Fund Sort Key searchable
Some of our funds have fund names that do not indicate the donor name. In the sort key we reference the donor name. However, the sort key is not a searchable reference. We can't leverage the short name because we use our legacy fund ids there and want to continue that system. We would like the sort key to be a searchable term so if we were searching it pulls up the fund wherever we would put a fund name/id.

Include Custom Fields in Standard and Customized Reports in System
We utilize a custom field to filter our expenses and vouchers by department. However, when creating reports or pulling a standard report from the system, this custom field is not included as a filtering option. It would be helpful to include custom fields in all reports that the system generates and not require additional steps to get the report to filter appropriately.
2 votesAt this time we do not plan on adding filters to default reports. Custom Fields are available in filters in custom reports and the list area of objects.

Please add capability to set up recurring invoices for incoming cash payments such as rent that is received on a regular basis (most commonly monthly in our case)

Hide Amounts as an option in Bulk Edit Funds
Add Hide Amounts as a global-checkbox option in the Bulk Edit Funds area. Hide Memorial Amounts is a Bulk Edit Funds option - Hide Amounts should also be.

donor id
Please make the Donor ID visible on the donor record, in custom reports, and as an upload option. While many reports include it as output, its absence in these areas prevents us from linking the Donor ID to a Profile.

bulk complete task
From the task list, please add an option be able to mark all or multiple tasks complete, similar to how you can do so with the "Approve All" feature in the grants bucket.

Bring back the option for archived campaign to show on a profile!
I love the ability to archive campaigns and get them off the campaign list, but we would like to be able to continue to see some of the campaigns on profiles. We track programming participants through campaigns and we would like that history to remain easily visible on their profile.
22 votesThere is an option in the left side menu to list all campaigns. Selecting that will bring up a filtered list of all campaigns for that profile.

custom fields
Please add custom fields that come with date and comment fields. The date so we can easily see when a particular custom field was last updated, and comments gives us the ability to add more details. This would be a huge enhancement. Similar to Raiser's Edge functionality.

Clear Charity Status Check on Grant when Changing Grantee
When changing a grantee after having ran the Charity Check in C-suite, it would be great that the Charity Status Check gets cleared with the change as right now it keeps the date from the previous grantee and doesn't stop you from pushing the grant to GLM if using that function.

Is it Nickname (Profile field label) or Nick Name (Reporting field label)?
I love the new Nickname field! We had a custom field that we were using for Nickname, but today I exported our custom field nicknames, then imported them into the new Nickname field and then removed them from the custom field and deleted the outdated custom field. In doing all that, I noticed that in Reporting when you select fields or filters that the field is labeled "Nick Name". Would it be possible to get it to match the Profile field label which is "Nickname"? Thanks!

It would be very helpful to have the new nickname field on org profiles. We have both primary contacts for orgs and orgs that have nicknames.

Fund Advisor Tab Options Default
Have the ability to have certain tabs on the Fund Advisor Portal default to "Remove/Add from/To Everyone.
We don't currently use the majority of the tabs and I have to remember to turn these tabs off when adding a fund advisor. It would be helpful to have these already default to "Remove from everyone" instead of individually edit.

Add Profile ID to Profile Type Report
Would love for Profile ID to be be added as a Field on the Profile Type report. When working to maintain the data integrity, particularly within Profile Types, it's incredibly difficult and time consuming to do when you cannot easily get a count of profiles that are associated with each Profile Type. By adding Profile ID, I'd at the very least be able to export all to Excel and create a pivot table.

can two emails be used for household profile
It would be great if both husband and wife email addresses could receive notifications when changes are made to the fund account. Like when money has been added.

Export CSV order for Campaign Mailing List
We would like the export order to be address name followed by work title then label. For organizations this shows the primary contact, title, then the organization name. For individuals and households, we do have to delete the address name because it is a duplicate of the label. Having address title at the end of the export doesn't make sense (although I greatly appreciate it being added!)

Change Fund History Total Grants to not include unposted grants
When a user is on a Fund and selects History, it will list Total Grants with a dollar amount. We discovered that this total will include unposted grants and clicking the link for the backup list of grants does not include unposted grants. This is confusing and needs to be fixed.
We'd rather Total Grants under Fund History did not include unposted grants in the total. Or if unposted grants are part of the total, at least include them in the linked report.

Create customizable options for the Top Donor's and Top Grantees charts on the home page. Many of our donors fund their DAFs with a single contribution, like an endowment. In this situation, when the donation is past the default date, which looks like the last 12 months, the donor is welcomed to a blank and confusing screen. A sample is attached. If there was a way to change the default date that is shown in the top right corner that would be great, or simply showing all donations, would be good. A blank chart looks really bad and is confusing to our donors.
Possibly creating more options that would allow for a more customizable dashboard type of view would be good for organizations that have different focus. In our case the grants that are given are the main focus and if possible we'd prefer to have that at the top.

fund column in post all donation page
Currently, when bulk posting donations, we don't have the name of the fund available, just the donation number, name and amount. Having the 'fund' name available when bulk posting donations could assist users to know/choose which donations they need to post.

Custom Reports
It would be very beneficial if you could use the result of a set of search results as a "starting place" for a custom report. As an example (see attachment), I ran a Profiles List filtered by Engagement Strategy. It gave me a nice list of what I was looking for except for some custom fields I had added to the profiles. Now I want to simply add those custom fields to this set of search results. If I could save the search results as the start of my custom report, all I would have to do was add my extra fields, rather than building the entire report from scratch. There are so many times that I find I can get ALMOST exactly what I need with only the addition of one or two fields. I feel this would make customer report creation much easier to use.
