Fund Log - track all changes made under Relationship tab
We would like the fund log to keep record of all changes made to a fund. In particular changes/removals made under the Relationship tab of a fund is useful information for our staff.

login info tab: move to right of notes tab
It may be helpful with muscle memory to place the new Login Info tab now located on the Native profile to the right of the Notes tab. This would allow the tabs to remain in the historical order. Allowing users muscle memory to remain intact.

Create Unique Crant Catalog based on Fund Advisor's interest
Would really like to be able to show specific grants in the grants catalog to specific groups of fund advisors, based on the fund advisor's interest.

Security Issue: Re-Activating A User to Address Their Tasks & Non-Shared Reports
When we off-board someone, we inactivate their account in CSuite. Depending on the situation, this may be done quickly. Whether it's quick or not, later on, we may need to re-assign their tasks to someone else. They also may have valuable custom reports that they neglected to share. Either one of these two require us to re-activate the user so that we can login as them to address the items. When we do that, we lose tracking on when we originally inactivated them. It also is a security concern that we open up an ex-employee’s account, making it active, albeit for the short timeframe that we do that. As admins, we really could use some ability to address items like this without re-activating a user.

For Profiles that are flagged Do not Mail
Profiles that are flagged Do Not Mail, Do Not Email, and or Do Not Call should not appear in a Campaign. They do not appear on "Mailing Labels", but do appear when you on a CSV File.

Option to delete more than one report at a time
Please add an option to be able to delete more than one report at a time. I'm searching for reports I've created by date last run (in this case 2022) and after I search, select a report to delete, then confirm delete, the screen goes back to all custom reports and I have to research and do the whole process again to delete another report. Add an option in the Bulk to also be able to delete reports.

Clear Tribute Verbiage
When selecting [clear] next to a tribute on a donation, you are brought to a confirmation page which says "Confirm Donation Delete" yes or no -> the wording on this page is confusing as it seems you may actually be deleting the donation, not the tribute.
Would be nice to update the verbiage to something more clear like "Confirm clear tribute" to avoid confusion4 votes -
Option to filter by Service Area
We support multiple communities. When we show promoted funds on the portal, it would be nice to be able to show them by either Service Area or Group:Division. (Internally, we would be willing to use either of these attributes to assign the appropriate community.)
So when the portal is displayed, users could easily find funds in their community.
4 votesDonors do have the option to search by a service area, so if you displayed them on a fund record, they could sort on "xxxx" and a list of those funds would display. We don't plan on adding sort option to the tables, but are considering more filter options in the future. So changed the title to reflect what is possible.

Ability to remove Work Organization and Title from Campaign Mailing Addresses
We desperately need an option to remove Work Organization and Title from mailing addresses created from a campaign!
Currently there is no option to remove these fields, which is frustrating because we like to utilize them internally but people's titles and working organizations change frequently.
Also, can we export the mailing labels as a docx?

On Home Page left column display Recent Items like in Salesforce, a view of recently viewed records (top 10 of anything with a unique id)
In Salesforce on the home page there is an option to view recent items. It displays the most recent records that the user last looked at. In Csuite this could be anything with a unique id (note, task, profile, fund, vendor, donation, grant, etc.). Even displaying the most recent 5-10. Sometimes you step a way or click out or you need to remember what you last looked at and this can be a helpful tool. I've included a screenshot from Salesforce (with information redacted) and from where I suggest it displays on the home page.

Identifying Yearly Tax Recipients
Would it be possible to create a Boolean field on profiles to indicate that they should receive a Yearly Tax Receipt? The batch process for generating Yearly Tax Receipts relies of filtering the list of Donors, however there does not currently appear to be a consistent field/value available to filter Donor records for this purpose.

1099 Indicator box bulk update
Please allow this box to be bulk updated. I'd like to set them all as "Yes" so that when one is "No" it means we've done the research needed to determine that they are a corporation or otherwise exempt.

Follow link after login authentication
I get lots of emails from Community Suite when someone includes me on a Note, or creates a Voucher for a fund I'm an approver on. Clicking on the link in those emails involves a 3 step process:
1. Link takes me to the login page for our CS instance.
2. After logging in successfully, I'm taken to our dashboard.
3. But what about that original link? I need to go back to email and click it again, to go to the item in question. It would be great if, like on many other web applications, after login you were taken directly to the item that brought you to the website initially!!

Change Log back to detail it used to provide
The log previously provided more detail on what was actually changed. Now in some areas, it's just showing the CSuite reference ID for the field that was changed. This is extremely confusing to follow. For example, I just changed the subgroup on a fund, and instead of it saying the name of the subgroup, it only has the ID which I would have to research to interpret the log. Previously, as recently as January 2023, when the fund’s subgroup was changed, it included the ID number as well as the name of the subgroup. This change makes it very difficult to interpret the log. It should go back to saying the words that were changed, and I shouldn’t have to investigate to see what the ID numbers mean. It would be wonderful if the log could be reverted back to showing more detail in all areas where this was removed. Thanks.

non gift tax deductible notifications
For a non-gift, is there a way to generate a notification to thank donors for their gifts that come from another donor advised fund or a commercial fund that do not receive the tax deduction notification?

campaign tax receipt
When you setup a campaign event you are not allowed to suppress the automated online donation tax receipt. So the donor receives the campaign event tax receipt and the online donation tax receipt. It would be helpful if foundant could add a check box to suppress the automated online donations tax receipt letter for campaigns without affecting all online donations.

New Portal: Grants listed in Make a Grant Request
In the Fund Advisor tab, when a user clicks the menu item to make a Grant Request, it leads to a page that lists a bunch of recent grants, but there doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason as to the time frame of the grants listed. I've logged in as different Fund Advisors (with old DAFs) and the grants listed aren't the same time frame. One listed grants as of last May, one listed grants as of last February. It seems strange and arbitrary.
It would be much better to have the Grant Request menu item lead directly to the Create a Grant Request page rather than the extra button click. If someone wants to see their recent grants, they can choose the Grants menu item instead.
If it must lead to the page with seemingly arbitrary recent grants, can we get a definition of what grants are being listed so we can explain it to Fund Advisors?
Thank you.
