  1. Although the bulk edits are handy, it would be better if we could do the edits by fund group or some other filter. The "Set Tab Permissions" button has this functionality, but the "Set notify" and "Set Statement Type" do not - it is all or nothing. All the bulk edits should have the same functionality.

  2. Grantees reports - Add the grantee "EIN" option to the "choose export columns"

    Could help eliminate grant duplicates while analyzing the fund report due to org name/address discrepancies.

  4. It would be nice if we could write comments for fields. It would enable us to have in-line recommendation for our conventions when entering new information. The system already does this as provided by Foundant, for instance:

    When entering a donation, the donation field has italicised text next to it "Donor wishes this donation to be anonymous" when in edit mode. It would be nice if we could add that kind of text ourselves to any field so that when we had edit mode open, it would show us our own recommendations for fields.

  7. Some of our funds have fund names that do not indicate the donor name. In the sort key we reference the donor name. However, the sort key is not a searchable reference. We can't leverage the short name because we use our legacy fund ids there and want to continue that system. We would like the sort key to be a searchable term so if we were searching it pulls up the fund wherever we would put a fund name/id.

  9. We utilize a custom field to filter our expenses and vouchers by department. However, when creating reports or pulling a standard report from the system, this custom field is not included as a filtering option. It would be helpful to include custom fields in all reports that the system generates and not require additional steps to get the report to filter appropriately.

    At this time we do not plan on adding filters to default reports. Custom Fields are available in filters in custom reports and the list area of objects.

  10. We have an underwater policy that involves calculation of a 12 quarter rolling average of the fund compared to the principal balance. I would love options to add to the underwater report to allow for such calculation.

  11. For us the Created date for a fund is the date the fund agreement was signed which is never the same day we are creating the fund in Csuite. This field used to just be a date field and then turned into a date stamp. Now after we create the fund in Csuite we always have to edit the date stamp to be the date the fund agreement was signed. And being a date stamp, we have to be sure to only edit the date and leave the time in the field or the system won't accept it. This field…

  12. Want to be able to have generic contact information on the portal should there be any questions/concerns that is available from all pages, not just the steward block on the fund summary screen.

  13. Would love to allow people sign up to our Newsletter Campaign from our website.

    Currently I've set up a separate event campaign that I will be linking to from our website to but it looks a bit weird as the form is meant for a "ticket" and it will require us to transfer profiles from one campaign to another.

  14. Add Hide Amounts as a global-checkbox option in the Bulk Edit Funds area. Hide Memorial Amounts is a Bulk Edit Funds option - Hide Amounts should also be.

  15. Please make the Donor ID visible on the donor record, in custom reports, and as an upload option. While many reports include it as output, its absence in these areas prevents us from linking the Donor ID to a Profile.

  19. The key components of a a Cash Flow statement exist in Csuite, between the Income Statement and Balance Trend under financials. However, in order to extract a report that encompasses Net Income, Beginning Cash, Revenue, and Expenses, we currently have to export these reports and merge the fields manually to create cash analysis. For foundations and nonprofits with high turnover in cash and fluctuations in liabilities due to grants, we require a method to measure cash flow based on activities.

    I hope that Csuite will allow users to combine the activities within each report into one within the system.
