  1. I would like to be able to set a default answer to questions on the application. Like for drop down or radial buttons, I want to choose a default and then have the option to change it if needed. It would also be useful for information to auto populate from one question to another. For example, the project title would autofill to another question that is a summary of the request.

  2. There should be an option in the bulk updates for funds to bulk update fund advisor permissions for the portal. Currently, if we want to update permissions for what is viewable/what actions are available for users to through the portal, we have to individually update each profile. For an org that has as many fund advisors as we do, this is very time consuming and inconvenient. An option to bulk update these permissions would be very helpful.

  3. (Applicable to the UA) We need to have two separate automated emails: one for when students submit their eligibility quiz (to confirm the quiz has been submitted and to then share information on next steps) and one for when they complete a full application for each of their eligible scholarship opportunities. Is this in the works for the UA? Currently the same "thank you for submitting your application" email is being sent to students when they submit their eligibility quiz AND when they submit their complete applications. This is causing students confusion.

  4. It would be great to have a universal application in GLM like in SLM. Where you can enter the eligibility of each process in the universe and applicants only have to fill out 1 application and get matched to what they actually qualify for. This is crucial!

  5. It would be great if we could choose to have a "shortcuts" list on the homepage or in the side menu bar for funds, profiles, campaigns, or pages (like "Funds") that we frequently visit.

We would love to include grant catalog fields in all of our grant request processes so that if a grant would be something that would appeal to a donor advisor fund we could sync the request from GLM to CSuite to make it available online for them to consider (plus track the donations). The problem is, all grant catalog fields are required, so it's all or nothing. It would be very repetitive for the user to type this information twice or for us to copy information from the application to the grant catalog fields.

  7. Would love the ability to select multiple award types. We have a number of grants that are payment up front (when the grant is approved) + an added matching grant when an organization is able to fundraise a certain amount and we match their fundraising funds 1:1.

  8. Every process, we reuse one follow up form to collect sensitive ACH information. It would be a great to be able to batch delete those follow ups from that years process versus going into each organization's application for each year.

If there was a report for campaigns that also pulled in the image data of the profiles, it would help donor services team members review large attendee event lists and learn donors/businesses/trustees' faces/logos and their names/titles while also recognizing easily who will be in attendance at the event. It would be a great philanthropic tool and overview.

  10. Hi, I would like to be able to add the Prim Date on the address section of a profile to a report. We have many donors who move for the winter or summer to different parts of the country. Being able to report on this would help us in building mailing lists.

  13. It would be helpful to be able to change the number of RSVPs in campaigns per profile, especially when you're adding household profiles. It makes sense for single profiles to have a single RSVP, but when a household is attending, that RSVP should be for 2 people (or however many are in that household).

  14. because in the grants module under the voucher bucket, you can't maintain custom filtering that can be used over and over, it would be great to be able to batch approve payments and batch create vouchers from the custom reports module.

  15. In the GivingHub event registration flow, it would be great to be able to customize the message when it is sold out. Or preventing registration on the main page by disabling the button so a message can say, contact us to get on the waitlist.

  16. I've heard more than one client that it would be helpful to have a space in SLM/UA to track the spendable amount of each opportunity (similar to the process budget). The clients would use this question to track amounts awarded against the spendable balance to know "where they are" in the balance. If this could integrate from CSuite, that would be even better, but non-integrated clients have also asked for this so ideally, it's something that needs either option.

  17. As of now, if an applicant has to resubmit an application due to it being deemed incomplete, they can not receive a second confirmation email. This is critical, especially for smaller organizations, as it saves time and reassures applicants that their resubmittal has been processed.

Our grant committee has multiple times requested the ability for evaluators to have a "white board" type space in the evaluation process that they each can communicate with each other and ask raise questions about the grantee being reviewed so that all evaluators viewing that grantee could see what questions/clarifications are needed for that particular grantee. Right now, they communicate through me as the program manager and cannot communicate with each other through the software.

  20. On the applicant dashboard, it would be helpful in Historical to show by default (without needing to expand) the status of the request. From the applicant's perspective, it's key to know if a request was denied, approved and completed, or abandoned. It's nice to see immediately what was successful and what was not. The arrow to expand next to the category heading is not clear.
