  1. It is very difficult to locate the organization email history. Could you put the three dots on the organization summary page ? why are 3 dots needed - just put click here for email history. It is very difficult to find. spending too much time looking for it.

  3. When looking at the overall process, the user is only allowed two evaluations per process. We have a unique situation where we have areas of community need and are looking to divide up the applications. We were hoping to add more evaluations to four (4) so we can create separate evaluations for a better experience for our reviewers. We were also hoping to create unique evaluations that are more in line with each application that comes through our process.

I am suggesting being able to add more evaluations in each process in case two is NOT enough for the process.

  4. As a community foundation, we fund mainly around one county in NJ. We often see folks starting a profile in GLM that are clearly way outside of our region. We've had one organization that started a profile with fake information (e.g., 555-5555 phone number, and a fake website etc). Was wondering if there is a way of limiting who is able to start a profile in our system? More specifically, we'd want to give the ability for anyone with a NJ address to start a profile, but anyone outside NJ would need to be approved before they could start a…

  5. We would like the option to to Rank Order applications during Evaluation in lieu of giving a score. For example, if there are 30 applications, only 1 application is given #1, one application #2 and so on. This option would be much easier for our Reviewers. In some cases, it is their preferred method of scoring.

  6. In the SLM Eligibility Center, I would like to request a "What Changed" update screen after rerunning eligibility on an applicant. Currently the process just re-runs, and it is up to the user to determine what changes to the application's eligibility occurred. This is particularly problematic if the changes include removing/being un-matched with an opportunity, because the user must then go abandon that opportunity for the student if we do not want them to have the ability to apply without being actually eligible. So it would be helpful if there was a list of changed that popped up after the…

  7. We have two affiliate funds and one supporting organization, each with its own employees and distinct identity. As we grow, it’s important that none of them feel “erased” by having award letters come only from our umbrella organization. The ability to combine multiple templates into a single award letter would be a huge help for us.

  9.     It would be very helpful to make Fund ID numbers visible more easily on Fund Manager. At the Community     Foundation of the Ozarks, we regularly urge agency partner fund advisors to use Fund Manager to initiate grant requests, but we still have several who email in their requests or simply reach out with questions about their funds. We have been encouraging them to use their fund ID numbers when emailing a grant request or questions, so we can ensure we look at the correct fund, but fund IDs are NOT currently easy to find in Fund Manager. They usually have…

  10. It is great to have the new simplified way to unassign evaluators from opportunities. However, it would be nice to also have the option to reassign evaluator roles on the same screen. Currently, if I unassign evaluator X from five of the evaluations they have been assigned, but want to maintain the ten they have completed, I have to make sure to write down which evaluations were cancelled so that I can pull them up and reassign them to another evaluator. It would be much easier to enter evaluator X's evaluation assignments, click the ones that need to be 'unassigned'…

  12. I'd like to be able to add "admin only" visibility fields to the organizational summary, in such a way that they can be reported on. This would be helpful as a way to code organizations and their work as e.g. "healthcare" or "legal support" without having to add that to every single application.

  13. Currently, the ability for a user with a Grant Manager role to edit or delete a comment added to an organization or a request is tied to the Manage Requests permission (allowing them to approve, deny, close, and abandon a request).
I'd like to suggest that Grant Managers be able to edit and delete their own comments regardless of their ability to approve, deny, close, or abandon a request.

  14. Add an option for Follow Up forms to be shared to all users within an organization.
For new users, even if the system is set to share all organizational history, follow up forms are not shared unless manually added using the collaborate feature. With the high turnover in nonprofits, for multi-year grants, reports may be filled out by a different staff member on each report & need to see what was previously submitted on follow up forms/reports, not just the application. With over 100+ grantees, this can become a huge time burden to manually add new staff to each past…

  15. It came to our attention in the middle of a committee meeting that a pinned comment was viewable to all evaluators. We've been using this feature to flag orgs for a variety of reasons and this information shouldn't be shared with evaluators. It would be great if there was an option to toggle on/off which users can see these.

  16. We would like the ability to choose which Contact Fields are visible to the evaluator, with an option to show a Unique Applicant ID (that is not the current system generated one). Having all fields [HIDDEN] and not providing a way to identify each application eliminates the reviewers ability to determine which applications they want to recommend to move forward in the process, as our Foundation does not abide by highest score practices.

We have to implement anonymous review practices based on applicant/evaluator conflict of interest (i.e. Foundation Staff Reviewing applications from Foundation Staff). In order to ensure this is…

  17. During this UA cycle I have had an inordinate number of third party requests accidentally click Submit instead of Save, and then not be able to edit their request, they email me, they have to send me what they want to put in the form, and then I add it for them.

It would be great if we could address this in two ways: 1) allow administrators to "revert back to draft" or reopen the third party submissions. They would still need to communicate with me, but it would save their time of opening the request, copying/pasting questions to rewrite…

  18. The idea is that 3rd party recommenders should only be invited one-time to recommend eligible students.

With the roll out of the new student dashboard in SLM, ineligible students are seeing "Action Needed" on their dashboards if they have outstanding recommendations.

The problem is twofold 1) Ineligible students believe they qualify or have action items 2) recommenders are wasting their time

Right now, the system either seeks recommendation for ineligible students (if 3rd party questions are built into the UA) OR requires eligible students to seek multiple recommendations from the same people for each eligible scholarship (if 3rd party questions…

  19. The Problem: Currently, evaluators can only see the total percentage on their dashboard after submission. While filling out a form, they have no way to see the cumulative raw score unless they calculate it manually. This adds unnecessary cognitive load and leads to "scoring blind," where evaluators aren't sure if their individual marks align with the final grade they intended to give.

The Solution: Add a "Total Score Counter" at the bottom of evaluation forms (or as a sticky header/footer). This counter should update in real-time as the evaluator selects scores for individual questions.

    Key Benefits:

    Accuracy: Evaluators can immediately…

  20. The new header search bar is currently only available to Administrators and not the Grants Manager role. We would like to see it available to both rolls as it's almost more critical/useful for the Grants Manager roll than the top Admins.

Additionally, my testing of the search bar has shown it to be inconsistent so far. Once I type a word into the search bar, often times nothing happens. I have gotten it to work, but it's been hit or miss. It might be helpful to have the magnifier icon clickable so that we can manually click it or hit…
