Allow Fund Advisors to manage their notification settings
I think that the Fund Managers should be able to toggle the "Grant Notify" and "Donation Notify" buttons on our off at their leisure. It would be nice if this is something that they could have a hand in managing for themselves when they login to the portal.

Vendor Permissions Separate From Profile Permissions
Have the vendor area of a profile have different view, edit, delete, etc. permissions form the regular profile so that vendor info can be locked down to control payment information

Custom Reports
Is there a way, if not, could there be a way to filter the Custom Reports by employee. For example I'd like to only see my reports listed at times. Also, the headings of each area...could those be changed to a bold print or color print?

opportunity beneficiaries
The listing of beneficiary opportunities on the Org relationship tab is great. However, could you please add the donor's name on that listing? We don't know who these donors are because there is no name listed. This would be very helpful.

Opportunity Task Workflow (Repost due to archived)
We are using opportunities and opportunity tasks to help with reporting on development activities. This often requires creating a number of tasks to detail some of the ongoing activities in a more dynamic way than is offered by a recurring task.
I would love to see a new function in opportunities to add a "Task Flow" which would add a list of tasks and time frames at once. These flows could be CUSTOM designed for different development activities in an ideal world and could even further follow advanced logic if built out completely.
For example: A development lunch.
Flow would automatically add:
A call to set up the meeting with a date selected.
A lunch task with no date or 14-21 days out
A Mailed thank you task 1 day after the lunch.Credit:

Custom Fields on Scholarships
We need to be able to track scholarship specific information (such as associated high school, minimum award amounts, maximum award amounts, criteria, funding use limitations, etc.). Custom fields on scholarships that are REPORTABLE are needed! Custom fields on awards or funds won't suffice because a fund can have multiple scholarships and an award is too far downstream in the workflow. SLM doesn't allow for tracking of this information either so without custom fields in CSuite we are forced to continue tracking this information in Excel :(

Summarized Voucher Details Toggle Option before Paying
We would like for the option to be able to toggle the Voucher details view to show only the details for that voucher before payments (like the high-level view we see in the grant request bucket before it gets moved to “New”). The expanded details view is very busy, moves items around, and includes empty fields + added buttons. It would be very helpful to be able see, at a glance, only the details pertaining to the voucher before it’s paid without the added buttons (edit, add, remove, etc.).

Expand Notification - Tasks and Notes
Currently the only notification related to tasks and notes is the notification that is sent to a user when they are assigned to a task that they do not own. If I add myself to a task I am creating, I would not receive an email.
It would be nice if the creator and anyone that the task is share with could receive a notification when any notes are added by the user that the task is assigned to.

Open Report in New Tab
I would like to open multiple reports from the dashoard without leaving it! I want to right click the report id to open in a new tab without being blocked. This is helpful to me when comparing certain metrics and different reports. I know there are workarounds (i.e opening up multiple report tabs and then clicking the id) but would really like to see things streamlined.

Opportunity Stage Adjustment
Currently, when attempting to sort the stages within an opportunity, you need to use the numeric sorting method -- I believe a drag & drop option could be more impactful and user-friendly. This style of sorting is seen throughout the Csuite and would benefit opportunities.

bequests
Money In / Bequest Pledge -- our foundation deals with complicated bequests every year which need detailed reports for our Audit. Please create the ability to have a Pledges-Bequest section which can be booked to our GL account for bequests receivable, which could map to our correct net assets GL code. Using Opportunities for bequests receivable does not allow for our desired Audit reporting requirements. We have experimented in the Sandbox for setting up bequests as a pledge, but currently it is too cumbersome having to constantly change the pledge default codes.

Make Fund Type Visible in Giving Hub
One Big Beautiful Bill includes a new above-the-line charitable deduction for non-itemizers that goes into effect 1/1/26 which specifically excludes DAFs. Between now and then, we need Foundant to offer a solution for noting which funds are DAFs in the Giving Hub, so donors know whether their gift is actually going to be tax deductible for them. Possibly "Group" and/or "Donor Advised Y/N" could become visible.
NOTE: This is a customer service issue that will impact ALL Foundant clients that sponsor DAFs and use the Giving Hub.

Affiliate portal manual fund statements
Currently under the affiliate portal view there is not an option to run a manual fund statement as under the donor portal view. Recently we had to update many of our funds to become affiliate funds. To keep the same functionality as was previously given to our fund advisors, we must attach the parent fund to the portal to be able to run a manual fund statement. This fund has zero dollars and can be confusing to our donors. We would like Foundant to create a manual fund statement button within the Affiliate portal that rolls the funds statements together, like the parent fund does, and produces a single fund statement.

UI Refresh Interface released on 10/1/2025
The UI Refresh looks great, however when a user decides to go back (disable the shiny new look) to the original look in the Styles Settings. It changes it globally for all the users in CSuite. Please make it so it doesn't change it for everyone and make it based on the users preference. Thank you.

Fund Group Listed in Profile Record
When in the Profile record, it would be helpful for the view in the Relationship tab of the Fund Profile to include the fund group. We need that information for the view to keep from having to open each fund if a fundholder asks about their "Donor Advised Funds", for instance.

Student Probation
Not all, but some of our multi-year scholarships have GPA requirements that place students on probation for a semester. I would love for there to be a toggle or checkbox on the student's profile that would allow us to flag these students. Somewhat like an "alert" in Csuite. It would be helpful rather than keeping a separate list elsewhere.

Increase Default Results Per Page Row Display in Custom Report
When running a custom report in CSuite, the default setting for Results per Page is 20 rows per page. For most use cases, this requires unnecessary pagination through what are often much larger data sets.
Given the processing capabilities of modern devices, a higher default, such as 200 rows, would be easily manageable and would save staff significant time when reviewing or exporting report data.
