Add multiple payment types and banking information to profiles
Have the ability to add more than one set of banking instructions to a profile and select which payment method/account to send to.

Balance Sheet Liabilities List Order
Traditionally in financial statements, long-term liabilities are listed after current liabilities. Currently, it's the opposite, long-term liabilities are listed before other liabilities.

Budget Reporting
Greater Milwaukee Foundation would like a more finance-oriented approach to financial statements and variances. Specifically, when looking that the budget variances on the Income Statement/Budget Column option, the revenue section is correct in that the variance is 'actual minus budget'. However, the expense section is backwards, and should be 'budget minus actual'. We currently have to edit this in excel.

Default Grant Sort
I think grants in the various buckets used to be sorted by grantID by default, but now I can't tell how they're sorted. I know I can choose any column to sort by, but can it go back to default sorting by grantID like before? Thanks for considering.

Grant Approver: Easier way to create new approver
Provide the functionality to be able to either copy a grant approver to another grant approver, mirroring the funds they can approve, or allow for bulk adding of funds to a grant approver based on fund group.

Prevent Duplicate Fund Short Names
We would love to have a way that C Suite could prevent duplicate short names from being created or provide a warning that there is another fund with the same short name. We use short names in lots of financial reports and having a way to prevent a duplicate would reduce human error. Thanks for considering.

GLM/SLM changes syncing with csuite profiles
Please add a notification of some kind when a csuite profile's address, phone, email has been updated due this updated information provided in GLM (and vice versa; when GLM is changed due to csuite change) We are finding this out after the fact and GLM contact information has overridden existing intentional csuite profile information. If we received notice when the data update happens, we can make an informed decision for data accuracy.

Capitalization
When creating a profile the State should always be capitalized. The system puts it in lower case. Would be great if it was automatically uppercase as it should be.

Adding an additional column for Registration beside RSVP and Attended
To complete online registration, the registrar needs to provide their details, including credit card information, and optional the guest's name; the guest must be included to enable RSVP confirmation and appear on the guest list.
If the registrar represents an organization, the RSVP status won't be displayed in the profile. Is it feasible to incorporate a registration column for this purpose? Please note, that activating RSVP to yes will treat the organization as an additional guest, impacting the total RSVP count.10 votes -
Task List Sort Options
Please add sort options to task lists. It currently shows in date order. I would like to be able to sort by each of the columns including description.

Nonprofit Directory Enhancements
We're planning to launch our nonprofit directory page soon, and in addition to a previous idea I added about being able to sort/filter the list by service area, I have a few other ideas for enhancing this area of CSuite. The nonprofit directory already seems to pull some information directly from the profile itself but this can be overridden by editing the nonprofit area which can be different from the profile information. I'd like to see an option to pull over information from the profile so updates on the profile are reflected in the directory. Or have the option to use the nonprofit area to include different information. Right now, it's sort of a mix of both (some info pulling from profile and some from nonprofit area), and I don't want to update information in two places or not be sure where the information is pulling from. My other suggestion would be to allow bulk charity checks to be run on the nonprofits included in the directory so we can periodically ensure the nonprofits listed are in good standing and should still be included. We don't want to be promoting any nonprofits that can't pass a charity check, and right now, there's not a good bulk/non-manual way I know of to accomplish this. Finally, being able to bulk update the nonprofit directory listings (both the information included in the listings as well as the status of the listings) from within CSuite rather than individually or with an additional import would be very useful. I think upcoming enhancements are planned for this area, so I wanted to share my thoughts. Thanks for considering!

Export Balance Swap
We would love the ability to export the balance swap screen to Excel. We have historically printed the potential swaps, evaluated, and then come back in to accept/deny the swaps but would love if we can export to Excel.

Favorite Custom Reports
I know there was already an idea submission about marking custom reports as a "favorite" and it was marked as implemented when the categories were added, but as one poster noted, the categories don't solve this request. Categories are company-wide and favorites are specific to the user. I cannot use a category to mark my favorites. Please consider re-opening this issue.

Search option for online purchases
If the customer has the option to "search existing accounts" (aka existing profiles) before they create a new account to purchase event tickets, we could avoid duplicates.

Balance Swaps Should Warn if a Account goes Negative
C-Suite allows balance swaps to swap out of investment accounts even if it causes the investment account to go negative. There should at least be a warning to prevent this from happening. Requested by GMF.

Donation Review Bucket Exclude Stripe
Greater Milwaukee has enabled Donation Review in donation settings. They would like the option to exclude stripe gifts from needing the additional review. Because Stripe gifts are automatic, there is no need for them to be in the regular review process. Having to filter and approve all of the Stripe gifts is just an extra step that doesn’t add any value.

Admin Fee Report in Funds
When running an admin fee report within a fund, it only includes fees that were charged in the quarterly process or done manually. It does not include transactional admin fees charged for each donation, grant, etc. in this report. This can make it difficult to get a complete picture of the fees charged to a fund. It would be ideal if this report included ALL admin fees charged to the fund. Thanks!

Account Transfer Parent/Child Account Warning
It would be helpful to have a warning/recommendation to use the child account if a parent account is selected for an account transfer. Requested by GMF

Have ability to set system wide "reduce spendable" to Vouchers rather on a voucher by voucher input.
Currently when processing a voucher you have to check the box to reduce spend on each voucher for a endowed fund. Have the ability to set this system wide on all vouchers which are endowed rather than it closing to unrestricted.

Add Changes Made on "Edit Pay Schedule" to the Grant Log
CSuite is not logging anything that happens on the “Edit Pay Schedule” page (….\grant\schedule?grant_id=xxxx) for a Grant record.
Is there any way that you can capture changes to the payment lines on a grant that are made on the "Edit Payment Schedule" page and record them in the log file for the grant?
Not sure how reasonable this request is, but right because changes are not captured, the log does not always line up with what is on the grant record for payment details.
