Allow for multiple advisors on an account to be notified when requesting balance swaps
Being able to automatically send the request account advisors for money to be moved in the balance swap process is great. It would be even better if we could add a second person to be receive the request. We have multiple financial advisors who want their admin person to receive these types of requests along with them.

Add an alert when a profile with a Nonprofit role is edited to check the Nonprofit profile.
When the profile of a Nonprofit Organization is edited, it would be awesome to have some sort of reminder that there is a Nonprofit profile associated with it that may also need to be updated. For example, if an organization profile has a new primary contact and it is also tagged as a nonprofit, most of the time that means the Nonprofit profile primary contact also needs changed, since they are not linked.

Quick view for attachments on vouchers
I would love to see a column in the Vouchers listing showing which ones have attachments and which do not. Maybe it's just me but sometimes I mean to upload an invoice we've received to a voucher - showing the status of an attachment on a voucher will help me remember which ones to go back and upload.

Add option to toggle off ability to request a RECURRING grant in the standard grant request form on the fund advisor Portal.
Please give us the option to toggle off the option for a fund advisor to request a RECURRING grant through the Portal.

Stripe Terminal
Currently only one person can be assigned to a Stripe Terminal and therefore is the only person that can process payments. We hold multiple events where different staff members will need access. Please add the option of multiple users per terminal. There could be a check box list of all users for our foundation and we could select which ones could have access. Thank you!

Underwater Report - Rolling Average
We have an underwater policy that involves calculation of a 12 quarter rolling average of the fund compared to the principal balance. I would love options to add to the underwater report to allow for such calculation.

General Ledger account detail lookup
When doing a lookup in General Ledger for a specific account, it would be beneficial if there were an option to 'save' lookup parameters so users don't have to keep entering the same search criteria multiple times. For example, 90% of the time I am reviewing transactions in only a few GL accounts for the current month's date range. Every time I do this, I have to re-enter the account and date criteria which wastes a lot of time. It would be helpful to be able to save these search criteria and just select these from a list of saved searches, similar to what C Suite already has for financial statement views.

Pledge Reporting - Custom Reports
Add partial cancelation field in pledges in custom reports. This will allow for a formula to get the true amount outstanding for a pledge in custom reports.
I am aware the information is available in the pledge module. Unfortunately, the reports in the pledge module are not able to be linked to PowerBI or Google Looker Studio.3 votes -
New portal for fund advisors - please mark on the profile card which one is the advisor
we don't want to confuse our fund advisors - please put the word "fund advisor" on the profile card if they are a fund advisor - in the new portal.

add a team member to fund steward
Add additional staff members to a profile/fund so a team could work together with fund advisors or prospects. Fund Steward remains primary and additional staff could be secondary/tertiary or even equal members of the supporting team. When a note is added to an opportunity or fund, team members who are also stewards for that fund/profile could be notified to see updates about the fund. This helps with collaboration, covering a fundholder's needs if their fund steward is out, provides updates in real time to members of the team.

Annual grant letter for an organization - customized merge fields
We would like to create a custom letter that exports all the grant data for an organization in a fiscal year - similar to a donation report for funds.
We are looking at ways to reduce the administrative burden on our grantee partners and one of the things we are looking at is reporting.
Currently in GLM we require our grant recipient organizations to complete a report for every single grant they receive. As some organizations receive over 10 general purposes grants a fiscal year, they have to complete 10 individual reports. To try and relieve this burden, we would like to reduce this so that organizations only need to provide one report for all the general purpose grants they receive. We can then share this with all the funds that have supported them.
To do this, we would like the ability to send each organization an email at the end of the year that lists all the individual grants they have received in that year, along with the name of the fund that provided each grant and the grant description. Ideally this could be emailed to the primary contact of the organization from GLM or CSuite itself.
I have searched both CSuite and GLM and have tried merge templates in GLM (currently the Organization Request Summary table can not be filtered by date). We've also tried exporting data off CSuite and using Mail Merge in Word but that hasn't worked either.
Even if there is a work around that I haven't thought of... Please help!!

Grant deletion message
When deleting a grant, have a message appear about making sure you want to delete the grant. I've deleted numerous grants on accident and having an extra step would be helpful to prevent this.

Post internal grants with regular grants
When checks are created for regular grants, please also post the payments for internal grants. Csuite used to do this and now internal grants have to be 'paid' one at time. If there was a reason the functionality was changed, please create an ability to batch 'pay' internal grants.

Campaigns: Additional Permissions
Ability to assign specific campaign permissions? I Create all campaigns, but there are specific staff that manage rsvps for their events. Is there a way to limit access to only apply rsvps to that specific campaign? thanks

It would be helpful for tasks associated with an opportunity to be marked complete or in some way removed from open tasks when the opportunity has been closed. Presently, the tasks stay active, which requires another step to close an opportunity.

Include Fund name/short name on Pay vouchers screen
Please include the Fund name/short name on the Pay Vouchers screen. I want to double check that the correct amount is being distributed from the correct fund when paying multiple amounts from multiple funds to the same recipient.
We have multiple people enter the vouchers/grants and the person approving them doesn't always check the attached/uploaded files to make sure the amount is distributing from the correct fund.
When I write the check, I need confidence that the correct amount is being distributed from the correct fund. I have the supporting documentation printed and in front of me when writing checks.
