  1. Add the ability to segregate profiles created through the online ticketing or donation process. Maybe using similar functionality as the "To Review" bucket in donations, or some way of filtering them in custom reporting.

  3. I would be helpful that after a donation is reviewed the system does not move to the next donation that needs review. For us it causes the reviewer to go back to that donor if they have multiple donations to review.

  4. "Primary Address" is labeled in the profile area of the Portal but Phone/Email are not. Suggest adding Primary to Phone and Email labels to reinforce the user may have additional contact information on file.

  5. Currently, the Fund Advisor Login Log only shows Fund Advisors who have logged into the Portal with Username and Password. Since most/all first-time portal users log in with email and PIN (and some may continue after that), we would like to be able to track all portal users that are logging in -- whether using username and password, and/or email and PIN. Currently, there's no visible record of portal users logging in by PIN. This results in things like receiving grant requests from Fund Advisors without a record of a fund advisor having logged in, and when portals are launched,…

  6. I know Foundant has been focused on enhancing the donor portal experience for users. Is there any timeline by which you think there could be potential to redirect the logout button on the portal to the page of the organization’s choice? I’m thinking about this new private label portal that we’ve designed for one of our agencies. They really want to have the logout button direct to their logo homepage, and not the our logo page. Any sense for when you think that update could be feasibly scheduled?

  8. Please add the "Do Not Enforce Spendable" field from the fund restrictions settings as a field and filter to the fund custom report.

    Currently, it is not possible to report or filter on this field whatsoever.

  10. Profiles Browse screen - indicate inactive individuals, households, organizations. We use this screen to check for naming protocols, incomplete names, misspelled names, etc. It would be extremely helpful to show which profiles are inactive (red font), and also be able to sort right on this screen.

  12. It would be helpful to have the option to include ACH and Electronic Checks in the Positive Pay Export. ACH and Electronic Checks that are presented at our bank create exceptions and we manually approve them for payment on our banking website. If we could include these in our Positive Pay Export uploads, these payments would clear without causing exceptions. Thank you for your consideration.

  13. It would be great if there was an easy way to upload a logo for the affiliate portal that would automatically change it from the overall system logo. Right now, the only way to update the logo for our affiliate's Giving Hub is through complicated coding that our team is not able to do. Thank you!

  14. National Change of Address. Database from the US Postal Service that contains all of the address changes that have been submitted. An automated link to this would enable the updating of addresses on profiles.

  15. It would be a nice feature to be able to send an invoice payment confirmation email (similar to grant and donation templates) along with a copy of the invoice attachment in Csuite. Currently we have to manually email the payment confirmations for invoices processed in Csuite.

  16. Right now, if you add profile groups from the campaign directly, or from a report, you get four option buttons for how to add them (see attached screenshots). If you add profiles to a campaign from some other part of CSuite, such as a search and filtered group, for some odd reason it only gives you two of those options instead of all four. Why? That doesn't make any sense. Can you please change the system so that all four of those options come up wherever you add profiles from to a campaign? Thank you.

  17. Bulk Payment date edit + ability to see payment date within NEW bucket

    I would like to have a way to bulk change payment date similar to grant date, and/or see the payment date within the new screen so we can tell when a date was missing adjusting. The payment date is as important and drives a lot of the same functions that the grant date does.

  18. We would like to be able to have the option for recognition name to be enabled or disabled, as well as the functionality to edit the label (much like donation comments, newsletter title, etc.). Our donors get confused by this field, and we want to add further clarity, or get rid of it.

  20. GLM Bucket Categorization throughout CSuite: Essentially, when you sync a grantee from GLM to CSuite, the GLM Process (aka the grant process/opportunity) is also synced over to CSuite. Once you post that grantee's opportunity to CSuite and create a grant, the GLM Process/Opportunity disappears from CSuite and from the entire grantee, so it hard to know what Grant process the grantee won by everyone on the team.
