Ability to report on which address a voucher is set to send to once processed
We would like the ability to run a report that shows which address a voucher payment will be sent to once processed. Our Finance Director would like the ability to review these addresses before approving them for payment to ensure the payments are sending to the correct address.
Most of our records default to the primary address. A few direct to the pay address if we have used it, and sometimes we enter an address under "other" so it's currently not easy to pull those fields into a report for our director to review.

Choose specific grant/check/donation to test Templates
It would be great to be able to choose a specific grant/check/donation for the Test Function with Templates. It would be an extension of the ability to check Template Fields by entering a specific record.

It would be nice to be able to send an invoice payment confirmation email along with the copy of the invoice attachment in Csuite
It would be a nice feature to be able to send an invoice payment confirmation email (similar to grant and donation templates) along with a copy of the invoice attachment in Csuite. Currently we have to manually email the payment confirmations for invoices processed in Csuite.

Improve Functionality of Adding Profiles to a Campaign
Right now, if you add profile groups from the campaign directly, or from a report, you get four option buttons for how to add them (see attached screenshots). If you add profiles to a campaign from some other part of CSuite, such as a search and filtered group, for some odd reason it only gives you two of those options instead of all four. Why? That doesn't make any sense. Can you please change the system so that all four of those options come up wherever you add profiles from to a campaign? Thank you.

Dedupe by address and also by "similar" name.
Please add the ability to dedupe by address and also by "similar" name. Right now, the dedupe feature will not allow us to dedupe by address. That needs to be added. Also, the majority of dupes in organizations systems are not there because the are exact matches, they are there because of small differences. Such as Robert vs Bob Smith or 106 10th Avenue vs 106 Tenth Ave. I have worked with many other CRM's that could detect "similar profiles" (i.e. the name is slightly different but the address is the same, etc.) and offer them up for suggestions for…

Develop Login Report that also shows Profiles logging in with PIN
Currently, the Fund Advisor Login Log only shows Fund Advisors who have logged into the Portal with Username and Password. Since most/all first-time portal users log in with email and PIN (and some may continue after that), we would like to be able to track all portal users that are logging in -- whether using username and password, and/or email and PIN. Currently, there's no visible record of portal users logging in by PIN. View Only permission option for Log In As in New Portal
We would like a 'View Only' permission option for the 'Log In As' function in the new portal. For audit purposes, we can't have multiple people use this feature as it stands. However, it is crucial for our donor/partner engagement teams to be able to support our fund holders and grantees using this feature.

Add "Do Not Enforce Spendable" as a Field/Filter in Custom Reporting
Please add the "Do Not Enforce Spendable" field from the fund restrictions settings as a field and filter to the fund custom report.
Currently, it is not possible to report or filter on this field whatsoever.

Grant letter template
Please consider assigning a grant letter template through the Fund profile. Looking at the fund profile for the name of the grant letter template is so much more efficient than going back to the Template listing and scrolling down to find the fund and their assigned grant letter template.

Add Arrow to Drop-Down List When Making a Grant Recommendation
In the new Portal, when a fund advisor is making a grant recommendation under the 'Choosing from a Previous Grantee or Fund' option, can you add a drop-down arrow in white boxes so that the advisor knows to click in the box for a drop-down list?

Portal: update breadcrumbs when tab names are changed
When a tab name is revised in Portal Setting, have the 'breadcrumbs' on the portal reflect the new name and not the original hardcoded tab name. Example: if revise Nonprofit Directory tab name from 'Directory' to 'Index', would be great if breadcrumbs back to previous pages reflect 'Index'.

Report Filtering
When running reports, it would be helpful to expand filtering options in general. For example, I can currently add a filter for "Ref" under the Notes report and stipulate "NOT profilepayment" but I cannot add multiples such as "NOT profilepayment and NOT donation". The help desk said the only way to do this would be to build multiple reports. I've run into this filtering limitation with other reports/fields as well.

Show 'private' funds in the Foundation Fund search dropdown when in the advisor portal
Add 'private' funds to the Foundation Fund list when clicking on 'Create Grant Request' on the Advisor Portal. These funds currently don't show. We have fund holders who want to make an internal grant from one private fund to another private fund.
Also add the option to search for 'other Foundation Funds' when choosing 'Search Grantee'. An advisor should be able to search for a grantee OR a foundation fund. Currently, searching for a foundation fund is only available when clicking on the 'Previous Grantee' button not the 'Search Grantee' button.

Grantee Report by year
Want to be able to pull up a fund or multiple funds grantee history, and have it show the years along the top, with grantees along the side and each grant made to that grantee under its year made without doing a pivot table from the data. See attached example.

Automatically Populate Grantee Contact on Internal Grants
Automatically Populate Grantee Contact on Internal Grants:
It would be great if the grantee contact field would automatically populate with the primary fund advisor on the recipient fund for internal grants and/or we could have a drop down menu with fund advisors to pick from, as opposed to having to manually enter the grantee contact via profile ID each time.
This already happens for external grants-- so it would great to have the same functionality for internal grants.

Hide/Archive Option for Templates
Since it is not currently possible to delete templates that have grants/donations attached to it, it would be super helpful to be able to "hide" or "archive" old templates. Since so many hands touch these systems over time, it can get pretty overwhelming and difficult for anyone using the system.

Yearly Tax Receipt on Portal
It would be great to make a printable yearly tax receipt available on the Donor tab of the Portal in addition to the individual donation tax receipts.

custom report check date field
Please create a type of custom report that can include these two fields: check date and voucher description. Currently, check date is only available on a check voucher report and voucher description field is only available on a voucher item report. To have both of these fields in one report we need to manually export and combine these reports in excel. A custom report that allows both of these fields would be super helpful for 1099 reporting.

ACH payments out: add content to email
We pay most of our vendors via ACH. When the email is sent to our vendor, it is a generic email that states they received a payment from the Foundation. It would be great if the vendor would receive an email stating the amount of the voucher, invoice number and what the payment is for. We do not want to use Bambora.

Bringing the Login log up to date with portal login changes
With the coming changes to the portal, specifically, with the multiple paths to login (PIN or ID/PW), this would be a good time to bring the login log up to date also. Some changes to consider maybe be:
Completing the logoff field to indicate whether the logoff was via "Log off" or if the log off was due to a Foundant reset.
Consider an inactivity timeout. An hour would be a good start (an option to choose inactivity minutes would be better).
Log in and log off timestamps (log in Ts already exists).
