  2. Since we are able to run income statements for Campaigns, it would be nice to create a budget as well. We hold events and use this option and each event usually has their own budget. - I know you archived but this is extremely IMPORTANT.

  3. Tribute tab in Donations - we would like to have the number indicator back on the Tribute tab in Donations. The number indicator let's us know there is something that needs to be addressed on that tab, similar to the number indicators for the other tabs in Donation on the attached screenshot.

  5. It would be AMAZING to have "Edit" permissions on Funds broken out slightly more. We do not want the entire organization to be able to "Edit" a Fund because that gives access to change investment pools, admin fees, division, segment, etc - way too many buttons that drastically change audit, revenue, and reporting.

    However, our Donor Services dept would really appreciate access to be able to change who the primary fund advisor is, update pictures and fund summaries for the Giving Hub, and other settings related to the Giving Hub. Right now, our Finance dept is needing to help every…

  6. Not too long ago they have us the ability to add a file to a note - this is super helpful because we can often attach email correspondences without junking up the "Files" tab with so many attachments.

    HOWEVER - you can only "Add File" AFTER you post the note. So many staff members have forgotten that option is available now. Please put the Add File Option to the Add Note screen so we can attach at note creation.

  7. Recently a donor opened a new fund in honor of someone's 90th birthday. They asked that we hold notifying the honoree until after their birthday so it would be a surprise about the new fund.

    Unfortunately there wasn't a way to stop a donor from automatically sending the email. I would like an option to edit/approve these email messages rather than them automatically sending.

  8. With the "shiny new look", the Edit button for funds is at the top of the screen. If you're scrolling through the setting tab and find something that needs editing, you have to scroll all the way back up to the top of the screen to hit the edit button. In the past it was always on the left menu wherever you were in scrolling through the settings options.

  9. On the Files tab for Affiliates, the default sort order currently displays the oldest uploaded files first, which is inconsistent with other areas of the portal. To improve usability, newly uploaded documents should appear at the top by default.

    While users can manually adjust the sort order using the arrows, setting the most recent files to display first would save time and create a more seamless experience.

  11. I like the 5/28 addition of the grant request notification to include the grantee name and grant amount. Could this be expanded to also include the fund name and any notes? That would be a huge time saver!

  12. In the new portal, if a fund is marked private (like we do for agency funds that only accept contributions from the agency itself, not the public) it is currently showing up as an option to donate to when she goes to the Giving Hub via her donor advised fund dashboard.

    Example: Jane Doe is a fund advisor on both her family donor advised fund and she's a fund advisor to the Pawsome Animal Clinic agency fund, for which she serves as a volunteer treasurer. Even though “Donate” is not checked in her advisor access options for the Clinic's agency…

  13. For grantees who have recurring issues with mail, how about a Hand Deliver Only option that is right up front on the main grantee profile page? We have an organization that does not get checks in the mail from us on a regular basis. This option would make it clear what the delivery mode is without a need to read or refer to a note.

  14. Similar to where you can check a box to include blank default payment types to populate when you create a batch of checks add an option where you can select alternative payment types.
    Currently if you want to pay with a check for something that is typically electronic or ACH you have to change the default payment in order to create a check and then remember to change it back.

  15. When setting up a campaign, it would be helpful to select the fields required per event.
    At the moment, by default, CSuite allows registrants to select Individual, Household, or Organization. This has resulted in many individuals registering as a No Name Organizations.
    During setup, if we could choose the registrant type appropriate, for example, only allow individuals to register, we can get their appropriate information.
    Then, if "Add Organization Name" was an additional field that we could set to required when applicable, we would be sure to get all the info when needed.

  16. Allow a new column under a grantee profile's Email section when you can select one or multiple profiles to be the Award Letter Recipient.

    Currently when Award Letters are submitted in bulk it goes only to the Primary email address for the organization. Many times an alternative email at the organization need to receive the Award Letter, and other emails need to be copied such as the Accounting or Accounts Receivable departments.

  17. My idea is for the Donations, Grants, and Vouchers on the dashboard to be outlined in a red box when there are recurring donations, grants, and/or vouchers to process. This is similar to what happens to Tasks when there is a task with a due date on or before today's date. It will make it easier to see what action is needed right on the dashboard.

  18. Currently, if a user logs in to their donor portal, they are able to see donations that are in the "new" bucket - AKA donations that are not yet posted and may contain inaccuracies.

    This has caused confusion for a couple of our donors, particularly those that are also fund advisors and contribute to their fund via check. If we've just entered the check donation but it has not yet been posted, the fund advisor could log-in, see a low balance on their fund advisor portal, but then go to their donor portal and see the "pending" donation, though it…

  19. Currently, my Dashboard defaults to a rolling 12 month period. I just want data related to the current financial year. Every time I open the Dashboard, I have to edit the Start/End dates.

  20. We would love the ability to bulk update tasks. I am looking at a report with unique IDs and 150 tasks to manually reassign to a current staff person.
