In the Fund Advisor >Donations area of the Portal: only Hide Amounts for donors who are NOT linked to the fund.

Fixed Assets and Depreciation
I would love a Deprecation Schedule module in Community Suite! Currently, we pay our auditors to track our fixed assets and we could purchase software, but it would be great to have it integrated. Thanks for considering!

Reports: Add county field to profile reports/filters
Add 'County' field to profiles as this is needed often for reporting purposes.

Different grant status in fund portal
The grant request status labels in the fund portal are inconsistent. A grant in the Approval bucket will be approval when viewed in Fund Summary and Grant History, but Pending in Grant Request. A grant in the New bucket will be new when viewed in Fund Summary and Grant History but Pending in Grant Request. Would be clearer for the user if these were the same terms.

Multiple Email Options for Communications
When individuals unsubscribe from Mailchimp emails, it is impossible to discern if they want to unsubscribe just from marketing/ communication emails and who should just simply be marked "do not email". If Foundant could add choices on emails that indicates something to the effect of, "Marketing Emails" and/or "Foundation business" as boxes to check as options, similar to "mailing" or "inactive" for mailing addresses, that would be very helpful. Currently, if someone unsubscribes from a MailChimp blast, there is no way to realistically remove that person from marketing email blasts unless you go 1-by-1 and remove them from every campaign created that is then linked to MailChimp. The last report we got of unsubscribes was over 400 profiles in length and we would need to cross-reference this list each time, for each campaign. That is not a workaround we, or any nonprofit, is capable of. If Foundant had the option though to mark a record's email as wanting to receive or opt-out of MailChimp emails, but still wants to keep receiving emails about fund statements, tax receipts, or other 'foundation business' this would be a great proactive step! To continue that idea, if bulk updates to this sort of feature to a list of records also was feasible, this would greatly enhance our database management goals of keeping our records updated and 'clean'.

Record photo covers file type
When an photo is uploaded into C-Suites, it covers up what type of file it is (individual, household, organization.) This has limited our use of that part of the product.
It would be helpful if there was a way to continue to display what type of file it is if uploading a photo.

Add Questions to Grant Request Page in Fund Advisor Portal
Could we have the option to add questions on the Grant Request page through the Fund Advisor Portal. We would like to receive more information about a request.

fund portal
Our foundation has an Endowment Program that is offered to our Member Congregations and Schools and we invest funds on their behalf and use the portal for them to request disbursements. I can change Tab names, however, it would be helpful if we could also customize the header on the page so it matches. For instance, we use Deposits instead of Donations and it can be confusing to them. We also don't use Grants but use Disbursements since it is their money and we are just investing it for them.
We also do not allow for Recurring Grants so I would like the option to customize the portal so that tab is not visible.
I appreciate your consideration of this improvement to the Portal.

Bulk link donations to opportunities
It would be extremely helpful to be able to bulk add/link donations to an opportunity. We are seeing more and more memorial contributions, which sometimes result in the creation of a fund. I will go back and link these donations, sometimes in the hundreds, to the opportunity, which can be very tedious.

donation notification
An idea to add to the portal! Would it be possible for advisors of funds to have the choice in their portal to toggle donation notifications on or off? Thanks for considering.

List of Fund Advisors
In the portal, a donor has asked if we can give him some way to see who is allowed to make a grant request on a fund. For example, the Fund Advisor would allow their children to make grant requests, and they want to see that list of people when he looks at this fund. Quentin said that this isn't currently a feature on the portal, but you can see the list of advisors when you look at grants that have already been created (in the grants tab).

Bank Reconciliation | Collapse Transactions
When reconciling bank accounts, collapse transactions as they are being marked off during the reconciliation process so only the remaining transactions are displayed. Link to short video: https://zoom.us/clips/share/LiXG7vHFRR6NzG0JYuHcQQ

correct formatting
With the addition of the print option in the left hand menu of pages with C-Suite, the print page option now prints vertical lines between column headings and a box around the data on a page. This visually clutters up the report. Could you please reformat to the old format that just included the horizontal lines making the report easier to read but not cluttered?
Also, it would be EXTREMELY helpful to repeat column headings on multiple page printouts. It's next to impossible to know what data is in each column that is being reported on page 2 of an audit report.
Most of these reports are quick reports used for both internal and external purposes, and having to export and reformat just to get repeating column headings is a huge waste of time and productivity.

charity check nonprofits
We’d love to be able to run a bulk Charity Check for all organizations listed in our Nonprofit Directory so we can quickly verify that everyone is still in good standing and hasn’t lost their nonprofit status.
Right now, Charity Check only works for profiles marked as “Grantee,” so we’ve had to mark orgs that have never received a grant as grantees just to run the check. It would be much more accurate and efficient if we could Charity Check profiles based on the “Nonprofit” designation also.
It would also be great if running a Charity Check could be a bulk option in reports—triggered when either the “Grantee” or “Nonprofit” designation is present. That way, we could easily keep our data clean without manually clicking into every profile.

Provide the ability to indicate on a profile the use of 'bulk mail pointer'. This was a function in FIMS where the profile could point to a different profile when a mass mail list was being produced. The report (campaign) would have an option to use the bulk mail pointer. This is very helpful when individuals are on more than one profile for different roles they hold. A good example is when a Professional Advisor has a professional profile w/ business address but also has an IND/HH profile w/ home address. We only need to send mail to the home. Another example is when an individual is on a Foundation org profile and also have their own IND/HH profile. We only want to send mail to the IND and don't want both being included on the report or campaign.

Create Grant Request Dropdown Arrows
On the Portal - Create Grant Request page, under "Choose from previous Grantees or Funds", can there be arrows or similar on the blank boxes so a user knows to click on the boxes to get the drop downs?

fund balance on fund history page
Taking this archived idea back up: It would be great if the fund history page showed the fund balance as of a specific date. This is a great page for our advancement team and with the addition of the balance, everything they want to have at hand when talking with a donor about their fund would be on the same page.

Automated Cart Reminder Email: Allow an option to pick which days of the week it is sent.
Right now, there is an option to either send the Cart Reminder Email daily automatically or manually, which we can control. We think daily is a bit too frequent and would love the option to set which days it is sent. Like Mondays only, or Monday and Wednesday, etc. That way we can control the cadence to work better with our workflows for grant processing, and not overload our users with too many emails.

import address type
Reposting Previous Suggestion-
Please add the address and phone type fields to the template when importing new profiles. I am importing lots of new profiles but have to go back and manually add the address type and email type. This is a very tedious process.

Stripe fee percentage
Stripes non-profit credit card fee is 2.2% +.30, it would be nice if we had the option to charge that exact fee amount in CSuite to prevent over charging our donors and causing confusion and extra activity on the fund statements. It should be a complete wash if the donor wants to cover the charge.
11 votesThe additional donation was built as a suggestion to cover not only the credit card processing fees, but the Foundation's fees as well. In general, a 3% fee works out to closely match the current stripe fees.
