  1. I'd like the ability to customize the failure message within an eligibility quiz to be able to show the applicant what question(s) caused them to fail and provide a bit more context to them regarding those specific items.
    Currently, there is only one "Failure Message" option that shows no matter what questions caused them to fail, so it can't be specific and the applicants don't know why they failed.

  4. In GLM and SLM, when onboarding new staff members who will be administrators to the environment, there is not really a clear way to lead them through training. The training used to be straight forward with Base Camp and the videos were sequential in logic to help build a true understanding of the software tools. Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't find anything like that now in the Learning Center. There's a catalog of videos and FAQs, but unless I go in and hand pick the ones I want my staff person to take, there's no great way to…

  5. I would love to see the addition of an "opt out" checkbox function when an automatic email is going to be triggered. We use an automatic email that's attached to when a Final Report is assigned. The auto email sends out a grant award notification, but, if we ever need to adjust the Final Report due date, it will resend the grant award email.

  6. There used to be a feature where you could insert an image to the instructions box of a form even if the added question did not have the option for rich text. It would be great if we could get that back! The image that used to be in one of our forms is now broken and I haven't been able to get it back (it says the image cannot be loaded from the passed link.)

  8. Adding a label for Primary evaluator would also be a helpful benefit. We often assign a primary and secondary reviewer to each evaluation and Foundant currently does not seem to have a way to note this withing the system.

  9. In Application Evaluation Closed, the PDF Evaluation Summary is wonderful. I was hoping that it might be possible to generate a deidentified version of the evaluation summary, with the evaluators names changed to ‘Evaluator 1, Evaluator 2, Evaluator 3, etc.’ Currently we have an assistant who manually edits each PDF, but this is tedious and prone to human error.

  10. In the Application 'document viewer', i was wondering if it would be possible to request the additional of a 'download all' button.

    I need to download all of the attachments as separate PDF files, which currently requires me to click the download icon up to 20 times per application.

    This has been submitted by multiple users over the years. I don't think it would be difficult to implement. PLEASE consider it.

  11. I would love to see more CSuite fields auto populate when the grant is STARTED in GLM.

    Issue is we would like grant advisor field populated in CSuite and GLM. If the grant is started in GLM, this field does not auto populate. Since fund advisor is a fund field, I thought once the fund was assigned in CSuite, the field would populate and push to GLM. That does not happen. I must manually add the grant advisor in CSuite and refresh GLM.

  12. We'd love to have the option to use the "Search Requests & Decisions" function in GLM to quickly figure out how much we've granted to an organization. Unfortunately, some of our larger grantees have used different fiscal sponsors over the years, so we are unable to get an idea of the number of grants and their amounts through the "Search" and "Quick Export" tab. Can we have the option to have an "Add" and "Or" button so we could target multiple specific organizations or request titles? Thanks!

We would love to have the option to either (1) Have internal automatic reminders sent to administrators, or (2) Have an automatic email option in the Follow Ups sent to Administrators as a reminder. We need this because we have included a Membership Process in our GLM portal, where non-profits are given a free membership to coworking space. We don't want to automatically assign a follow-up report that asks if they'd like to renew their membership in case we don't want to renew their membership, but we would like some sort of automation to remind us that their membership…

  15. We currently have the option of a maximum character count, but I would love to have the option of implementing a minimum as well. It would be very helpful on application questions, especially since there are a lot of varying expectations for the length of a "short answer/essay."

  16. The administrator comments is a great feature- we use it to give applicants feedback during our draft phase review. We usually DON'T wish to share those administrator comments with evaluators. Customization around these comments would be incredibly helpful. For example, it is cumbersome for our Program Officers to click the "share with applicant" checkbox for each comment (and sometimes one gets forgotten and shared with evaluators-yikes!). It would be amazing if we could have access to that in a site setting to default that check box as checked (share with applicant). Or add a feature to share both might be…

  17. Recently in SLM, we've had multiple 3rd party persons reach out to us to have the Request Link email resent to them so they can complete a student's letter of recommendation. To keep track of and know that they were sent, opened, etc., would it be possible to include those emails sent from the administrator's side of the platform in the searchable Email History module in the Communications section? We had a few that we resent tell us that they didn't even receive the ones from the admin. We also told them to look for the administrator@grantinterface.com sender address. Something…

  19. When sending grant documents (grant letters), currently C-Suite only allows for one primary email address and if you want to add a second to be cc'd, you need to add it manually. It would be helpful if C-Suite allowed for a primary and secondary email address to be added and have that be automatically added to the cc section when sending grant letters.

  20. We would like the ability to add integrated custom fields from CSuite into Universe Forms.
