Viewing vouchers under a vendor
It used to be that when I clicked on the Vouchers tab underneath a Vendor record, I could see the information listed in a tighter table. What I mean by this is I could view the date column and the clickable voucher ID column, at the same time that I could see the Amount column.
Some change over the past year or so expanded this table, so that I now have to scroll far to the right to see the amount, which makes it hard to click on the corresponding ID when I scroll back to the left.
I realize I could Zoom out and see more of my screen, but I need to see my screen at 100% not at 80%, as my eyes aren't what they used to be.
The Fund column seems excessively wide here. It doesn't seem to be pushed to that width by the length of our fund names, and it doesn't allow me to adjust the width of that column to my preference.
Aha! As I am typing this, I literally do now see why it is so wide in my particular example (and it's a vendor whose history I frequently dig into as a reference). This particular vendor has been with us for years, and therefore the Voucher Summary (above the Voucher list) is very wide, with a lot of columns for the various years of history.
It seems that the Voucher table below it stretches to match the width of the Voucher Summary (which I don't believe it used to). Would it be possible to break that sizing dependency? Could the Voucher table just be a fixed width? It becomes harder to read and use the wider it gets.

Allow Editing/Deleting the Automatic Pledge Adjustment
Please provide a way for us to edit/delete an automatic pledge adjustment. There is no way to do that in the system, and if you accidentally miskey something that causes an automatic pledge adjustment, it's permanently recorded. This not only messes up the GL details, but it also creates an inaccurate pledge total amount that shows up in the system.
Case in point, we accidentally added an extra number on a payment which then increased a pledge by $2.5 million. It was a simple mistake, pure accident. However, we're stuck now in perpetuity with the wrong figure showing on this pledge and we'll always have to back out the accidental figure from any future cancelations. I have no doubt it will show up on the audit. It's terrible that we are unable to fix a simple error like this, especially since it will undoubtably cause issues down the road for us with our audit (and hopefully won't mean a finding). Can you all please add the functionality to at least edit the automatic pledge adjustment amount even if you don't want to let us delete it?

Profile Information Updates via RSVP'S
When campaigns are created for events, and a linked is shared to RSVP, is it possible, for people who RSVP with demographic information, for CSuite to identify if they already have a profile in our system? And if so, could it prompt them to update their demographic information in there profile?

Transfer Requests
It would be helpful if we could net transfer requests when printing the request form. For example, Fund A needs to transfer $100 from our bank account to an investment account, and Fund B needs to transfer $200 from the same investment account to our bank account. The balance swap module wants us to transfer more than necessary, so I need to do a manual swap. After completing the manual swaps, the net is $100 from investments to bank account, but the only options I am aware of are to print both requests and add a note to clarify what we are requesting or create a net request and then void the request after printing.

Donation Notes/Purpose in Giving Hub
For the Donation Notes Label in the Giving Hub - Is there a way to expand the character max or at least show all of the words? It is cutting off the limited amount. Ideally, we would love to use a drop down for folks to choose purpose of donation. (ex. Sponsorship, Mitzvah Moment, Board Contribution, General Support, Event Ticket, Registration, etc)

fund statement permissions
It would be helpful to have the ability to choose different fund statement types for Fund Advisors who advise on multiple funds.
Example: John Doe's statement type is set to online. He is a Fund Advisor for Doe Family Fund and Designated Fund for ABC School. John needs to be able to view online information and make grant recommendations in the fund advisor portal for the Doe Family Fund. He needs to receive an emailed statement for the Designated Fund for ABC School but because of his role should NOT have access to see fund information online.

Distribution Rounding
It would be helpful if we could select more rounding options for distributions, particularly a $500 round. A $250 round might also be beneficial.

In Reports - Change "Label" field to "Mailing Label" to make it consistent with how it appears on the profile. "Label" is confusing and hard to find... like most fields in Reports :P

Add a feature for grants that they can link to a Pledge on a profile. When someone gives a grant from a Pass-thru fund to a fund that they have a pledge, I am not able to link it. I need to cancel the payment.

Import Stewards to specific funds
Please make it possible to import stewards to the respective funds. The bulk edit function that is available would be quite time consuming as we have 1000+ stewards to link to funds. Thx

GLM post by payment
In order to track our commitments, we would like to use GLM and have it sync to CS. The advantage to using it in GLM instead of recurring grants in CS, is that we can refer back to the commitment to see the awarded amount, what has been paid, and what is left to pay. The problem is, if it is a multi year commitment, when created, the total amount will hit the GL. We would only want the $ amount to hit the GL as it is being paid, not the full amount in the 1st year. Can this be done? Thank you!

Deceased profiles linked to opportunities
Sounds like you often recommend that Opportunities be used to track bequest status however, the system does not allow you to link a deceased profile to an opportunity. Can you change this so that deceased profiles can indeed be linked to an opportunity?

Sort Funds the same way we can sort the nonprofit directory
We support multiple communities. When we show promoted funds on the portal, it would be nice to be able to show them by either Service Area or Group:Division. (Internally, we would be willing to use either of these attributes to assign the appropriate community.) So when the portal is displayed, users could easily find funds in their community. We want something similar to what the nonprofit directory allows where you can click on a type (i.e., Designated or Scholarship) to help filter a long listing.

Term Investment report for "Investing Fund"
When entering the information to calculate interest on term investments in bulk, is there a way for the Select Dates for Interest Calculation Description to include the term investment “Investing Fund” or “Short Name”? This would be similar to the merge fields in the templates.
When these entries are exported and sorted, there is no reference to what term investment the interest goes to.

Changing Fund for Online Donations
I wish to see an easier option to change a fund after an online payment is submitted - similarly to cash or check processing where there is an easy button specifically to change the fund.

Next Check Number Used Process
When Checkrun is processed, C-Suite populates the next highest number check in the "What Is The First Check Number" prompt when a new check batch is created rather than the last check number used. When we converted data we had historical check number sequences higher than current check stock in use. Therefore, the wrong check number populates. Suggestion is that the system use a timestamp for the last check used rather than a sequential number currently used. There are valid reasons historical check numbers would fall out of sequence.Check, First Check, Checkrun, Check Batch, Confirm and Post Checks, Check Run

Make tasks viewable to all when in a profile or household
Copied task from an idea that was flagged "implemented" ... it is not implemented!
It would be really nice if tasks could be tied to profiles, funds, grants, etc. and if they could show up like notes do (or at least having that option for them to show up). We are used to the "contacts" tab in FIMS which both informed the team of communications between donors and staff as well as provided an option to follow up if necessary. Thanks

User login
Both of our audit group users - who only access the system for a few months annually - couldn't remember their passwords to log into CSuite. Unlike Fund Advisors, there is no "Send Login Email" in the left margin of the User tab of a profile. Since there were no instructions on any Foundant Help webpage or in Compass, the only work-around I could figure out was to "login as" each of them, send them their home screen once I assigned a temporary password.
The process for sending a User a new link to login should be much easier. Support indicated this has been "a problem that multiple clients had." If that is the case, why doesn't the Support team submit improvements without us having to put it out for a vote?

1 voteIn the left side menu of the Home menu, there is an option for System URL's. Selecting that option returns a list of all the needed URL links to the system. Copy and paste the CSuite Login URL to send to a User in an emai once you have reset their password.

Tax Receipts - Enable Multiple Recipients and System CC
Please can you revisit the idea of allowing tax receipt to be sent to multiple contacts on a profile even when sending in bulk. Please also give us the possibility to have a copy of the communication sent to our system email.
