  1. Right now, we can search by GL account number in the search bar but it would be great if we could search by account name. Is it possible to add that functionality?

  2. Once a donor has given through the Giving Hub page, there is a default Thank You that appears (1A in image attached)- we would like to be able to edit & format, and/or hide this.

    On this same page display, the Continue Giving button (1B in attached image) is plopped right down onto the edge of the footer, and it looks terrible. Would also like the ability to add a margin to this or otherwise move/change this button!

  3. When updating an address to become inactive on a household, the option to update other matching addresses in the individual profiles pops up. Please remove this pop-up, as it's not possible to extend the 'inactive' status when checking the boxes. OR, allow the active/inactive settings to be extended to other profiles when checking the box. It seems ridiculous to offer an option to take action when literally no action can be taken.

  4. We would like the ability to select the Scholarship Letter that is supposed to be used on the scholarship record level. Currently you can set the Scholarship Award Letter, but not the letter itself. This functionality is available on the grant level.

    We have different scholarships that utilize different Scholarship Letter templates (for letters to the school), that are processed on the same day. Currently, our only way to adjust the template is to go into the documents (once posted), change the default template in templates, and then regenerate the documents for specific check batches.

  5. Foundant for Outlook is a great App but it doesn't allow for specifying a Note Type which is important for our internal reporting. Please add the option to specify the Note Type when using Foundant for Outlook.

  6. I attached a photo of what Community Suite shows when a profile is updated and there are other profiles that had the same phone, email or address that matched the record you just changed. This function worked previously, but it no longer functions. When the boxes are checked noting if you want to change values for the other profiles as well, the updated address does not change on any of the profiles selected. Again, this function used to work and it was very helpful. I would love to see it work the way it is designed to. Thanks!

  9. It would be helpful to have analytical data and reporting to understand if/how/how frequently QR Codes are used when I generate a QR code for the ticket URL.

    This will help me analyze the effectiveness of QR codes for individual events and in aggregate to compare effectiveness by the type of event, donor, or other criteria.

  10. Good afternoon,
    An example of this idea is how the "household" and "guests " are represented/reflected when we add profiles into campaigns. Could we have the "organization" and the "primary contact (just like we have 'guests') listed? It would look like this: "ORG Name" and below "primary contact" info. The org's email and the primary contact email would be included.

  11. In the content settings for fund advisor emails, the only field we've ever had to use for an employee name is {{employee_name}}. That formats the name as last name, first name. We'd like it to show as first name last name, like John Doe instead of Doe, John. The only way we've been able to accomplish that is by changing employees in the system to a first name of John Doe with no last name. That works, but it's cumbersome to have some of our employees listed this way.

  12. Please allow for the option to select multiple column options at once, as opposed to the current one at a time selection.

    Currently, reports have to be created multiple times and then spliced together when multiple column options are needed. Instead, it would be best if multiple column options could be selected at one and work in tandem with one another.

  13. We would like a fund advisor to be able to see when a reoccurring gift has been made to their fund. Currently they can see when the gift comes in but not if is reoccurring. Staff must relay this information. This would be particularly helping for project based funds who may be managing their own pledges outside of our system.

  14. We send matching gift acknowledgement letters to the donor whose gift is being matched. Our current fix is their full name and then we must remember to edit. Someone else proposed this idea two years ago and it was archived.

  15. Please add a salutation field to the checkout screen and add a checkbox that can be used to make this field required/not required for all donors on a site.

    This would allow the option for a salutation to be created and entered in the salutation field in CSuite and save us from needing to manually enter salutations for new donor profiles.

  16. We would like to add functionality that allows fundraising campaigns to offer tiered “thank-you gifts” based on donation amounts. Donors could select from available gift options when they contribute, and the system would automatically track eligibility by donation level.

    Additionally, we want to include the capability for donors to send personalized notes or “gift notes” to recipients. This option would allow donors to dedicate their gift, include a special message, or notify someone that a donation has been made in their honor.

  17. We use campaigns for programming event sign-up and always struggle with a few things that cause confusion with our attendees. For program, each person needs to complete their own registration. Here are some things that would improve the experience.

    1. Can the button that says “ADD TICKETS” be customized?
    2. Is it possible to limit the number of “tickets” a person can register?
    3. Is it possible to make the registrant’s address required?
    4. If it is possible to limit the registration to 1, can the guest information be added automatically, or that screen be eliminated completely?

  18. The ability to attach documents to recurring grants is great but it would be nice to be able to attach documents to beneficiary grants as well. We process a large number of beneficiary grants and it time consuming to have to attach all the necessary documents to each grant every time we process those grants.

  19. Sometimes nonprofits don't cash their checks for grants and after months we need to void and reissue a check for the grant. The problem is that the system sends a grant paid email to fund advisors who have grant notify on. This causes a lot of confusion because fund advisors are notified that a grant is paid and think it is a mistake, they don't attribute it to the original grant they made because it could have been months ago. They also don't except to see multiple emails of a grant payment for one grant. Can there be a way…

  20. Please implement a feature that allows for the system to automatically post the subsequent donation for recurring donations.

    Currently recurring donations must be posted manually on some sort of cadence, which takes up a lot of time. It would be highly beneficial if the system could post these automatically when they are due for their next donation.
