Ability to remove Work Organization and Title from Campaign Mailing Addresses
We desperately need an option to remove Work Organization and Title from mailing addresses created from a campaign!
Currently there is no option to remove these fields, which is frustrating because we like to utilize them internally but people's titles and working organizations change frequently.
Also, can we export the mailing labels as a docx?

non gift tax deductible notifications
For a non-gift, is there a way to generate a notification to thank donors for their gifts that come from another donor advised fund or a commercial fund that do not receive the tax deduction notification?

Reporting for multiple objects at once
When building a custom report, it would be very useful to be able to report on fields from multiple objects at once. Systems I have used with this capability approached it by starting with a primary object selection (donations for example) and then once you add the unique field for another object (profile id of the donor for example), your list of fields would expand to show all of the fields associated with that new object. Event just the ability to expand into 2 objects would solve a lot of cases where we currently need to pull multiple reports into…

campaign tax receipt
When you setup a campaign event you are not allowed to suppress the automated online donation tax receipt. So the donor receives the campaign event tax receipt and the online donation tax receipt. It would be helpful if foundant could add a check box to suppress the automated online donations tax receipt letter for campaigns without affecting all online donations.

New Portal: Grants listed in Make a Grant Request
In the Fund Advisor tab, when a user clicks the menu item to make a Grant Request, it leads to a page that lists a bunch of recent grants, but there doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason as to the time frame of the grants listed. I've logged in as different Fund Advisors (with old DAFs) and the grants listed aren't the same time frame. One listed grants as of last May, one listed grants as of last February. It seems strange and arbitrary.

Yearly tax receipt - would like to bulk email to those with emails and mail to those without emails
We would like to email our yearly tax receipts to donors, but if a profile doesn't have an email the bulk job doesn't complete and all of the profiles without emails are listed so we can add an email to the profile to them run the job again for emailing receipts. In many cases we don't have the donor's email (when they mail a check for example). It would be great if the job would complete and send to those with an email and then create an 'exception report' for those without an email so we can mail those receipts…

Please make available the US(MM/DD/YYY) DateStyle selected in Site Data in the Checks > Content > Check and Voucher Date merge fields.

"Grant Letter Template" name as grant report field
"Grant Letter Template" name as grant report field:
It would be very helpful to be able to add the grant letter template name as a field to CSuite grant reports.
This field would allow us to do a quick check of all the recent grants to ensure the right template was applied before printing our grant letters.

Archive or 'Inactive' Tax Receipt Templates
Currently, if we create 'one-off' tax receipt templates for donor acknowledgements, we have removed the template and saved off site to keep our templates from becoming cluttered. It would be helpful if we could instead 'Archive' or make certain tax receipt templates 'Inactive' so they don't populate when entering donations to allow for a more clean and efficient entry process.

New Portal - Grant Request History Export to show Advisor Name field
The Grant History page shows the name of the advisor that made the grant request.
When you go to export this page to a spreadsheet using the Export option, the exported spreadsheet does not include this field. Please add the name of the advisor who made the request to the export spreadsheet.

Add option to filter assigned tasks
We assign tasks to our development team and meet with the team to review/update, etc. It would be helpful if we could filter on the assigned tasks to see one Steward at a time.

Financial Package
It would be great if we could create a financial package of specific financial statements with certain filters and column settings and then be able to run it as of a specific time frame and it generates all of the reports into Excel or something.

Email Tax Receipt Preview
It would be a great help to be able to preview the way emails will look prior to sending. We emailed some stock letters that were missing gift data and I had no way to know that. Irksome.

Integration with Payroll or Payroll Module in CommunitySuite
Would really like to be able to process payroll through CommunitySuite, either by adding a payroll module to the system or by integrating CommunitySuite with a payroll solution so that would automatically push over the JEs they need to account for payroll each pay period.

multifund recurring voucher
Need to create a recurring voucher that has a multi-fund. Currently, I create the lines for each fund's account but can only put in one fund. Once I create the voucher, then I can select the multiple fund. Opportunity for Functional Reporting and Efficiency: We figured out a method to do mutliple fund for functional reporting as transactions are recorded. This allows for timely reporting of by functional accounts. However, it takes more time with our recurring vouchers (75% of our transactions) to edit for the mutliple funds.

Show total (combined) balance of parent and sub-funds for fund advisors
Currently, the fund advisor portal does not allow to show combined balances of parent and sub-funds on the total balance. Can we enable this option for fund advisors?

Show Steward Active/Inactive Status in System Configuration Steward List
Show inactive stewards in italics at bottom of the steward list just as inactive org roles show in the org roles section of the relationships tab in organization profiles. Also add active/inactive as report and filter options on steward custom reports and other reports that can include steward information.

Auto-Format Dates and Phone Numbers for Profile Imports and Bulk Updates
When using the Profile Import and Profile Bulk Update features, it would be great if CSuite auto-formatted phone numbers and dates during the import process. Rather than having to format these phone numbers and dates up-front in Excel, it would be great if CSuite automatically formatted these values during the import process. Getting the choice of how they format (phone numbers with or without dashes, dates with slashes or dashes, etc.) would also be helpful and could be a setting under profile settings.

Grant Request Button OPTIONAL
Please make the Grant Request button that appears on Grants AND Scholarships on the new Giving Hub OPTIONAL. The button is not needed for scholarships as they have an application process already (in most cases).
