Grant Award Summary
When reviewing a Grantee's Grants Tab, the Grants Awarded table accurately reflects values. However, clicking on the total value for a specific year only displays completed grants. This limitation becomes problematic when assessing the total grants for the current year, including both vouchered and completed grants.

Fund Statement Grants
Our current recommendation regarding the inclusion or exclusion of a table in a fund statement involves using a conditional statement based on the "Grants Total Amount". While effective, we encountered an issue recently: if a cancelled amount equals the granted amount, the total grants display as "0.00". These unrelated grants should ideally still be visible on the fund statement.
I propose adding a field indicating whether grants were issued during the statement period, marked "yes" or "no".

fields on edit grant screen
It would be nice if Edit Payment Schedule, Grant Type, and all other grant related fields are available on the edit grant screen. It slows down workflow if I have to select some fields individually to edit, and then go into the main edit screen for the rest of the fields.

Deferred Revenue Option for Future Events where ticket revenue is collected in advance
Adding a Deferred Revenue option when setting up a new Event:
It looks like when you set up a new event in CSuite you need to select a revenue account. However, our procedures (and GAAP standards) dictate that revenue incurred in months prior to the month when "the performance obligation is met" must be allocated to deferred revenue rather than a current revenue account. Deferred revenue is not currently an option for this, and only back-end journaling workarounds exist to remedy it. The clean fix would be to allow for non-revenue accounts to be selected when setting up an event. Thanks.

Is there any way you can program the system to generate the actual age of a donor? Our organization runs reports, lists, mailing labels, etc. by age groups from Raiser's Edge/Blackbaud. Having this system give us the current age would be extremely helpful. Otherwise, we have to export the report into an excel file and add a formula to show the persons current age which is time consuming.

Show Abandoned Carts on Individual Fund Advisor Page
Besides the "List Carts" report under Fund Advisors which shows all carts, it would be helpful to see on an individual fund advisor if they have an abandoned cart. This would be on the Fund Advisor record in Csuite...an option on the left menu to "List Cart".

Upload IDs - Legacy Profile Code
It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

Link file to fund
Add the ability to link a file to a fund (similar to how you can link notes on a profile to a fund).

portal style
In the new Fund Portal, users have expressed several issues with navigation and confusion because of a lack of information:
- When in a specific page on the fund portal, the tab is not highlighted, nor is the text emboldened, in the left-hand menu to reflect what page they are on.
- Add a logout button in the top menu options without clicking through to profile.
- Add customizable text options to the Profile page - we currently don't allow users to update their contact details while we are merging profiles on the back end. We want to add text to let them know they can contact us to update their profile contact details.
- Change the button text of "Copy" to "Repeat" for reusing a former grant recommendation.
- Change grant recommendation language from "description" to "purpose"
Ultimately, more control over text on our side would be ideal!

Donation Notify Email Subject
Request: Add the ability to customize the subject line of the Donation Notify Email.
Clear, tailored subject lines are essential for fund holders to immediately recognize the purpose and source of the email. As it stands, the default subject line is vague and can appear suspicious or irrelevant. Allowing subject line customization would improve clarity, trust, and overall communication when donations are made to a fund holder's fund.

Select users to share custom reports with instead of sharing with everyone
It is very rare that a custom report needs to be shared with every employee, typically just one other person or a team. It would be very helpful to be able to select from the user list which employees you want to share with and be able to edit who you shared with at anytime. This will avoid the custom report page from getting overwhelmingly long for everyone.

Allow Profile Edit on a Per Designation Basis
Please change the Allow Profile Edit setting in Portal Settings to be on a per designation basis as opposed to an all-or-nothing setting.
For instance, it would be great to allow fund advisor to edit their profile information in the portal but restrict nonprofits from doing so. This is not currently possible as the Allow Profile Edit setting applies to all or none depending on whether or not it is enabled.
Essentially, include the Allow Profile Edit checkbox on each designations' settings as opposed to just the general profile settings.

Assign Two Funds to the Same Campaign
We run what we call "Hybrid Campaigns". With these campaigns we help organizations fundraise for two different causes that require two separate funds for tracking and accounting. Currently, this is cumbersome and difficult to track within C-Suite.
With the new fundraising campaign feature, it would be great to solve this issue by allowing both funds to be assigned to a campaign and allowing an allocation calculation to each fund. This would save us a ton of time reconciling and tracking each fund.
For example:
Building Campaign Fund - 60%
Savings fund - 40%The Building Campaign Fund would then receive 60% of all donation proceeds while the Savings Fund would receive 40%.

Fund Anniversary with Thank You Letter Template
We would love to be able to add a fund's anniversary (this could be at the fund advisor level?) with a letter template option to send a "Thank your for partnering with us" letter on the anniversary date.

Bring Fund Advisor Portal portion from Fund level to Fund Advisor level
We currently do not share donation amounts with fundholders or fund advisors; however, we are possibly implementing an affiliate program where we would consider sharing this information. It would be great if we could set who can see donation amounts at the fund advisor level instead of the fund level. If we have multiple fund advisors on a fund, we can only turn on/shut off donation amounts using "Hide Amounts" at the fund level. That means all fund advisors have the same permissions. We may want one fund advisor or affiliate to have access, while not giving another fund advisor access to donation amounts.

charity check disable or bulk action
We are an Education Foundation supporting our local K12 public schools. Our grants are directly to the District, to individual teachers, or to higher ed institutions. The Charity Check feature presents difficulties. We need a bulk action to set "No Charity Status Check" or a system wide option to "Disable Charity Check" as these features do not serve our present situation.

Discount Codes for Event Tickets
I'd like to have the ability to offer discount codes on event tickets. Right now, there is the ability to create a private ticket, but that is more suited for complimentary tickets. I would like to allow discount codes for a certain dollar amount off. This would help us not have to use ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite, which offer the discount code option.

Drop down list Icon on Previous Grantees
Many of our donors have called in after switching to the new C-Suite portal stating that none of their previous grantees are showing up. I have found that the issue 90% of the time is that they are not clicking in the blank box to view the list.
Once I ask them to try the issue is solved and they all mention that this box should have the drop down icon or in someway make it more obvious that they have to click the blank field to pull up the list.
