Allow Evaluation Form Fields to Be Shared as Read‑Only Across Forms
Please allow evaluation fields to be shared as read-only fields across forms.
We use evaluation forms for internal review and coding, with one reviewer per request. Our first evaluation captures the initial review prior to the Grants Committee discussion, and a second evaluation is used to carry forward key information for the board docket and final decision. Having read only shared fields would prevent re-entry, reduce errors, and ensure consistency between evaluations.
While this may not apply to workflows with multiple evaluators per request, it would be extremely valuable for organizations using evaluation forms for sequential internal reviews.Thank you.…

Restore batch unassignment in the Evaluation Assigned bucket
I'd love to see the previously-available bulk unassignment functionality in the Evaluations Assigned bucket preserved alongside, rather than replaced by, the new User profile level evaluation tool.
With the recent update, it appears the ability to bulk unassign reviewers directly from the Evaluation Assigned bucket has been removed. Previously, we could select multiple applications and remove assigned reviewers in one action, a workflow that was essential for managing large review committees.
The current workaround, navigating to each application individually and removing reviewers one by one, is not scalable when adjustments need to be made across dozens of applications at once.

SLM UA Review Process
It would be very helpful to have an additional status between “Application Submitted” and “Application Complete.”
Our organization manages more than 300 scholarship opportunities, and when a student submits an application, the system automatically tests their responses against the eligibility rules for each scholarship. However, if staff discover an error while reviewing the application, correcting it becomes a complicated process.
Currently, we must re-test the applicant to determine whether they still qualify for the same scholarships. If the corrected information changes their eligibility, staff then have to manually remove or deny those scholarships. This creates additional work and can be…1 vote -

Right now, when our grantees apply for renewing grants, they see a pop-up box that tells them have already applied. Eventually there is another button to "apply again" but overall it's a very confusing process and we are spending a lot of time walking applicant through it. Is there a way to streamline this or make it easier? Feels like the older system worked better.

In Shared Documents, add feature to change file name after upload. Also add feature to allow movement of old files into new folders.

Report to show Board Members by Organization in GLM
I wonder if there is a way to create a report that shows certain information by Organization. For instance, if I wanted to see which organizations are in a certain area, I could run a list with addresses. If I wanted to see Board information for a particular Organization (or Organizations) I could run a list that would have the Organization name along with a list of the board members they included on their most recent grant request. Or maybe I could go to a certain grant cycle and run a report on that one cycle that shows addresses or…

Expand Email interface/targeting in SLM
Current Limitation
As I understand it, SLM users can send a batch email by filtering students within Open Requests. While helpful, it only exposes a limited set of fields. Meaningful segmentation often requires additional reportable fields, custom responses, or workflow-driven data points that are not available in the Open Requests filter. As a result, users frequently must export, manually filter outside the system, and email students separately.
Proposed Enhancement: Criteria-Based Emailing Using Full Reportable Fields
Introduce the ability to send an email directly within SLM using any reportable field, not just the limited filter options in Open Requests.

batch draft approvals and conditional approval status option
For our processes it would be helpful to have the option for a "conditionally approved" status that lies between regular "draft approved" and "approved". Also being able to make batch actions on any of these three levels of approval is also ideal.

customization of Payment forms
It would be ideal if "due date" was changed to "payment date" or an option to select from both.
Also, being able to chose from "payment date" (executed) to "payment confirmed (cashed/etc) would also be helpful.

batch print award email notifications
Hello, for our auditing purposes, it is helpful for us to be able to batch print pdf's or once big pdf of the email notifications of awards. Additionally, it would be best if that has a time stamp on it as well for date sent as that is part of the critical data. When you view individual email correspondence you don't see that information, only when looking up the email history in the tab drop down. Right now I have to copy them all and put them into Excel or Google Sheets and then make a pdf.

SLM/UA Decision: Waitlist
It would be nice to have a section on the admin dashboard that allows applications to be marked as 'alternates' so they don't have to remain in the 'evaluations closed' section. As the site is now, there is no way to hold an application as an alternate other than leaving it in the evaluations closed status.

Allow visibility to see who is actively logged in
Particularly when we are down to the deadline wire for committee member scoring in Foundant, it would be helpful not only to know the last login of the users, but also easily see who all is actively logged into our system at any point in time. This would help me understand who is still working vs. who I need to reach out to. I do not want to bother our busy volunteers if they are already doing what I need them to do.

As you continue to tweak the new profile views in SLM, I suggest that you add an email history link to the profile page. With the help of Aden on chat, I found it after clicking on the edit pencil and then clicking on the 3 dots where it is one of 3 selections.

Manual grant entry from dashboard
Allow admins to add manual grants directly from the dashboard with a single click. Currently, manual entry requires searching for an organization, opening the record, and then selecting “add,” which is inefficient when entering multiple grants.
A dashboard‑level “Add Grant” action would significantly reduce clicks, save time, and streamline workflows for users who regularly enter grants across multiple organizations. TCF5 votes -
default answers (multiple choice)
It would be awesome to be able to assign a default answer to a multiple-choice question (radio button or checkboxes). maybe a check box in the list for "Make this the default answer", if unchecked, there is no default answer. If checked, that selection is the default.
This would be helpful when we have an internal question that is required, but will not need to be answered unless a change is needed. For example, "Does the board require an amendment to consider this grant for approval? Y/N." The grant manager doesn't need to answer this question until after the board…

Internal question groups
It would be nice if we could assign visibility to entire groups of questions, so we could have an "Internal Use Only" group of questions that our applicants can never see. And every question in that group would be "Internal" by default.

Internal follow-up assignment visibility

I would like the existence of internal follow ups to be visible on the applicant's dashboard. Even if they can't see the information in the internal follow up, the lack of visibility/availability for the client interferes with sequential follow up assignment. Internal/applicant visibility should be a separate issue from interna/applicant assignment.
It would be good if an applicant could see that there is an internal follow up assigned associated with their request. This visibility could be controlled via a setting toggle.

Year to date/year at a glance
I want to be able to see on my dashboard total requests vs total approvals, and total amount $ awarded for the current year to date and the entire year prior.

Organize the follow ups
Please provide a way to remove completed electronic signature agreements and completed interim reports from the "follow ups complete" list without having to close the grant. either separate tabs for each or a way to remove them altogether.

Evaluator experience
When using the text box option for answers requiring no more than 250 characters, the text is cut off when evaluators use side-by-side functionality. The workaround is for the evaluator to drag the dotted line dividing the sections to the left, but that is cumbersome and time-consuming. It would be nice to have these short responses automatically wrap when displaying during side-by-side evaluations like the questions that use 'text area' for more than 250 character responses.
