  2. I'd like to see a link to "create" another entry immediately after posting a manual admin fee, distribution, or journal entry. It's cumbersome to have to back up multiple screens to get back to the "create" link.

  3. Create a Board portal. A place to put documents, ByLaws, minutes, agendas, governance documents etc. Board would login here to retrieve documents for meetings instead of email and re-emailing with changes.

This defect or design issue was discovered in comparing our non-rolled-up donation report (#1660) which indicates that there is a tribute made by a particular user during a particular time period, while the rolled-up donor report (#1699), using the exact same fields, does not. The fields used are Tribute Name and Tribute Donation. With help from Support, we learned that this particular donation lands in the Non Notify Tribute field because the donor did not populate the Whom To Notify Field and/or did not select the mode of notification.   5. Needing a multifund receipt option for imports. We are planning to utilize the file import for donations when we have large campaigns to save data entry time. When we go to pull the receipts however it's doing 1 page per donation instead of 1 page per donor.

    I understand that we can manually enter the multi fund donation and get the same outcome but that is much more time consuming.

  6. When you mark a profile deceased, it is automatically marked inactive and you have to reopen it to make that change. Not all deceased profiles are inactive - we pull them frequently but if they're also marked inactive they might not get pulled.

  7. It appears that when creating a Donor Report for a Fund, which can give you helpful information immediately, does not translate very well to a Custom report.

    You have the ability to "save" the Donor Report, but when you open it up under a Custom Report (Which is where it ends up) all the columns are completely different. Therefore, giving you different information.

    Both the Donor Reporting tool and the Custom Reporting tool give you different abilities, which are not always available for both options. It would be nice to streamline these reporting abilities so you can add/remove more information.

  9. Add same field options for the envelope template that are on the year-end receipt template. The names on the bulk year-end envelopes are not the same that print on the letter.

  12. Sometimes we need to change an expense code on an AP voucher after that month has been closed. Would love some functionality that would allow this in a subsequent month. The current workaround is a JE but that means the voucher has the wrong code for 1099 purposes.

  15. When creating a profile from Guidestar, please do NOT add all the 990s and such to the files tab. That info is not needed inside our system and just creates stuff we have to sift through to find and attachments that we actually need.

    If you can't change that - please make it possible to easily delete those files in bulk when a profile is created.

  16. Currently, when I run reports for new donors using the First Donation Date the report is inaccurate because I am not able to filter and/or see their advised donation dates.

    For example, if someone always gives through their DAF but gave today through CC the reports says they are new based on the First Donation Date but that is not accurate, because they have given before through other charitable vehicles.

  18. We round the distribution calculation the the $1.00 (rounding behavior: Normal). When an amount of.49 cents or less is calculated a transaction posts to the fund for $0.00. I know there is the option to uncheck the distribution calculation in the preview stage but we have over 1,600 funds to comb through and we have many agency funds with minimal fund balances that we keep open upon agency request.

  19. When you add a regular task to a profile or fund, you have the option to share with others. When you add an opp task, you do not have that option and instead you must create the task, edit the task and then share with others. It would save SO much time if this feature could be added to opportunity tasks.

  20. When adding an Auction to a Campaign, you are currently only able to enter one account # (I add Auction Non-Deductible). Due to this the donation portion does not go to the correct fund. I have to manually go in and override each donation portion from contribution to Auction Deductible.
