In light of increasing concerns around student privacy, we would like to be able to show student names to evaluators but not all of their personal contact information (mailing address, email address, phone, etc.).While we do not use a blind review process, it does not feel appropriate to share such sensitive contact details with the large number of volunteers and potential donors involved in the review process.

  2. The Problem: Currently, evaluators can only see the total percentage on their dashboard after submission. While filling out a form, they have no way to see the cumulative raw score unless they calculate it manually. This adds unnecessary cognitive load and leads to "scoring blind," where evaluators aren't sure if their individual marks align with the final grade they intended to give.

    The Solution: Add a "Total Score Counter" at the bottom of evaluation forms (or as a sticky header/footer). This counter should update in real-time as the evaluator selects scores for individual questions.

  3. Hello - I am finding myself a little frustrated this time around when attempting to update my logon page message (for both SLM and GLM portal login pages). Even if I format outside of the page and copy to paste it in as I'd like it to display, it is now pulling everything left and not holding the formatting.

    My bigger ask to help solve this is can we have better rich text tools in the editing of the Logon Page Message under settings in both SLM and GLM? I'd like the ability to first and foremost choose the alignment…

  4. We receive approximately 600 applicants through our universal application each cycle. It would be great if certain components of the application could be automatically scored such as GPA or SAI from FAFSA.

    Automating these purely objective metrics would significantly reduce the time burden on reviewers and administrators. Most important to me is minimizing the need for follow-up corrections due to scoring inconsistencies.

  5. When creating a merge doc, it would be convenient to be able to access the choice box for .pdf or .doc at the top of the merge template list, rather than having to scroll to the bottom of the list to make that choice.

  6. Please allow admins the option to edit user fields. While Foundant Support is generally very responsive to requests, it seems unnecessary to have to bother the team every time we would like a change made to our registration page. thank you!

  7. Export ALL GuideStar Charity Check Information

    There is an archived idea with this same title that shows as "Implemented", but that's not actually accurate. Currently, the only Charity Check fields available in the reporting tool are:

    Charity Check Verification Date
    Charity Check Tax Id
    Charity Check Publication 78 Date
    Charity Check IRB Date
    Charity Check BMF Date
    Charity Check Deductibility Code(s)
    Charity Check Non-private Status

    This leaves out a whole host of other fields that display in the Charity Check tabs. At the very least I would like to have access to the Charity Check organization name so I can…

  8. As you continue to tweak the new profile views in SLM, I suggest that you add an email history link to the profile page. With the help of Aden on chat, I found it after clicking on the edit pencil and then clicking on the 3 dots where it is one of 3 selections.

  10. With the new organization view, email history is hard to find. I did find out you can get to them with multiple steps that seem time consuming and awkward. Please put email history link either on the left side of the front page or on the blocks of info. Right now, they are buried.

  11. Hi. I think a good idea would be to add another automated email option after the evaluator does his/her evaluation. It would be nice for the administrator (me) to get notified that the evaluator has finished the evaluation. Thank you.

  15. I would love an option to batch generate AI Summaries from the dashboard. I have 65 grants right now for my spring grant cycle, and rather than individually clicking into every form to generate a summary, it would save me a lot of time in my workflow to batch generate and then go in and copy over!

  16. Can we have checkboxes for "All" and "Page" selections at the bottom of an application list (right above Batch Action button)? Right now they are only at the very top of the list. After taking a batch action the page refresh still has the same things selected and to de-select it I have to scroll all the way to the top and then ALL the way to the bottom again to move to the next page of data.

  17. As I believe it is currently implemented, a user's account only allows them a single title, but they can be connected to multiple Organization records. A person's title may vary between the organization's they are affiliated with - they may be a Development Director for one organization, but the Board President for another. I would like a person's title to be stored at the User+Organization level, not the User level.

  18. It would be helpful if Foundant allowed budgets to be broken into user-defined categories. For instance, I would need categories such as Salaries & Benefits, Project Equipment, Project Supplies, etc. This would make it easier for grantors to view and track the budget. Otherwise, I have to manage these categories in Excel (or other software), which defeats part of the purpose of using Foundant.

  19. If multiple users in the system are involved with a request, allow for the request be cross-listed under both/all user accounts. Similarly to collaboration, users will be able to work together on an application, but the request will then appear in both/all users' request histories.

  20. I would like the ability to manage different GLM/SLM sites on different tabs in the same browser without being logged off automatically. For example, earlier today I was almost done creating an new email template in SLM. I attempted to open up a new tab to assist an applicant and the system automatically logged me out of the other SLM tab. I lost everything that I was working on and this isn't the first time that this has happened. Thank you!
