk edits should have the same functionality.

  11. The other day we had a check that printed on plain paper by accident. We had to adjust all the grants in the batch (cancel payment and then pay again) in order to re-print the check. Every advisor received a notice that payment was cancelled. This caused a lot of confusion. Is there a way to program CSuite so it does not send a notice when "cancelling" a grant payment?

  12. Have the ability to have certain tabs on the Fund Advisor Portal default to "Remove/Add from/To Everyone.

    We don't currently use the majority of the tabs and I have to remember to turn these tabs off when adding a fund advisor. It would be helpful to have these already default to "Remove from everyone" instead of individually edit.

  13. Some of our funds have several fund advisors. Some of these fund advisors do not want and/or need statements. It would be helpful to have a statement option at the fund advisor level to suppress statements or indicate "No Statements". Currently, the checkbox for statements is at the fund level. At the fund advisor level, the only selections available for statement type is paper, online, or email. Can we get an option to suppress statements at the fund advisor level or a statement type that states "no statements"?

  14. Please populate the donation advisor automatically when a grant advisor is chosen manually for interfund grants. Currently you have to go into the donation portion of the interfund grant to add the donation advisor if you manually entered a grant advisor. Thank you!

  15. Creating fund advisors is clunky and inefficient. Send Login email does not function. Please make Login Info tab able to edit. Please create an easier way to create fund advisors.

  16. It is so confusing with the grant notify checkboxes at the Fund Advisor level and the Advisor Request Notify checkbox at the Portal level. All of these should be at the Fund Advisor (or Profile) level, with the ability to bulk edit. Non of these emails should be set as an All or Nothing option, because it is often specific to the individual, but we do need the ability to manage in bulk, if needed. Administration of emails is really important and the user experience of doing so for these is pretty awful.

  17. there should be a check box on the fund advisor record that allows you to make them inactive. In some cases I don't want to delete them as I want to still know they are the fund advisor but I don't want them in the list

  19. We would like to be able to turn off the Grant Unpost email, as it tends to cause concern for Fund Advisors when minor changes are made to a posted grant. It would be nice to separate the settings!

  20. Please make Grant Notify specific to the advisor who made the recommendation. There are many funds with multiple advisors and only the person who recommended the grant should receive notification that it has arrived or is being paid. Telling all the relatives every time one makes a grant is intrusive.
