  1. Could a new "payment contact name" field be added to the Organizational profile? Currently, the fields "Contact" and "Contact Title" populate the address blocks on an envelope. If we have a separate "PAY" mailing address for checks, then we need a payment contact name to correspond/match to that PAY mailing address.

  2. We'd like staff to be able to reference the active list of File Categories within Files, without the ability to edit the categories. Can permissions be changed so that's possible?

  3. Stripe gifts come into Csuite posted. If a tribute is added to the donation in Stripe, the tribute does NOT go into the tribute bucket. Also, there is no way to edit the tribute. We need the ability to make changes and add the tribute into the tribute bucket in order to properly notify people

    There is an option now to clear a tribute and and then add the correct one. I realize this is not the ask for the request, but it is a work around at this time.

  4. Allow bulk updates via imports on profile, grants, voucher, and fund tables. This already exist for custom fields but not all fields.

  5. We can easily designation someone using the [MAKE] selection under Designations in fcsuite. I can [MAKE] them as Fund Advisor, Grantee, etc.

    (1) Once they are in a category, there should be an 'unmake' button so I can easily change it back. Instead, I need to click on their role as a Grantee, and hunt out the 'delete' button way over on the left menu. It's confusing the way it is, but at least it work. When I click on Delete, it usually brings me back to the user profile. Yay.

    (2) Unless it's a nonprofit. When I click Delete…

  6. Would Foundant consider working with a third party vendor like "Double the Donation"(
    https://doublethedonation.com/corporate-matching-gift-programs/)
    to assist with Matching Gifts? The goal would be a seamless process on the Giving Hub. See the following example:

  7. When the user is on their main portal page, the "CREATE GRANT REQUEST" button appears on the upper right. Once they click on it, they're brought to a page that has three buttons (PREVIOUS GRANTEE, SEARCH GRANTEE, & MANUAL GRANTEE).

    The page is .../portal/fundadvisor/grant_request

    "CREATE GRANT REQUEST" still sits on the upper right. This button does at that point. That is, it brings the user to the same page. That button on the ".../grant_request" page should be deleted because it's confusing.

  8. Please introduce template logic for the Yearly Tax Receipts. Currently, you must change the default in order for the Yearly Tax Receipt to generate a different template.

    It would be great if, like the normal Tax Receipt, the Yearly Tax Receipt template was able to be configured to discern when the system should use it. This would be achieved by including the options for assigning logic to the template (payment method, donation type, etc.).

  9. Currently when you are on the Campaigns main page, you have to either search for the campaign or click on "list" on the left hand side to select the campaign you want to look at. I wish this page had the campaigns already listed so you could select right there and not have to go to another page. It would be a lot easier and a lot less clicks to get to where you want to go.

  10. Currently you can only send an electronic payment notification to one email that is identified in the profile. We have had requests from vendors/grantees that the notification be sent to two or more emails.

  11. Please move the creation of the memo line from the Grant Payment Schedule section to the initial creation of a grant, similar to the voucher creation. It is not intuitive to have the memo line where it is now.

  14. We would love to have a way that C Suite could prevent duplicate short names from being created or provide a warning that there is another fund with the same short name. We use short names in lots of financial reports and having a way to prevent a duplicate would reduce human error. Thanks for considering.

  15. We have had several universities complain that the scholarship letter template is messy and that it would be easier if it was organized by student name. After poking around and speaking with a support specialist, it seems this is not possible.

    I have attached a copy of our current scholarship letter with fake names to give an idea of how Csuite currently arranges the order of students, which is by individual grant. I've also attached an alphabetized version of the same list of "students" to show a better flow.

  16. The default scholarship payment report includes voided checks so payments are listed twice with no notation that the payment check has been voided. When creating custom reports, there is no filter to exclude voided payments. I was advised by foundant support to export two different reports to excel and use a merge query to combine reports. Maybe that sounds easy and doable but not to me. It would be helpful if a we could run a report that shows actual payments.

  17. When running an admin fee report within a fund, it only includes fees that were charged in the quarterly process or done manually. It does not include transactional admin fees charged for each donation, grant, etc. in this report. This can make it difficult to get a complete picture of the fees charged to a fund. It would be ideal if this report included ALL admin fees charged to the fund. Thanks!

  18. It would be helpful for tasks associated with an opportunity to be marked complete or in some way removed from open tasks when the opportunity has been closed. Presently, the tasks stay active, which requires another step to close an opportunity.

Currently, if you want to create a custom report only showing certain GL accounts, when you filter a bunch of accounts, it lists all of them at the top of the report in the filter section and when you export the report. It would be nice to be able to hide that field so when looking at the report or exporting it looks clean. The goal is to use some of this reporting for managers, but listing 20 accounts that are being filtered makes the report look messy.

  20. We utilize the parent and child org relationship quite a bit in our system. In CSuite, when you review a parent org's grant history, all grants received by both the parent and child are listed. It does not appear to do the same within the portal. When the advisor for the parent org logs in, only those grants received by the actual parent are listed. This means a separate log in would be required for each profile within the parent/child family....and often this would be the same person. It would be great that a single log in as the parent…
