Group Evaluators
There should be a way to evenly split the applications assigned to evaluators. We receive many grant applications and some reviewers do not have the time to read all applications.

Merge field for year to use across merge documents like reports for a title
In the list of merge fields have a field for just the year e.g. 2025 so it can be used across all merge reports to put in title e.g. 2025 Board Report

Auditor Role - Limit Process Access and Add Notification
The auditor role is good for people who need to see and report on a particular grant but they are able to see all the other grant process. It would be great to be able to limit what processes auditors can see. Also, being able to add an auditor to be notified when applications in that process are submitted would be a very handy feature!

Third party notification to administrator
It would be really helpful if admins could opt to receive notification when a third party fills out their portion of the application/form. For example, we have our grant agreement set up for a third party to fill in banking info, it would be great if instead of having to go in and check whether they've filled it out, I would get an email notifying me that they had so I can mark the form complete. This would work the same way as when we set up auto emails for when forms are submitted.

ability to add multiple emails to transfer requests
it would be helpful to have the ability to add multiple email addresses to the transfer request email function. We have to notify the custodian, investment manager and investment advisor - and sometimes there are multiple people at each location.

Can you make the password you type in on CSuite, GLM and SLM log in screens visible (so you can see if you typed it correctly)?
Is there to make the password you type in on CSuite, GLM and SLM log in screens visible (so you can see if you typed it correctly)? Sometimes, log in screens have a picture of an eyeball that you can click on in order to see your password. This would be especially helpful for GLM and SLM, the modules where more people from outside our organization are logging in and have requested this feature. Thanks!

Third Board Member Evaluator
It would be great if we could add a third evaluator to our processes. We follow the USDA process when reviewing applications, with a primary and secondary reviewer each weighted differently, then a board member reviewer. The board member solely assigns a grade to the application, so there is no need to go through the evaluation form and questions. Foundant Support has been great about helping us with a work around with this but ultimately, the addition of a third evaluator would solve all of our issues.

Submit New Idea
It would be good for users to be able to edit/change the button text description in the grant request portal for fundadvisors. Our donors have found it confusing after entering their grant request to land on the page with the button "REVIEW GRANT REQUESTS" that needs to be clicked in order to land on the next page to then "SUBMIT GRANT". Possible change text from Review to Submit. The button on the next landing page can read "Confirm or Process Grant Requests

Historical AP Aging
This has been posted before and marked implemented, yet it wasn't actually implemented. Community Suite has an AP Aging report when you select Accounts Payable. Looks great, is exactly what one expects when running an aging report. But if you select Historical Aging, then the output is completely different. The report is sorted by fund, and has absolutely no aging aspect to it at all. It also throws out a bunch of weird items that don't show up on a normal aging, described as "unknown". Please, create a historical aging that functions the same way that the current aging does.…

Create Subfolders for Files
Please allow for the addition of Folders and Subfolders for uploaded files on the donor portal. Currently we upload documents for the "Documents and Resources" section on the donor portal with no way to organize files at all. The additional organization would enhance the experience for both the internal and external user.

customize grantee record
It would be excellent to have the ability to customize the columns listed within a grantee's record.

Report status of DocuSign PDF
Since the DocuSign pdf is attached to each record is there a report that has which grantees has submitted their DocuSign doc and which ones are still missing would be great. I currently do this manually and it take a lot of time.

Allow more Recent Data in Portal Investment Reports
The new Investment Reports available to Fund Advisors through the Portal are great. But it is weird that they can only pull investment data through the end of our last fiscal year. Please allow investment data to be pulled from our last closed month.

Fiscal Year Customization for Reporting
The addition of a feature or setting that allows us to set and save our foundation's fiscal year within the company information settings. Specifically, the ability to define our fiscal year as starting on December 1 and ending on November 30. This adjustment would ensure that all reporting tools and templates automatically align with our fiscal year, streamlining our workflow and improving the accuracy of our reports.

Ability to Alphabetize Committee Members
Trying to verify accuracy of committee participants is challenging becuase they are listed in a random order. We need the ability to alphabetize committee member names.
