Add And/Or Search Options to Search Requests & Decisions
We'd love to have the option to use the "Search Requests & Decisions" function in GLM to quickly figure out how much we've granted to an organization. Unfortunately, some of our larger grantees have used different fiscal sponsors over the years, so we are unable to get an idea of the number of grants and their amounts through the "Search" and "Quick Export" tab. Can we have the option to have an "Add" and "Or" button so we could target multiple specific organizations or request titles? Thanks!

Internal Automatic Reminders
Hi! We would love to have the option to either (1) Have internal automatic reminders sent to administrators, or (2) Have an automatic email option in the Follow Ups sent to Administrators as a reminder. We need this because we have included a Membership Process in our GLM portal, where non-profits are given a free membership to coworking space. We don't want to automatically assign a follow-up report that asks if they'd like to renew their membership in case we don't want to renew their membership, but we would like some sort of automation to remind us that their membership…

Report Listing Profile Creators
Be able to run a report in Community Suite that returns all of the Profiles created within a set period of time and the name of the user that created each profile.

Minimum Character Count
We currently have the option of a maximum character count, but I would love to have the option of implementing a minimum as well. It would be very helpful on application questions, especially since there are a lot of varying expectations for the length of a "short answer/essay."

Administrator Comment Default to "Share with Applicant"
The administrator comments is a great feature- we use it to give applicants feedback during our draft phase review. We usually DON'T wish to share those administrator comments with evaluators. Customization around these comments would be incredibly helpful. For example, it is cumbersome for our Program Officers to click the "share with applicant" checkbox for each comment (and sometimes one gets forgotten and shared with evaluators-yikes!). It would be amazing if we could have access to that in a site setting to default that check box as checked (share with applicant). Or add a feature to share both might be…

3rd Party Email Resends by Admins in Email History
Recently in SLM, we've had multiple 3rd party persons reach out to us to have the Request Link email resent to them so they can complete a student's letter of recommendation. To keep track of and know that they were sent, opened, etc., would it be possible to include those emails sent from the administrator's side of the platform in the searchable Email History module in the Communications section? We had a few that we resent tell us that they didn't even receive the ones from the admin. We also told them to look for the administrator@grantinterface.com sender address. Something…

Multiple emails for grant letters
When sending grant documents (grant letters), currently C-Suite only allows for one primary email address and if you want to add a second to be cc'd, you need to add it manually. It would be helpful if C-Suite allowed for a primary and secondary email address to be added and have that be automatically added to the cc section when sending grant letters.

Integrated Custom Fields in Universe Forms
We would like the ability to add integrated custom fields from CSuite into Universe Forms.
We capture data such as DOB on our application and would like that to integrate to a students CSUITE profile, instead of having to run a bulk update.

Sort and Filter Uploaded Documents
It would be nice for GLM to have the capability to store, search, and sort documents within the Organization's Documents tab. Our team would like to upload site visit reports and grantee impact reports, so it would be more streamlined to be able to filter and sort through the entire Documents tab, especially if there are 10+ documents stored there.

Intergrate CSuite Grant # into GLM/SLM Email Templates
We recently moved from Word document letter templates to email award notifications, and would love the ability to include CSuite Grant ID# in our GLM email correspondence. Currently, the selection of fields that can be merged into an email template is very limited, and there is no way to include a unique identifier that grantees can use to reference a specific grant.

When a grant is awarded, in the Decision form, add a field that integrates with the "Grant Type" field from CSuite.

New Organization Summary - Add Amount Paid to Amount Awarded
I am really enjoying the new organization summary page. I think it would be great if on the "Amount Awarded" table which goes by year, if we could also toggle to "Amount Paid" and look at how much we've actually paid per year to a grantee.

Improve the new applicant dashboard in SLM. We utilize SLM primarily for our scholarship program but do also have two awards programs that we also use SLM to run the nomination process. Our scholarship processes are all connected with eligibility quizzes, therefore when the scholarship season is closed, our dahsboard now looks like this. Please consider making the yellow card larger to fill the top space so that 1. All the information populates without needing to click 'See More,' and 2. Makes the new dashboard more appealing for a user as the current view is empty and looks incomplete.

Separate overdue Follow Ups from "Drafts" section on open requests dashboard
I realize that Overdue Follow Ups was added to the Metrics Dashboard tab but it would be nice if these could also be shown separately on the Open Requests dashboard tab.
Right now all overdue follow ups are lumped into the "Draft" follow ups section and isn't easy to see. It would be nice if they could be on the Open Requests dashboard tab as a separate line and in a different color instead of having to click over to the Metrics Dashboard to see them.

initial submission date for the LOI Evaluation/Closed buckets
This idea was submitted before by someone else and archived, bringing it back because this would be very useful for our processes. We tell our applicants that they should expect a response within 6 months, so knowing when that 6 month window is closing would be very useful.

Save Formulas For Reporting
We use a scholarship scoring rubric that uses weighted scales for Income & GPA. In order to alleviate the workload for our evaluators, we don't ask them to score income or GPA since it is a fixed score based on the scale.
We calculate these scores along with a total score using formulas within reporting. Currently, I am keeping the 9 lines of formula used to calculate the scores in a Word doc and copying and pasting each of the 9 lines into SLM Reporting for each Opportunity.
It gets pretty time consuming, considering that we have 150+ reports to…

Turn off LOI submissions after a certain number is reached
We only want to accept a certain number of letters of Inquiry. The process we have been using is to turn on submission by setting the Visibility field to Public, and then turning it to Restricted once we have reached the desired number.
This past funding cycle, we received three times our maximum in the first two minutes. The manual approach is no longer working for us.It would be great if the system could be set to accept only a certain number of LOIs and then automatically set the Visibility field to Restricted. Add Eligibility tab to Organization record
We would like to see the history of Eligibility Quizzes taken for an Organization within the Organization record, rather than having to do a search in the Eligibility Center (which we would have to do for all dates, then sort by Organization, since there's no search criteria for Organization). Our program folks believe this information would be useful in giving a an overall picture of an organization.
