  2. There is no option to change the profile for an opportunity once it is made. Sometimes we have the name of the person who referred it, and we put it on that profile. Then once we get the name of the client we want it on the client profile. I have to delete the first opportunity and make a new opportunity. But if this opportunity started in 2024 and I don't have the details of 2025, the created date will look like this started in 2025.   3. We have a security issue that I hope can be addressed. We need to give someone the ability to inactivate a user without giving them extensive access throughout CSuite. This is necessary for immediate off-boarding. Right now, the only way to provide the ability to inactivate someone is to give them Edit permission on Users. Once you have that permission, you can add anyone to groups, sufficient enough to give almost anyone system-wide permissions. That’s sensitive and dangerous.   4. Please allow for the giving hub to be manually sorted. This could be a sort order field on the fund record that allows for a number to be input, indicating the order it should appear on the giving hub fund list. It could also work in tandem with the currently alphabetical sort, sorting funds alphabetically that do not have a sort order set.

  5. We want to have a stewardship program based on Fund Milestone Anniversaries - 1rst, 5th, 10th, 15th etc.. Currently the only way to manage is to use an excel spreadsheet to track the upcoming dates. If there was a function that permit this within CSuite, that could be reported on, that'd be great! Ideally, we could report on any fund that has a milestone anniversary year in any given year.

  6. I think grants in the various buckets used to be sorted by grantID by default, but now I can't tell how they're sorted. I know I can choose any column to sort by, but can it go back to default sorting by grantID like before? Thanks for considering.

  7. On the Split Interest Payment Schedule, is there a way to edit the headings so it also refers to what box number of the 1099R that each amount should be populated in? And put the columns in the same order as the 1099R?

  8. One of my CGA annuitants has federal withholding withheld from her payment. There isn't an option on the Split Interest Payment Schedule for this amount. Please include a column for this amount.

  9. When in General Ledger looking up the detail a specific account, it would be helpful if the "Account" field had a clickable drop-down list of all general ledger accounts. This would prevent the user from having to type in the account number. Many times the user does not know, or has forgotten, the account number they are looking for and a drop down would be beneficial in helping to find this.

We are in an area that is multi-lingual in addition to English (mostly Spanish, Russian, Arabic) and would love to be able to use the Google Translate option to help non-English speakers (or English as a Second Language) interact more easily with us. However, as it currently loads, you have to zoom out on a browser screen to be able to view more languages with the way the columns cascade to the right. For most of the languages spoken in this area, a standard laptop screen will not display them without zooming out on the website, which is not something…

I know there was already an idea submission about marking custom reports as a "favorite" and it was marked as implemented when the categories were added, but as one poster noted, the categories don't solve this request. Categories are company-wide and favorites are specific to the user. I cannot use a category to mark my favorites. Please consider re-opening this issue.

  14. I love the ability to archive campaigns and get them off the campaign list, but we would like to be able to continue to see some of the campaigns on profiles. We track programming participants through campaigns and we would like that history to remain easily visible on their profile.

    There is an option in the left side menu to list all campaigns.  Selecting that will bring up a filtered list of all campaigns for that profile.

  15. Please add an edit option to the distribution calculation after you click review and before posting. More than 100 of our scholarships have a defined payout. I change each amount to the defined payout which is shown in the distribution type. (We have 25 different distribution types with a define payout). Sometimes I hit the enter button and it goes to the next page before I finish. Would like to be able to go back in and edit the remaining without creating a new distribution calculation.   18. Would really like the ability to invite external people, such as financial advisors when they are sending out tasks from CommunitySuite. Ideally, they would be able to select profiles from within CSuite to add to tasks, which would send the invite to the staff people and the external person's calendar.

  19. Thanks for all the great recent donation portal updates! I like that we now have the option to show the fund's grant type on the fund listing page. It would be great if there was also the option to group funds by their grant types like how the nonprofit directory works. We like that the nonprofit directory includes the grant types, but it would be great if service areas could be an additional way to filter this page. In addition, it would be great to be able to reorder the tabs that appear on the portal. We don't currently have…

  20. When a user is on a Fund and selects History, it will list Total Grants with a dollar amount. We discovered that this total will include unposted grants and clicking the link for the backup list of grants does not include unposted grants. This is confusing and needs to be fixed.

    We'd rather Total Grants under Fund History did not include unposted grants in the total. Or if unposted grants are part of the total, at least include them in the linked report.
