  1. When in General Ledger looking up the detail a specific account, it would be helpful if the "Account" field had a clickable drop-down list of all general ledger accounts. This would prevent the user from having to type in the account number. Many times the user does not know, or has forgotten, the account number they are looking for and a drop down would be beneficial in helping to find this.

  3. A HUGE time saver would be the ability to attach one file to multiple journal entries at once. Currently, if the same documentation needs to be attached to multiple entries, you have to do it one at a time. A button on the main journal entry screen for a "bulk attach file" would be greatly beneficial. Say you could upload the file and then select all the entries it needs to be attached to. This pain point comes up all the time with multi-fund entries for payroll and other various monthly/quarterly closing tasks.

  4. We recently moved from Raiser's Edge to CSuite, where we had the option to link a tribute record to an existing profile. It would be great, for continuity purposes, to be able to tie a tribute record to an existing profile. For example, gifts made in honor of our CEO, would be linked to her profile in CSuite. Additionally, tributes made in memory of a deceased individual, would be linked to that individual's profile. I'd love to have the option to make these connections, while still having the ability to add tributes for individuals who do not have profiles.

  5. Currently you cannot edit someone else's report, you have to "Save As" and delete old report. It would be nice to either have an "Edit" option, similar to "Share" or if you select "Share", it would allow them to also edit.

  6. We would like to have the option to eliminate the "other" amount when using Giving Levels in the Fund Advisor Portal settings in the Fund record. When using the Giving Levels field to allow a membership fee or other type of donation that there should not be an "other amount".

  7. Within a grantee record have the ability to customize the fields being populated. Currently they are: ID, Grant Date, Fund, Status, Amount, Sponsored Org, Beneficiary, Description.
    We use grant programs and it would be helpful to identify at a glance what grant program the grant came from. See example below, we rarely use Sponsored Org or Beneficiary. It would excellent to have the ability to customize these columns.

  8. In the nonprofit portal on the grantee tab, grantee organizations cant export CC giver/fund advisor data for their reporting, CRM, and acknowledgements. Add selectable options to display and export the CC donor and Fund Advisor name, address, email unless the transaction was made anonymously or the profile is anonymous.

  9. When grants are being processed, it would be nice to either show on the screen their most recent grants, or even have a pop up for grants that are very similar. (same date, same grantee, same amount, etc)

  10. We use the File section of the new portal to share fund agreements, stewardship materials (for those who no longer receive paper statements), and other documents with our fundholders. As the list of files grows with our engagement, this starts to be unwieldy without the ability to use the internal File Categories (and the sticky function) to organize the files for our fundholders. It would be wonderful to have this functionality in the portal, not just behind-the-scenes for staff.

  11. In March 2025 fund advisors gained the ability to edit recurring grants. However, they are currently only able to edit the number of occurrences and the next grant. I believe they can also end the recurring grant series. We often have fund advisors that want to edit the amount or change the interval. Although we can change it in our backend, the fund advisors often want the option to do so themselves. We also more often see a change in the amount. Currently their only option is to cancel the recurring grant series and create a new one.

  12. The Advisorrequestconfirmemailbody content has a merge field for {{guidestar_ein}}, however this does not populate with data unless the Advisor selects a grantee from a Candid search. Can a merge field be added to reference the EIN on the grantee's Org record within CSuite so that it will populate with data even if the Advisor selects a previous grantee?

  13. Can we please add the Salutation for the Fund Advisor as an available merge field for the Advisorrequestconfirmemailbody content (https://...fcsuite.com/erp/owner/content/editcontent?code=advisorrequestconfirmemailbody). As it currently stands, there does not appear to be a way to personalize this communication. The field that is available, {{owner_name}}, presents the name as "Last, First" and doesn't work well to address the Fund Advisor.

  15. With new sandbox release on 11/19/24- Be able to rename a report on a one time basis on the print screen. Instead of in the settings where you can change the name for "Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc" as the default name, we want it on the print screen. There are options to rename the columns, but let's add it for the report name on the same screen for a one off basis. :)

  16. Hi - it would be great if the screen showing duplicates would indicate what type of record it is, particularly if a record is a student. With just a giant list of names, it is hard to pick out the ones the student aid team needs to look at. (or a fund holder, or vendor etc) OR the date the duplicate was added. OR the number of times the record shows. If we have 3 John Lennons and one was created last week, we might be able know who needs to fix it at a glance.

  17. It would be amazing to have the ability to set up department codes as an optional field that can be selected on each line item when entering a voucher, and thus show up when looking at the GL detail for each expense item.

    We have started doing our budget to actual reporting internally by department and some accounts are used by multiple departments. This would be a huge help!

  18. If a profile has an accent in their address etc, once it gets to the portal cart, it switches to an ascii character. Same thing happens if the description typed in by the donor has an accent in it, it also switches to an ASCII character.

  19. The font color isn't dark or big enough, and if you want to use a dark background, there is no way to change the text to be lighter.

  20. As the CFO, I work on fund clean-up and other grants movement all the time. It would be helpful if grants went to the Approval bucket in Vouchers so my CEO could approve all of the week's payments at once and I wouldn't have to ask her to approve grants constantly. OR so I don't have to constantly change the Settings in Grants back and forth. Maybe this is a toggle within the grant creation? Thanks for considering this idea!
