bulk open opportunities
It would be really helpful to be able to bulk open opportunities. Currently we can bulk close them, but not the reverse.

Separate "hide description" for Donations vs Grants
The "hide description" functionality for the Fund Advisor portal currently hides the description on both donations AND grants. Based on other available settings related to fund advisors, there does not seem to be a setting that will allow for one description to show but not the other. It would be more practical to have control over those independently (e.g. turn off descriptions for donations, turn on descriptions for grants).

Multifund grant filter
It would be beneficial to be able to filter on custom reports or in the grant buckets whether or not a grant is multifund. Currently only available in Home > Grants > Reports.

Checks Content
I would like to disable or change check content for different accounts. Not all checking accounts are the same, and it would be beneficial if we could edit the verbiage depending on which account the check was being issued from.

copying a grant
Many donors recommend the same grants from their DAFs every year. I'd like to be able to copy grants that have been made before and have the custom fields carry over into the new copied grant instead of having to fill them all out again.

Default Template - None
I would like the ability to set 'No Default Template', as opposed to leaving the field blank and having the system automatically assign the predetermined default template.
Most of our grant notification happens via GLM/SLM, and we do not need to generate a 'Grant Letter' or 'Scholarship Letter', or 'Award letters' for individual grants in CSuite.
However, we have some programs that run through CSuite only, and need a letter attached. Because these programs are the only ones using the 'Grant Letter' template type, the system automatically pulls this letter template for ALL grants, at this time. As it currently…10 votes -
Track tasks using a Kanban Board
It would be very helpful to create a Kanban board for ALL tasks with the ability to sort by status, who is assigned, priority, task type, due date, etc. This will help assignees to stay on track and leadership to see what everyone is working on.

Fund Advisor Emails: Employee Names
In the content settings for fund advisor emails, the only field we've ever had to use for an employee name is {{employee_name}}. That formats the name as last name, first name. We'd like it to show as first name last name, like John Doe instead of Doe, John. The only way we've been able to accomplish that is by changing employees in the system to a first name of John Doe with no last name. That works, but it's cumbersome to have some of our employees listed this way.

Tracking Voided Grants
When a portal request is voided before a grant request is officially made, there is no way to track it. It would be nice for the voided request to show in the fund's history and/or on the Fundholder's dashboard so that they an see that it was voided as well.

Giving Hub link for guest Donations to Funds marked Private
Stealing this from an archived submission: "We should be able to provide a link to give directly to a fund, even if it is marked private. This would allow people who have the direct link to give to the fund, but it wouldn't show up in the list of funds or be searchable. Sometimes people don't want it public, but have a few family/friends they would like to be able to support a fund. It would be particularly helpful in memorial situations."

Create (not post) a grant without a fund - to send an award letter
Homer CF would like the option to create a grant without assigning a specific fund so an award letter can be issued to the grantee.
Next steps would be to add the fund, post grant, move forward in buckets accordingly.

It would be helpful if the "Description" field for vouchers would be included in the vouchers on the fund advisor portal so fund advisors can see more details.

task due date
Add / Create Task - can the due date default to today's date, keep option to change date? A lot of tasks are done for daily activities, so why not save time for the due date?

Profile Permissions by Designation
We'd like the ability to limit profile access based on profile designations. For example, if a profile has the Vendor designation activated, only certain staff should be able to edit the profile. Right now there is only 1 set of profile permissions that isn't dependent on the designations.

Allow formatting of post-checkout page elements: Giving Hub
Once a donor has given through the Giving Hub page, there is a default Thank You that appears (1A in image attached)- we would like to be able to edit & format, and/or hide this.
On this same page display, the Continue Giving button (1B in attached image) is plopped right down onto the edge of the footer, and it looks terrible. Would also like the ability to add a margin to this or otherwise move/change this button!
