NPD: Add breadcrumb for navigation back from a category page
After clicking on a Category, there is no breadcrumb back to the Nonprofit Directory Home page. Please add this.

Font styling needs to be added to CSS
We really need a way to manage font color/size/weight in the CSS page. Menus / navigation font is so light in color and weight that it cannot possibly be meeting contrast/visibility requirements for accessibility. We need an easy way to adjust that without having to build all the styling within our content html.

Grant Recognition Options
When requesting grants, fund holders should be able to select how they would like to be recognized. They should be able to select between fund name only, fund holder name, address, and email.
Often times our fund holders select different recognition options for certain organizations outside of anonymous or not. We encourage organizations to send thank you letters to the donors and this helps make that connection.

add a team member to fund steward
Add additional staff members to a profile/fund so a team could work together with fund advisors or prospects. Fund Steward remains primary and additional staff could be secondary/tertiary or even equal members of the supporting team. When a note is added to an opportunity or fund, team members who are also stewards for that fund/profile could be notified to see updates about the fund. This helps with collaboration, covering a fundholder's needs if their fund steward is out, provides updates in real time to members of the team.

Security Issue: Inactivating a User
We have a security issue that I hope can be addressed. We need to give someone the ability to inactivate a user without giving them extensive access throughout CSuite. This is necessary for immediate off-boarding. Right now, the only way to provide the ability to inactivate someone is to give them Edit permission on Users. Once you have that permission, you can add anyone to groups, sufficient enough to give almost anyone system-wide permissions. That’s sensitive and dangerous. We just want to give someone the ability to do user maintenance functions, such as resetting a password, unlocking a user, or inactivating one, as mentioned, without further permissions. In our case, we have a third-party IT group supplementing our support, so it is an important need.

Revenue Share Deposits - Impact Investment Interest Income
Revenue Share for Deposits
We get interest income from impact investments which are in our investment pool. We would like to be able to revenue share these deposits rather than do a negative voucher to allocate the interest income.

For Profiles that are flagged Do not Mail
Profiles that are flagged Do Not Mail, Do Not Email, and or Do Not Call should not appear in a Campaign. They do not appear on "Mailing Labels", but do appear when you on a CSV File.

Track Fund Milestone Anniversaries
We want to have a stewardship program based on Fund Milestone Anniversaries - 1rst, 5th, 10th, 15th etc.. Currently the only way to manage is to use an excel spreadsheet to track the upcoming dates. If there was a function that permit this within CSuite, that could be reported on, that'd be great! Ideally, we could report on any fund that has a milestone anniversary year in any given year.

campaign tax receipt
When you setup a campaign event you are not allowed to suppress the automated online donation tax receipt. So the donor receives the campaign event tax receipt and the online donation tax receipt. It would be helpful if foundant could add a check box to suppress the automated online donations tax receipt letter for campaigns without affecting all online donations.

Default Grant Sort
I think grants in the various buckets used to be sorted by grantID by default, but now I can't tell how they're sorted. I know I can choose any column to sort by, but can it go back to default sorting by grantID like before? Thanks for considering.

Ability to search for opportunities using global search and adding an opportunities search bar
Opportunities have a unique opportunity id. There is no way to search for an opportunity via its id. I would love to be able to search for an opportunity via its id in the global search on the top. And within the opportunities object have more options for searching for an opportunity.

Google Translate Display
We are in an area that is multi-lingual in addition to English (mostly Spanish, Russian, Arabic) and would love to be able to use the Google Translate option to help non-English speakers (or English as a Second Language) interact more easily with us. However, as it currently loads, you have to zoom out on a browser screen to be able to view more languages with the way the columns cascade to the right. For most of the languages spoken in this area, a standard laptop screen will not display them without zooming out on the website, which is not something your average user will likely just try.
Could the list styling be adjusted in the following two ways:
1) sorted where a foundation can select to prioritize commonly spoken languages in their area to be listed first before all the others (for example, Spanish would be listed first instead of having to find it through a list of 100 languages)
2) can the formatting be fixed where you don't have to zoom out to be able to see all languages? Favorite Custom Reports
I know there was already an idea submission about marking custom reports as a "favorite" and it was marked as implemented when the categories were added, but as one poster noted, the categories don't solve this request. Categories are company-wide and favorites are specific to the user. I cannot use a category to mark my favorites. Please consider re-opening this issue.

Add an edit feature to the distribution calculation
Please add an edit option to the distribution calculation after you click review and before posting. More than 100 of our scholarships have a defined payout. I change each amount to the defined payout which is shown in the distribution type. (We have 25 different distribution types with a define payout). Sometimes I hit the enter button and it goes to the next page before I finish. Would like to be able to go back in and edit the remaining without creating a new distribution calculation. Also with our funds that we calculate the distribution amount that goes to the distribution committee we split the amount because we have two distribution rounds (spring and fall). We use half of the calculation in spring on December 31st then run the calculation again for fall on June 30th and only use half of the amount. If I make a mistake, I can't go back in a correct it before I post.

Fund Created Field - not a date stamp
For us the Created date for a fund is the date the fund agreement was signed which is never the same day we are creating the fund in Csuite. This field used to just be a date field and then turned into a date stamp. Now after we create the fund in Csuite we always have to edit the date stamp to be the date the fund agreement was signed. And being a date stamp, we have to be sure to only edit the date and leave the time in the field or the system won't accept it. This field would be more efficient to us to just be a date field.

Include external people on tasks
Would really like the ability to invite external people, such as financial advisors when they are sending out tasks from CommunitySuite. Ideally, they would be able to select profiles from within CSuite to add to tasks, which would send the invite to the staff people and the external person's calendar.

Add Meeting Information to Task
Would really like to have the ability to include meeting invite information in a task when it is sent ouf of CommunitySuite. Ideally, would have another field on the task, in addition to description, where they could enter Zoom meeting credentials, a room, etc.

Change Fund History Total Grants to not include unposted grants
When a user is on a Fund and selects History, it will list Total Grants with a dollar amount. We discovered that this total will include unposted grants and clicking the link for the backup list of grants does not include unposted grants. This is confusing and needs to be fixed.
We'd rather Total Grants under Fund History did not include unposted grants in the total. Or if unposted grants are part of the total, at least include them in the linked report.
