Default Settings in Rich Text Editor
Currently, there is no option to define a default Font Family, Font Size, or Line Height other than the system’s predefined defaults. Each time a user switches a lane or section, the text formatting automatically resets to the system default, requiring users to reapply their preferred settings manually.
Proposed Enhancement:
Allow users or administrators to configure and save default text formatting preferences (Font Family, Font Size, and Line Height) according to project or organizational requirements. These settings should persist across lanes, sections, and sessions.Use Cases:
Brand Consistency: Teams can maintain a consistent visual identity across all documentation or workflow…

Comments
I accidentally deleted a comment since I was not use to the new dashboard look and See More is sort of hidden in the preview of the comments. Foundant couldn't do anything to help. Would be great if there was a recently deleted or bold the See More.

Date auto format
Please allow a date to auto format when entering without dashes. For example, entering 080225 will automatically change to 08/02/2025. This happens in CSuite but not in GLM.
Thank you. TCF

Can over character limits be formated to be red?
Ok, we all know red means alert. I have so many applicants who get confused about not being able to submit an LOI, Application, or Follow-up due to being over the character limit. There is no visual cue to direct them. Can that please be changed and save me the time of having to figure out what the problem is, having to increase the character count or explain it one more time?

Allow applicants to update Organization address again
Please restore the site settings allowing admins to designate specific org page fields that can be updated by applicants. I recognize that not every client wants this, but as a trust-based org, we'd like to give our grantee partners the autonomy to update their address on their own rather than having to reach out to us. (And if you all don't recall how this used to work, please reach out to me for more details.)

Add ability to edit the subject line for email notification
Could we please add the ability to edit the subject line of the email notification? This would allow us to include a French translation where needed.

Bring back the ability to "pop out" the support chat window.
Please bring back the ability to pop out the chat window from the webpage. The revision to the chat prohibits the ability to detach the chat window from the webpage and move it across the screen so its viewable while working in GLM. It now disappears when continuing to work or look at forms to answer support staff questions.

Public Fund Name
I have noticed in multiple template field lists that the use of the Fund Public Name is not an available option. To not have the Public Name available for all templates that have the Fund Name option defeats the purpose of the Public Name. It would be nice if the Public name was the default name used on templates or at least an option on all templates.

Prevent Duplicate Applications in SLM
Bumping this back to the top of the list - please strongly consider only allowing one application per process to be started at a time within a process cycle.
When we have multiple processes running (for us it just increased again this year, in the 30s) and 550+ active applications, we need a better way to keep the numbers accurate and moving things through the process clean and as efficient as we can. Please limit them to one application start within a process and change the apply button within the tiles that match to them to "Continue" if they've started…17 votes -
New Organization Summary - Add Amount Paid to Amount Awarded
I am really enjoying the new organization summary page. I think it would be great if on the "Amount Awarded" table which goes by year, if we could also toggle to "Amount Paid" and look at how much we've actually paid per year to a grantee.

Filter Organizations (Active vs Archived)
Suggestion: Having a preexisting field(s) that allows the user to filter active from archived organization in reports without the need for filtering out specific organizations using the "organization name" field.

Add encryption for collecting ACH and other sensitive data
This is a placeholder for clients who: (1) want an easier and more secure way of collecting ACH data, other banking details, or other very sensitive data; and (2) Do not expect to process payments through CSuite.

Hi. I think a good idea would be to add another automated email option after the evaluator does his/her evaluation. It would be nice for the administrator (me) to get notified that the evaluator has finished the evaluation. Thank you.

Scoring Questions - Optional or Weighted
I was wondering if anyone would find value in the ability to weight evaluation questions. We are exploring the idea of funding general operating requests and project-based requests, all from one process. If we were able to weight questions or make some scoring questions optional, this would prevent and help us with our evaluation of LOIs and Applications.

Let Grantees Submit SOME Follow Ups Out of Order
I understand that there is a feature that allows follow ups to be submitted either sequentially or in any order. This is helpful if you want all follow ups to follow the same rules. However, we need most of our follow ups to be submitted sequentially, and then just a couple of them to be able to be submitted at any time.
We have deadlines for each of our follow ups, but applicants are welcome to submit certain follow ups with a later deadline (i.e. match documentation) before the others (a final grant report, for example, which we do 3…

applied button
The "applied (with check mark)" is confusing our grantees. Grantees can make multiple applications to the same process. They have no idea that "Applied" means they have the correct application submitted. Can you change "Applied" to "Apply". The following page warns them of duplicates anyway. Why confuse things.

GLM: Block new application if grant report isn't complete
Block new application from applicant who hasn't completed a grant report on a previous grant award. This would encourage applicants to complete their grant report and provide another level of due diligence built into GLM
85 votesThank you for the idea.
Would you hope this is implemented across all processes?

Allow "Other: _____" Text option at the end of Checkbox questions
Every other form builder application allows you to add an "Other: _____" text box at the end of Checkbox questions. It's a simple way to catch exceptions that you're not thinking of.

Spelling/Grammar Check Tool in SLM Scholarship Applications
It would be helpful for SLM to include a spelling/grammar check tool within the scholarship applications for students to use when writing their essays or short answer responses. I know that some internet browsers have a spell check included, but it might be helpful from the student side to have a more comprehensive tool to help with spelling, grammar, etc. as they write their responses.

Internal Grant flow from GLM to CSuite
We utilize several internal grant processes in GLM to account for monies flowing from one of our funds to another fund within our organization. We recently realized that syncing these grants from GLM to CSuite only allows for an external grant to be created in CSuite. It would be great to allow for creation of INTERNAL Grants when synced with CSuite so we can designate Source Fund and Destination Fund.
We want to use the sync functionality and originate ALL grants from GLM.
