Committees for Evaluation in GLM
It would be nice to have a Committee option in GLM, like SLM, for evaluators. We utilize the portal for different processes throughout the year including accepting nominations for an awards event we host. It would be helpful to use a committee option when assigning evaluators.

Make it possible to delete or hide sections of the dashboard that are no longer relevant
It is currently impossible to get rid of a section of the dashboard once you have used it in some of your applications. In our case, we used to have an LOI as part of our application process. We got rid of that over 5 years ago, and yet to this day two large boxes on our staff dashboard screen are taken up by a process that hasn't been relevant in close to a decade.

Add Multiple Users to a Request
If multiple users in the system are involved with a request, allow for the request be cross-listed under both/all user accounts. Similarly to collaboration, users will be able to work together on an application, but the request will then appear in both/all users' request histories.

Add New Custom Fields to ONLY Future Grants without using Versioning or Custom Visibility Conditions
Currently, when we want to add new custom fields to new records without adding them to existing/historical records, we either have to install SmartVersioning or utilize the Created Date in a custom visibility condition on the field.
SmartVersioning is a large investment of time and effort to install and utilize properly, so I often use custom visibility when this type of need is not a large one. However, recently, I learned that each custom visibility condition could impact system performance long-term, so it would be extremely useful to be able to add new fields to only new records without having…

Ability to permanently set date range in my dashboard
Issue: Ability to permanently set date range in my dashboard.
I have come to rely on my dashboard, it is set as my landing page when I login in to C-Suite each day. There is a feature that I am hoping can be improved. When you launch the dashboard, the date range is based on that day's date and provides a year's worth of lookback data.
I use the dashboard for my fiscal year for the most part. It's true, you can adjust the dates. And I do...because you have to do it every time you wish to see a…

Custom Logon Page Message
Hello - I am finding myself a little frustrated this time around when attempting to update my logon page message (for both SLM and GLM portal login pages). Even if I format outside of the page and copy to paste it in as I'd like it to display, it is now pulling everything left and not holding the formatting.
My bigger ask to help solve this is can we have better rich text tools in the editing of the Logon Page Message under settings in both SLM and GLM? I'd like the ability to first and foremost choose the alignment…

Internal Grant flow from GLM to CSuite
We utilize several internal grant processes in GLM to account for monies flowing from one of our funds to another fund within our organization. We recently realized that syncing these grants from GLM to CSuite only allows for an external grant to be created in CSuite. It would be great to allow for creation of INTERNAL Grants when synced with CSuite so we can designate Source Fund and Destination Fund.
We want to use the sync functionality and originate ALL grants from GLM.

GLM/SLM Syncing to CSuite - Add Manual Profile Match Option
When syncing GLM/SLM profiles, CSuite attempts to match and link them by suggesting one or more possible matches. If CSuite does not suggest a match, the only current option is to create a new profile. Many times, a matching profile does exist in CSuite, but with a different version of the first name (Will instead of William) or a different email address (personal email versus school/work email).
Please add the option to look up and manually enter a CSuite profile ID when syncing GLM/SLM profiles.

Synced/Approved Grant Notification
Implementing an automated email or system notification in CSuite when grants are synced or approved from GLM would greatly reduce the risk of missed payments and improve workflow efficiency.
As Grants Manager, I primarily work in GLM while our CFO manages CSuite. Currently, we rely on long email threads to track requests and approvals, making it easy for information to be overlooked. Approved grants have gone unpaid on time simply because the approvals were buried in email.
An automatic email alert - similar to those sent to administrators when a form is submitted in GLM - or a visible CSuite…

Integrating with MonkeyPod nonprofit financial platform, CRM, fundraising, email marketing
MonkeyPod is a software for Nonprofits, including grant-makers like ArtsNow. It houses our financial platform (taking the place of Quickbooks which does not speak nonprofit), CRM, fundraising, email marketing, etc.
A connection with Foundant would allow a full integration with the financial platform for grant applications that are approved and automate the accounting in the same way they do for other platforms.

Integrate with SMU DataArts
SMU DataArts (https://culturaldata.org/about/) is widely recognized as the standard for data collection and analysis in the arts and culture sector. Many funders—including private foundations, municipal and regional agencies, and state-level public funding entities—already require applicants to complete the Cultural Data Profile (CDP) as part of the grant process.
This creates duplication and added costs. For example, the Ohio Arts Council
uses SMU DataArts through its Artie platform to collect and report statewide impact data. In Cleveland, Cuyahoga Arts & Culture relies on a costly customized SurveyMonkey system (https://apply.surveymonkey.com). In both cases, arts organizations are entering the…1 vote -
Be able to create and assign a series of tasks to a profile.
Feature Suggestion: Task Set Automation with Relative Due Dates
I'd like to suggest a feature that would allow users to assign a predefined set of tasks to a donor with a single click. These tasks would have relative due dates based on the date the task set is assigned. For example:
Task: Send thank-you letter
Due: 1 month from task assignment
Task: Share copy of signed fund agreement
Due: Immediately or within 1 week
Task: First reporting update
Due: 6 months from fund establishment
This would be especially useful when a donor gives a gift or establishes a fund. I…4 votes -
Allow Impact Maps to run for non-organization grants
Currently Impact Maps can only run off of Organization data. We need to run an Impact Map for awardees on grants only for individuals. This is not possible in the current configuration. Ideally it would be able to run off the Primary Contact or Owner of the record as well if we could toggle that in the Impact Map settings.

History for comments under org profile
We keep comments for several organizations in the organization profile. If a comment is accidentally deleted, there is no way to get it back. A history of previous comments would be super helpful, like how the change log shows up for the org.

Make the Fund Name from CSuite visible in GLM forms besides the Installment Form.
CSuite/GLM synced grants: Applicants that receive multiple grants from designated funds need to be able to see the Fund Name in order to easily differentiate between the grants they have received. It needs to be available for other forms and merge fields too. Specifically on Follow Up forms and in email merge templates.

Resizing tables in Evaluator side-by-side view
One of my Grant evaluators brought to my attention that our tables are skewing very oddly when viewed as an evaluator in side by side mode. I've attached the screenshot they sent for reference.
It would be great if the table could either scale in size, maintaining the correct ratio, or become a slider box, with a left to right scroll in order to see the whole thing in the correct ratio. Currently it is difficult to read the answers in the table, let alone a long response.
While the two panes of the application/evaluation can be resized, this is…

Indicate Canceled Grants
There needs to be a straightforward way to indicate and run a report of canceled grants. A canceled installments report is not viable because it’s not uncommon for us to have grants that are awarded and then canceled or withdrawn before any payout occurs or for a payment to be canceled without the grant being canceled.

Enhance the Candid API Integration
Enhance the Candid API Integration
- Reduce Nonprofit Application Burden
- Improve Funder's Collaboration PotentialThe Vision:
Imagine nonprofits applying for grants by simply entering their EIN, then watching most of their application auto-populate with organization, programmatic, demographic, and impact data from Candid's database. No more asking nonprofits to repeatedly enter the same basic information across multiple applications!Imagine funders receiving better data from applicant nonprofits. And also having an easier ability to share funder grantmaking data out to the field. (By having a standard export in Foundant of data coded for submission to Candid's annual eGrants reporting.) Funders would…
